Abstract

Penatalaksanaan nyeri akut pascaoperasi merupakan tugas penting dokter anestesi. Morfin banyak digunakan untuk mengontrol nyeri pascaoperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian MgSO4 intravena selama operasi terhadap efek analgesia dan kebutuhan morfin pascaoperasi. Penelitian ini adalah uji klinik blok tersamar ganda. Tiga puluh enam subjek usia 21–55 tahun dialokasikan ke dalam kelompok A yang diberikan MgSO4 30 mg/kgBB intravena 15 menit dilanjutkan 15 mg/kgBB/jam sampai akhir operasi dan kelompok B diberikan NaCl 0,9% dengan volume sama yang menjalani operasi bedah mayor di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar pada Juni–Agustus 2014. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan Uji Mann-Whitney. Nilai visual analog scale (VAS) diam dan bergerak pada jam ke-4 dan ke-8 pada kelompok Mg berbeda bermakna (p<0,05). Perbedaan konsumsi morfin pascaoperasi pada jam ke-4, ke-8, dan ke-24 berbeda bermakna (p<0,05). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian MgSO4 intravena selama operasi meningkatkan efek analgesia dan menurunkan kebutuhan morfin pascaoperasi.Kata kunci: Analgesia pascaoperasi, anestesi umum, bedah mayor, magnesium sulfatIntravenous Magnesium Sulphate Administration to Improve Post-operative Analgesia Effect in Major Surgery with General AnesthesiaAbstractRelieving acute post-operative pain is an important role of anesthesiologist. Morphine is frequently used to control moderate to severe post operative pain. The objective of this study is to understand the effect of intravenous MgSO4 administration in improving post-operative analgesia effect. This study was a double-blind randomized block clinical trial. The subjects of this study were patients who underwent major surgeries in Sanglah Hospital during the period of June to August 2014. Thirty six subjects age 21–55 years allocated to group A received intravenous MgSO4 30 mg/kgBW intravenous bolus in 15 minutes followed by 15 mg/kgBW/hour until the surgery is finished and group B received NaCl 0.9% with the same volume. Data were then analyzed using  the Mann-Whitney Test. The stationary and mobile VAS scores in the  4th and 8th hour in Mg group were significantly different (p<0.05). Post-operative morphine consumptions in the 4th, 8th, and 24th hour were significantly different between the Mg and NaCl 0.9% groups (p<0.05). Abstract

Supervision of Building Permit (IMB) is an activity and effort to determine and assess the actual reality of the execution of the work or activity is in accordance with the plans and procedures or not. The problem in this research is how the implementation of supervision by the Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru on building permits (building does not have permission), and the factors that triggered the building that does not have a license in the District of Pekanbaru City Handsome and obstacles in the implementation of supervision. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of supervision by the Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru to buildings that do not have the IMB.Researchers used the theoretical concept which adopted the theory of supervision by Manullang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection instrument includes interviews with employees of the Department of Spatial control section and Pekanbaru City and community building, observation and document.The results of this study indicate that supervision Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru to buildings that do not have a building permit (IMB) in District Charming is not good. Factors that influence the lack of supervision of building permits and building permits violated ie, lack of personnel and operational vehicles to conduct a thorough supervision, lack of socialization, lack of public awareness, community economic factors, particularly the lower middle income people are the cause of reluctance in taking care of IMB before building.Keywords: Development, Monitoring, IMB.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemidanaan dapat diartikan sebagai tahap penetapan sanksi dan juga tahap pemberian sanksi dalam hukum pidana. Tindak Pidana ringan di perbolehkan melakukan perdamaian bahwa perdamaian dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana, perdamaian yang melibatkan korban, pelaku dan masyarakat masih terbatas dan dilaksanakan di luar pengadilan. Perdamaian antar pelaku dan korban dengan diikuti penggantian kerugian dan pemaafan hanya berfungsi meringankan pemidanaan terhadap pelaku dan permohonan maaf boleh dilakukan Diversi bahwa dalam perkara pidana yang dapat diselesaikan dengan perdamaian adalah pada perkara tindak pidana ringan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 364, 373, 379, 384, 407 dan 483 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Dalam hal ini hukum yang diberikan adalah pidana penjara paling lama 3 bulan atau denda Rp 2,5 juta. Penyelesaian perkara pidana, perdamaian yang melibatkan korban, pelaku dan masyarakat masih terbatas dan dilaksanakan di luar pengadilan. Khusus untuk peradilan pidana anak, sudah mengakomodasi perdamaian melalui diversi, permohonan maaf boleh dilakukan Diversi dalam perkara pidana tindak pidana ringan pidana penjara paling lama 3 bulan atau denda Rp 2,5 juta. Pihak korban maupun pelaku diharapkan dapat mencari dan mencapai solusi serta alternatif terbaik untuk menyelesaikan perkara diantara mereka, supaya praktik perdamaian memiliki legitimasi dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia. Abstract

Improving the quality of public services is the main focus in an effort to increase community satisfaction in Selebar Village. This workshop aims to introduce the concept of integrity to public servants so that they can implement it in every interaction with the community. The importance of integrity in public services not only builds public trust but also improves the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Through this workshop, it is expected that public servants can understand the ethical and moral values that must be applied in their every action. Interactive discussions and case studies will be the main methods in delivering the material to ensure in-depth understanding. The workshop will involve representatives from various government institutions and civil society to obtain a comprehensive perspective. In addition to understanding the importance of integrity, participants will also be trained in effective communication and problem-solving skills. Practical implementation will be the main focus, with discussions on concrete steps that can be taken in everyday situations. Continuous evaluation will be conducted to measure the impact of the workshop in improving the quality of public services in Kelurahan Selebar. The conclusions of this workshop will serve as a foundation for positive change in the culture of public service delivery with integrity and orientation towards the needs of the community at the local level.

