Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut dunia pendidikan, khususnya di tingkat SMK, untuk mampu membekali siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri kreatif. Salah satu keterampilan yang semakin dibutuhkan adalah kemampuan desain grafis. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, dipilihlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Aplikasi ini dipilih karena kemudahannya diakses dan digunakan, serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan literasi digital siswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan literasi digital siswa SMK. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar desain visual dan keterampilan praktis dalam membuat media komunikasi visual yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui praktik langsung dan tugas proyek individu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan Canva serta peningkatan minat terhadap bidang desain grafis. Pelatihan ini menjadi alternatif strategis untuk mendukung pendidikan vokasi berbasis teknologi dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tuntutan industri kreatif.

Abstract

In an effort to utilize Hajj funds or financial resources, Muslim economists developed the concept of waqf which can be applied in India through an inclusive and collaborative investment model. They are focused on strengthening the size of non-profit waqf funds while integrating Hajj funds within the existing legal framework in Indonesia, which includes Islamic law and licensing regulations. The results of our current research show that there is no study that clearly discusses the integration of management and investment of Hajj money from the perspective of sharia decisions and assessments. This research uses a qualitative approach with normative legal methods. In accordance with sharia principles and applicable regulations, including Law Number 1386 of 2018 concerning Hajj Financial Management and Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, there is an opportunity to combine waqf fund investments with Hajj money, while maintaining the essence of waqf, and considering benefits, risks, security and trust. Collaboration between the Hajj Financial Management Agency and professional waqf institutions registered with the Indonesian Waqf Board will be a strategic step in developing waqf assets, especially considering that investment capacity can be increased by up to 10% in Indonesia. The recommendation from this research is that BPKH and waqf institutions in India collaborate closely for the benefit of waqf and public funds, and actively provide accurate information to the public in order to reduce the spread of wrong news regarding the current status of Hajj funds.

Abstract

Health facilities are places that are frequently visited by the public for treatment, maternal and child examinations, vaccinations and routine check-ups. However, people face an increased risk of infection if they receive treatment in health facilities that lack basic needs related to Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH). Health facilities also still pay less attention to other inclusive indicators such as women, the elderly and children. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of patient education, monitoring programs, and promotion of healthy lifestyles regarding inclusive WASH on the satisfaction of outpatients at RSUD Jend. Ahmad Yani, Metro City in 2024. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate tests. The results of the study explain the level of satisfaction of outpatients at RSUD Jend. A. Yani Metro City in 2024 is at a level of 36%, bivariate analysis shows that only promotion of a healthy lifestyle has a significant relationship with the level of patient satisfaction (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05). Multivariate test results explain that only monitoring program variables and healthy lifestyle promotion variables regarding inclusive WASH facilities have an influence on patient satisfaction. The dominant variable that influences the level of patient satisfaction is the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. With a focus on promoting healthy lifestyles and optimizing WASH facility monitoring programs, RSUD Jend. A. Yani can increase patient satisfaction significantly. Implementing appropriate policies based on these findings will help hospitals provide better health services and meet patient expectations.

Abstract

There are many obstacles faced in the implementation of health promotion in hospitals. One of the main obstacles is the passive attitude of hospitals that only wait for patients to come without paying attention to the surrounding health aspects, which is an ancient function of hospitals in ancient times that functioned as curative and rehabilitative efforts. The services provided tend to be individual and do not consider the impact on society as a whole. In addition, the lack of competent resources in health promotion is also a problem because hospitals have little or no skilled manpower in this field. The use of purposive sampling in this study aims to find out how the implementation of Hospital Health Promotion that has been carried out by General Ahmad Yani Hospital is in line with the PKRS implementation standards set by Permenkes No. 44 of 2018. The informants used are key informants, main informants, and additional informants. Based on the formulation of the problem and the objectives of the study, the exposure to this data is grouped into four, namely: (1) data exposure regarding the implementation of standard I carried out by hospital employees, (2) implementation of standard II carried out by hospital employees, (3) implementation of standard III carried out by hospital employees, (4) implementation of standard IV carried out by hospital employees, These measures include the formation of a special team responsible for assessing the hospital's Human Resources (HR) and encouraging the hospital's human resources to conduct research related to PKRS. In addition, the hospital is expected to adopt the PKRS concept as stipulated in Permenkes No. 44 of 2018 by involving all relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) memiliki dampak besar terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat. Teknologi informasi memiliki implikasi positif dan berbahaya, seperti kejahatan dunia maya. Kontrol yang sah terhadap kejahatan siber merupakan tantangan karena kejahatan siber berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Pengaturan Tindak Pidana Kejahatan Dunia Maya dalam Hukum Indonesia adalah tujuannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kasus, perundang-undangan, dan analisis. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan studi dokumen dan sumber sekunder. Analisis data kualitatif menghasilkan kesimpulan penelitian. Karena fokusnya pada hukum pidana mayantara dan prinsip-prinsip hukum, penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif. Penelitian dan analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa setidaknya ada 7 Peraturan Perundang-Undangan khusus di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) yang mengatur tentang kejahatan mayantara (cyber crime) di Indonesia, dan dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia khususnya Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 yang mengubah Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 yang mengatur tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE).

