Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and worklife balance on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating variable at the Central Java Provincial Health Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office with 200 respondents. The sample technique used is purposive sampling with 90 respondents.The test in this study consisted of test instruments, namely validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, worklife balances has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational culture is proven to be a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of both compensation on performance and worklife balance on performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of personality characteristics, leader member exchange and work environment on performance. To analyze the effect, the data were analyzed using a quantitative analysis of themultiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of personality (Big Five Personality) did not affect positively and significantly. While the leader member exchange and work environment is positive andsignificant. The results of the model test study "Effect of personality characteristics, leader member exchange and work environment on performance", only able to explain changes in performance of 43.5% while the remaining 56.5% change in employee performance is explained by other variables / factors that influence the performance of employees were not studied. Based on these results, it is recommended that (1) Placement of employees adjusted to the characteristics of personality with reference to the abilities and talents of employee interests. (2) An employer must be able to establish a better relationship with their subordinates, so hopefully there will be mutual influence of the subordinates by showing good performance. (3) Conditions of work environments in particular physical environment improved and equipped so as to support the execution of tasks and jobs of the employees.Key words: big five personality, leader member exchange, work environment, and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in strengthening efikasi diri and motivation effect on employee performance. The population of this study were employees while the sampling technique was used simple random sampling. Using Slovin formula, found 100 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS by testing the instrument, model and hypothesis. This research uesed a multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of hyphotesis testing shows that self efficacy and motivation have positive and significant effect on performance, and transformational leadership moderates the both offect of self efficacy and motivation on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the improvement in product quality, brand image, and brand awareness of the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones. The population was drawn from Unisbank students using Samsung-brand smartphones, and a sample of 99 students. The sampling technique is proportionate random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data, with questionnaires as research instruments. While the research instruments include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, F test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t test (hypothesis). The results of data processing show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand awareness has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kenerja, dan (4) apakah motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Bengkel Mobil Plat @Auto Station Semarang sebanyak 55 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara pengisian kuesioner oleh responden. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji model, uji hipotesis, teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja(3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (4) motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja, dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh  pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang sebanyak 219 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara pengisian kuesioner oleh responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 19.0. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji Validitas dengan analisis factor dan uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpha. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji model, uji hipotesis dan uji efek mediasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional sebagai variable memediasi tidak mampu menjelaskan pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Pertanahan kota Semarang.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasional, Kinerja AbstrakThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of: transformational leadership on performance, motivation on performance, transformational leadership on organizational commitment, motivation toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment to performance, transformational leadership on performance with organizational commitment as the mediation and Motivation to performance with organizational commitment as a mediation variable at the Land Office of Semarang City. The population of this research is all employees of Land Office of Semarang City as much as 219 employees. Sample in this research counted 69 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results showed that transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees, motivation had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden, Teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 5 (lima) alternatif jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, kinerja karyawanAbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Moedal Semarang City. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan secara langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 390 pegawai dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin di peroleh 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan pemberdayaan karyawan terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir; Pemberdayaan Karyawan; Komitmen Organisasional. Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of career development and employee empowerment on organizational commitment at the Tirta Moedal Regional Water Company (PDAM) Semarang City. The research method used is a quantitative method, using primary data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 390 employees and the sample in this study using the Slovin formula obtained 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used in this research is the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results show that career development and employee empowerment have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh “Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Displin Kerja Karyawan di PT. Reycom Documen Solusi Semarang”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dan seluruh populasi menjadi sample penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan ke seluruh sample. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap displin kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap displin kerja karyawan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of “Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Discipline at PT. Reycom Document Solutions Semarang”. The population in this study were 100 employees and the entire population became the research sample. This study uses data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to the entire sample. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis that have been carried out can be concluded that: leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan modal sosial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) di PDAM Tirta Baribis Kabupaten Brebes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDAM Tirta Baribis Kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 159 karyawan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan besarnya sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). Kata Kunci: knowledge sharing; modal sosial; organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB).