Abstract

The implementation of health promotion in hospitals faces various obstacles, one of which is the passive attitude of hospitals that only wait for patients to come without paying attention to health aspects in the surrounding environment. This study evaluates the suitability of implementing standards I, II, III, and IV of Hospital Health Promotion (PKRS) at RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro City. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and involved eight informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of PKRS regulations at RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani has yet to reach the optimal level. Standard I has yet to be met due to the lack of regulation related to CHAP in the Hospital Strategic Plan (Renstra). In standard II, no health promotion needs assessment has been conducted for various related parties. Meanwhile, in standard III, health promotion interventions have been carried out well for patients and families, although there are still areas for improvement in interventions for hospital human resources. Standard IV shows that monitoring and evaluation have yet to be implemented consistently. Implementing the PKRS regulation at RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani still requires improvement to reach the optimal level.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the internet has resulted in the widespread existence of online media in Indonesia. As a result, competition between these online media platforms is increasing. With so much competition between online media, this research was conducted to find out how the communication management strategy carried out by PT Warta Global Republik as a new online media company to overcome competition between other online media. The method applied in this research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing POAC communication management theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The data collection techniques implemented involved documentation studies, literature studies, observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study show that the management strategy implemented by PT Warta Global Republik has a good and effective communication foundation. Starting from the planning stage, Warta Global Republik takes steps to evaluate previous performance results, then maintains what is good and then replaces what is ineffective. At the organizing stage Warta Global uses a communication approach with the Journalist Organization, then at the actuating stage Warta Global uses effective communication to move the team, finally at the controlling stage the Chief Editor of Warta Global as the Warta Network oversees all articles to comply with company regulations. From the analysis of POAC management theory, it can be seen that the results of research on Warta Global Republik's management strategy say that Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling are important points in the communication management of a company. In addition, the editor-in-chief of Warta Global Republik also holds full responsibility for competing with competing online media

Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of technology and science has influenced the daily behavior of people in Indonesia by becoming easier and faster. No exception for e-commerce which has emerged and developed rapidly influencing people's behavior. The Shopee application takes advantage of the opportunities for technological developments to attract the attention of Indonesian customers, especially with unique features on its platform. With Shopee, shopping becomes easier. And this convenience is really provided by Shopee, including the choice of COD and Paylater features with the aim of providing customer satisfaction. The study aims to determine the effect of COD and Paylater on Customer Satisfaction. Descriptive quantitative research design. The number of samples is 91 and the analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The conclusion is that the COD and Pay Later signs are 0.000 <0.05, so both have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Universal health coverage (UHC) remains a challenge for many countries worldwide. Achieving UHC is also one of the sustainable development goals (SDGs), which stipulates for good health and well-being. Indonesia’s health coverage program, the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, is administered by the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan). National health insurance (JKN) is a social security program that administered by the Healthcare and Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan). BPJS Kesehatan in implementing its program requires hospital as health facility providers. BPJS Kesehatan cooperation agreement with dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital will be analyzed. How was the cooperation agreement between dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital and BPJS Kesehatan in Prabumulih branch. What efforts were made by dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital and BPJS Kesehatan in overcoming breach of contract in the health insurance cooperation agreement? The research method was normative juridical and empirical juridical. The data were primary and secondary. Data was analyzed by qualitative legal analysis. Research and debate showed that cooperation agreement between BPJS Kesehatan and dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital did not include medical licensed (SIP). in the 2017-2018 Manuscript of Cooperation Agreement (PKS), resulting breach of contract. Previously, dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital has obtained approval from District Government Health Office and BPJS Kesehatan verification that doctor could work outside working hours. However, BPJS Kesehatan stipulated dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital must return all BPJS Kesehatan claim payments to resolve the breach of contract dispute. There has been a breach of contract between dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital and BPJS Kesehatan, and dr. Noesmir Baturaja Hospital has the right to demand justice, Government regulations and policies must be evaluated and changed to maintain equality in the cooperation agreement between BPJS Kesehatan and Hospital

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is a person's attitude that shows interest in certain things without any coercion or persuasion. Someone who has an interest in entrepreneurship means that he is ready for the risks and uncertainties in the climate or process of whether the business is successful or not. Several factors cause the emergence of entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship education factors, environment and e-commerce are factors that are often discussed by several previous studies. This research method is qualitative with library research. Its nature is a literature review. The results of the study showed the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest. In entrepreneurship education, individuals are taught about the mentality and mindset of maturity to be skilled and create their own businesses so that they can create new jobs for the surrounding environment. The environment influences entrepreneurial interest. In the environment where a person lives, a mindset and attitude will be formed. The environment is a supporting factor given to someone to generate entrepreneurial interest. E-commerce also influences entrepreneurial interest. E-commerce offers a form of ease of buying and selling. So many people are interested in buying and selling from e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and lifestyle on the purchase intention of second like-new iPhones in Bandar Lampung City, specifically among consumers of Nano Store. The rapid development of technology and the increasing public demand for smartphones have made the iPhone one of the most sought-after products due to its quality and prestige. However, the high price of new iPhones has led some consumers to opt for second like-new iPhones, which are considered more affordable yet still functional. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 100 respondents. The results show that the price variable has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention (significance value 0.002 < 0.05), indicating that the lower the price, the higher the purchase intention. Meanwhile, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), suggesting that the higher a person's lifestyle level, the greater their intention to purchase a second like-new iPhone. Simultaneously, price and lifestyle significantly influence purchase intention, contributing 44.4% to the purchase intention variable. These findings indicate that second like-new iPhones have become a rational and prestigious choice for urban communities, primarily due to affordable pricing and the need to align with today’s digital lifestyle