Abstract

Melalui metodologi kualitatif yang didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang bagaimana teknologi mempengaruhi pengadilan di Indonesia, khususnya metode litigasi dan bantuan hukum dalam kaitannya dengan tren dan kemajuan di Era Digital saat ini. Baik dampak baik maupun buruk dari kemajuan teknologi terhadap taktik litigasi dan bantuan hukum diuraikan secara rinci dalam penelitian ini. Tinjauan literatur menemukan bahwa investigasi, analisis bukti, dan pemantauan tahanan dapat dibuat lebih efisien dengan bantuan teknologi di kepolisian. Namun, kita juga harus memikirkan masalah yang mungkin timbul terkait keamanan data dan privasi. Keadilan semakin terancam ketika masyarakat tidak memiliki akses yang adil terhadap data dan teknologi. Sistem hukum mengalami peningkatan dalam penggunaan blockchain dan AI untuk membuatnya lebih efisien dan lebih murah. Dengan munculnya e-Court dan e-Litigasi di Pengadilan, Mahkamah Agung Indonesia telah membuat lompatan teknologi yang akan merevolusi cara kita berperkara. Dengan e-filing, e-payment, dan e-summons, para pencari keadilan dapat menangani semua aspek perkara mereka secara elektronik

Abstract

Maize farming has enormous potential in Margo Lestari Village. People see it as a promising way to generate income and improve their standard of living. This study aims to examine the role of maize farmers in improving the economy of Margo Lestari Village. The research method used is a field study by interviewing maize farmers and collecting data related to production, income, production costs, and the social and economic characteristics of farmers. The results show that maize cultivation contributes positively to farmers' income and regional economic growth. Income from maize cultivation increases along with the area of land cultivated, production generated, and production costs incurred. Factors such as education, experience, and women's participation also affect farmers' productivity and income. These findings are consistent with agricultural economic theory and previous research on the role of the agricultural sector in local economic growth. The policy implications of this study are the need for support for farmer education and training, as well as the promotion of women's participation in agriculture. These findings provide important insights into the contribution of the agricultural sector, particularly maize cultivation, in local economic development and form the basis for policies that support the growth of this sector.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how the work environment affects employee performance, how leadership style affects employee performance, how the work environment affects motivation, how leadership style affects motivation, how the work environment affects performance through motivation, and how leadership style affects performance through motivation. This study uses primary data and is classified as a quantitative study. 210 workers at the Padang location of PT PNM (Persero) are the study's subjects. The study's findings are: A supportive work environment is the primary factor in raising employee motivation, an effective leadership style can significantly increase employee motivation, a conducive work environment, and a good leadership style all significantly contribute to performance improvementbeen demonstrated to have a substantial impact on performance in this study, motivation does not significantly mediate the relationship between leadership style and performance, nor does it significantly mediate the relationship between work environment and performance

Abstract

Buying and selling used goods online is permitted in Islam as long as you adhere to the principles and rules of buying and selling. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method in data collection which involves searching for references using library materials. If a law in Islam conflicts with government law, then the law is considered haram, in accordance with government restrictions prohibiting savings on illegally supplied imports. However, when used products have been used by someone whose health is unknown and may or may not be experiencing a serious illness, there will definitely be a lot of bacteria or viruses on the clothes. Therefore, it is best to clean it thoroughly before use. Used goods are no longer associated with poor quality, thanks to the increasing popularity of buying and selling used goods online among young people. Therefore, thrifting is more than just a hobby it is an art form, with shoppers taking pride in their choice of quality branded goods. Apart from that, the frugal culture also has an impact on company growth, especially in the fashion industry in Indonesia.
