Abstract

This thesis is entitled “The Effect of Implementing the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) on Employee Performance at the District Religious Affairs Office. Sematang Form”. SIMKAH is a policy program issued by the government to be implemented at the District KUA which aims to facilitate the presentation of marriage data at the KUA. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing SIMKAH on employee performance at KUA Kec. Semang Form. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The source data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was carried out using all 31 KUA employees. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, basic assumption tests (data normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test). The results of this research show that there is an influence of implementing SIMKAH on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of management data using SPSS version 26 which obtained a calculated t value <t table (0.054<1.812) and a significant value of 0.957>0.05. This is also the coefficient of determination or R of 0.128 which shows that 12.8% has no influence while the remaining 87.2% is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana dalam pengolahan datanya berupa angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini akan meregresi variabel (X) kecerdasan spiritual dan variabel (Y) motivasi kerja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, apakah kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang. Kecerdasan spiritual dapat memberikan dampak pada motivasi kerja pegawai yang dilakukan, kecerdasan spiritual dapat mempengaruhi perilaku setiap individu dalam bekerja untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang maksimal. Pada penelitian ini mengelola data melalui angket dengan banyaknya responden yang berjumlah 70 orang yaitu pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan pertanyaan sebanyak 28 butir soal, variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan motivasi kerja sebagai varaibel terikat (Y). Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji (T) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Untuk pembuktian dalam pengambilan keputusan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS For Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang dilihat dari t-hitung (3.993) lebih besar dari t-tabel (1.66757) dengan taraf signifikan 5% hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sementara untuk persentasi pengaruhnya sebesar 19% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The thesis research entitled "The Influence of Strategic Management and Community Environment on the Akhlakul Karimah of the Children of the Al-Hikmah Tanah Mas Orphanage, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency" as the background of this research is the lack of exemplary guidance and supervision of orphanage children so that their morals are not yet well formed overall. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of strategic management on the akhlakul karimah of children at the Al-Hikmah Orphanage. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a survey technique that is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using a nonprobability sampling technique, saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique for all members of the population used as a sample, namely 52 people. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Classical assumption test, Simple linear regression analysis, and Hypothesis Test (t test and Coefficient of Determination Test) using SPSS version 23 software tools. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of strategic management and the community environment on akhlakul karimah. It is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.219 which indicates that the akhlakul karimah variable (Y) is influenced by the strategic management variable (X1) and the community environment (X2). of 21.9% and the remaining 78.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Al-ittifaqiah, peningkatan nasabah setelah strategi pemasaran dilakukan di BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya, faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam strategi pemasaran di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini di kantor BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan BMT Al-Ittifaqiah, penerapan pemasaran untuk peningkatan nasabah, dan faktor penghambat pendukung dalam pemasaran BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya.

Abstract

Thesis with the title "Effectiveness of the Bazkopa Application as a Media for Zakat and Donation Payments at Baznas Palembang City" The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Bazkopa application as a medium for paying zakat and donations at Baznas Palembang city. This research method uses quantitative research with survey techniques which are carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques include observation, distribution of questionnaires/questions and interviews. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Classical assumption test, Simple linear regression analysis, and Hypothesis Test (t test and Determination Coefficient Test) using SPSS version 25 software tools. The theory used is according to Sutrisno which states the effectiveness can be measured by looking at the extent to which the achievement of objectives is in accordance with the set targets. Meanwhile, the theory of payment media according to Turban, E., 7 & King D quoted by Agung Firmansyah which defines payment media is a payment system that supports e-commerce and provides benefits to business transactions by improving service to customers, improving cash management processes, saving money. timely and efficiently, payment transactions can be made at any time. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Bazkopa application for payment media is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.413 which indicates that the Payment Media (Y) is influenced by the Bazkopa Application Effectiveness variable (X) of 41.3%. The results of this study indicate that the numbers are in accordance with the standard measure of effectiveness which is in accordance with the criteria of effectiveness based on the value range of 0.40 - 0.599. These results indicate that there is an effectiveness of the Bazkopa application as a medium for payment of zakat and donations at Baznas Palembang.

Abstract

Children with cancer not only face physical challenges due to their illness and lengthy treatment process, but also experience psychological stress that can reduce their motivation to recover. This condition requires psychosocial support services that can support children's emotional well-being and improve their zest for life. This study aims to describe the application of group counseling using animated films and analyze its contribution to motivating the recovery of children with cancer at the Rumah Singgah Sehat Ceria Foundation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subjects consisted of children with cancer who participated in group counseling services, foundation assistants, and counselors. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and their validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the application of animation-based group counseling was able to increase children's involvement in group activities, encourage emotional openness, and strengthen social interaction and support among group members. Animation effectively served as a stimulus that helped children express their feelings and internalize positive values such as hope, courage, and optimism. In addition, there was an increase in healing motivation, as demonstrated by a more optimistic attitude, acceptance of the disease, and a greater willingness to undergo treatment. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that group counseling using animated films is an effective and relevant approach to increase healing motivation and the psychological well-being of children with cancer. This approach is recommended for development in psychosocial services at shelters and institutions that support children with cancer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para penyandang disabilitas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang dirasakan kedelapan klien sebelumnya penerapan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik refleksi klien mengalami ketidakmampuan untuk melakukan suatu keterampilan, setelah menerapkan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik refleksi memiliki kemampuan keterampilan yang baik untuk kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah penyandang disabilitas dalam meningkatkan keterampilan di sentra budi perkasa palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum melaksanakan Klien bimbingan kelompok cenderung baik dan tinggal di ajarkan lagi supaya lebih kedepannya lebih baik berinteraksi dengan orang penyandang disabilitas lainnya. melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik refleksi dilaksanakan dalam 4 kali pertemuan dengan 3 tahap yaitu tahap awal, tahap tengah (tahap pekerjaan) dan tahap akhir. Gambaran keterampilan dialami klien setelah menerapkan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik refleksi, terjadi perubahan dimana klien mampu meningkatkan kemampuannya dan bersemangat supaya bisa bermanfaat untuk dihari yang akan datang dengan orang penyandang disabilitas lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi dakwah yang digunakan Ustadz Felix Siauw dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan Islam melalui analogi anime One Piece. Pemanfaatan budaya populer sebagai medium dakwah menjadi pendekatan yang relevan di era digital, khususnya dalam menjangkau generasi muda yang akrab dengan konten anime. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis konten terhadap dua video YouTube yang memuat pembahasan Ustadz Felix Siauw mengenai nilai perjuangan, kepemimpinan, akhlak, serta keteguhan prinsip tokoh Monkey D. Luffy dalam perspektif Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan mencakup unsur komunikator, pesan, media, komunikan, dan efek. Pesan dakwah disampaikan melalui argumentasi yang logis, pendekatan emosional, serta diperkuat oleh kredibilitas personal dai, dengan memanfaatkan simbol dan adegan anime sebagai jembatan pemaknaan nilai-nilai Islam. Strategi tersebut terbukti efektif dalam menarik minat audiens dan meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan, sekaligus menunjukkan potensi budaya populer sebagai media dakwah yang adaptif di ruang digital.
