Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment on Employee PerformanceSecretariat Dewan Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 83 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique for data collection is done by means of questionnaires.The analysis method used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, hypothesis with used multiple linear regression The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This Research is a research that examines the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on employeperformance at Nozz Hotel Semarang. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on employee performance at Nozz Hotel Semarang fifty six respondents are used in the research. Data collection methods used in this study is questionnaire method (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statement to respondents to obtain information. The data collected in the analysis used factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, cronbach alpha formula, to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to test the magnitude of the influence of each variable in the test with the coefficient of determination (R2) and partially prove each independent variable. While the result of his research are : (1) leadership does not have a positive and significant impact to employee performance (2) work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (3) compensation does not have a positive and significant impact on employe performance.Keywords : work leadership, environment and compensation

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas urgensi membangun jiwa wirausaha sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing. Bahasan ini mengacu pada hasil penelitian Potensi Jiwa Wirausaha Mahasiswa Unisbank Semarang Pengusul Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa Kewirausahaan (PKMK) Tahun 2012. Sebanyak 54 kelompok pengaju proposal sebagai populasi (±170 orang) dan masing-masing kelompok ditentukan satu orang sebagai responden. Data tentang potensi jiwa wirausaha diperoleh dengan menggunakan Tes Pendengar dan Thematic Apperseption Test (TAT) dari BP2TK Provinsi Jateng. Hasil Tes Pendengar menunjukkan, bahwa secara agregat terdapat 52,5 persen responden berpotensi tidak mampu memperoleh informasi yang utuh dan akurat sekaligus berpotensi tidak mampu bekerjasama dengan berbagai alasan. Adapun hasil TAT hanya 39,72 persen responden yang berpotensi mampu berinovasi/berkreasi, 33,7 persenberpotensi menjadi karyawan, dan 26,6 persen tidak terdeteksi sebagai kelompok yang mampu berinovasi/berkreasi maupun sebagai karyawan. Potensi jiwa wirausaha ini perlu dieksplor agar menjadi kemampuan berwirausaha handal sebagai modal bersaing. Oleh karena itu peran psikolog sangat penting dalam membangun jiwa berwirausaha, disamping peran akademisi dalam aspek pengetahuan ekonomi, dan peran masyarakat sekaligus pemerintah dalam membuat kondisi perilaku (budaya) wirausaha.Kata kunci: potensi, jiwa, wirausaha, daya saing

Abstract

Organization culture is collection of positive value that is useful for organization in order to influence behavior. Authority tolerance culture is part of culture concept founded by Hofstade (1994). As high as authority to culture, means they are willing to accept the authority to culture difference in an organization. Career perception is perception as long as working (Asthur, et al, 1989. The aim of this research  are to analyze and to prove whether tolerant culture influence bureaucratic and professional career perception. Method of this research uses purposive sampling method with 89 female nurse as samples and also uses double regression analysis. Result of this research shows that authority tolerance culture has positive influence towards bureaucratic to career perception and professional career perception. It means that as high as authority tolerance culture will determine life someone’s career choice, even though still in perception form. Next, this perception will influence someone’s behavior in acting to do pioneering career. Keywords : Authority tolerance culture, Bureaucratic Career Perception, Professional Career Perception.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Transformational Leadership On Performance Employees At Perum LPPNPI (Airnav Indonesia) Branch Pratama Semarang. This research uses qualitative research, with the employee population is 85 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research uses sampling The result showed that the Work Stress not affect on Employee Performance, Motivation not effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Employee Performance. From resul tresearch showed Transformational Leadership very strong and effect can explain the variable employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the work Discipline, work environment, and competencies against the staffing Agency training and education of the city of Semarang. The population in this research is the total number of employees totaled 83 respondents. The data used is primary data, i.e. data obtained directly from the source. The technique of data collection is done by a questionnaire. Methods of analysis used is test data, test feasibility feasibility model, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Data collected after the test result all data stated is valid and reliable. The results showed that the positive effect of work Discipline and signfikan on performance Clerk Staffing Agency training and education the city of Semarang. Influential and positive work environment signfikan Staffing Agency Employees on performance of education and training in Semarang city.Competence signfikan and positive effect on performance Clerk Staffing Agency training and education of the city of Semarang. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Compensation, Career Development and Work Motivation on Employee Retention. The object of this study was employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Semarang Branch Pandanaran. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The results of the sample were 152 respondents and the data collection method used a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. Data and information collected in this study were processed using version 19 Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software, then analyzed using correlation coefficients to test KMO validity, cronbach alpha to test instrument reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the magnitude of influence each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that Compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee retention, Career Development had a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention, Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Bureau of Organization of the Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province. This type of research uses quantitative research, with a total population of 60 people. The sampling technique uses census techniques, so that all population numbers are sampled, amounting to 60 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression models. Data processing is done by SPSS 21 program. Based on the calculation results of SPSS 21 from the t test on work discipline variables obtained significance of 0.472> 0.05, then work discipline does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables obtained significance of 0,000 <0,05, then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style variables obtained significance of 0,023 <0,05, then transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
