Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, especially in the health sector, can lead to an increase in the need for composite materials used. This study aims to describe the results of the concentration of KOH solution and the orientation of the ramie fiber on the impact strength of composites with a polyester matrix. This research is an experimental study with the manipulation variables are the concentration of the KOH solution and the orientation of the fiber direction by determining the value of the impact strength as the dependent variable of ramie fiber as a control variable of this study. This study obtained the optimum impact test result of 0.0711 J/mm2 with 5% KOH solution concentration and located at 0o/45o/90o fiber direction orientation. While the results of the lowest impact test resulted in a value of 0.0101 J/mm2 without soaking the KOH solution and located at 90o/0o/90o fiber direction orientation.

Abstract

Pulley is a receiver or converter of rotary power and moment of force associated with each other using a v-belt, while the transmission is a mechanism to convert power from input power to produce variable output power. Torque and RPM are affected by gear ratio or pulley size. The size of pulley on the input shaft also greatly influences torque and RPM. Where necessary to do a trial-driven pulley size. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the effect of driven pulley size on the output rotational speed and final torque of driven pulley size used. This research uses 3 kinds of driven pulley sizes. Driven pulley 1 (150 mm), the highest torque is 1013.23 Nm and the highest output rotational speed is 1339.5 rpm. In driven pulley 2 (200 mm), the highest torque is 1350.97 Nm and the highest output rotational speed is 1004.62 rpm. While driven pulley 3 (250 mm), the highest torque is 1688.74 Nm, and the highest output rotational speed is 803.7 rpm. In the ANOVA test results, there were no significant differences between the three of pulley diameter variation, indicated by the Sig. 0.395 for output rotational speed and Sig. 0.491 for final torque.

Abstract

Renewable energy is energy that can replace fossil energy that will run out, renewable energy sources can come from the sun, water, geothermal, biomass and wind. Based on this explanation, the researchers conducted research on the conversion of wind energy into electricity by making ODGV wind turbines, for the purpose of this study was to find out how the number of blades and the load affect the performance of ODGV type wind turbines. The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research, in this method the author conducts research using a total of 7 blades and variations in lamp load 0, 3, 6 and 9 watts. The analyzed values ​​include voltage, current and revolutions per minute. From the results of the study, it was found that the ODGV wind turbine with a total of 7 blades produced a maximum value, namely, a voltage of 10 volts, a current of 0 watts and an RPM of 280.4 with a lamp load of 0 watts.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di dunia, bahkan di Indonesia saat ini meningkat begitu pesat termasuk di bidang teknologi otomotif. Jurusan Teknik Bisnis dan Sepeda Motor yang merupakan salah satu jurusan di SMK, hal tersebut menjadikan penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang sistem injeksi menjadi hal yang wajib untuk dimiliki. Berdasarkan survey awal yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu keterbatasan peralatan praktek serta kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap teknologi injeksi sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan terkait trouble diagnosis sistem injeksi. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah training of trainer dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran secara langsung sehingga dapat memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi dan juga menerapkan konsep materi pada alat bantu pembelajaran yang sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan kompetensinya. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan masyarakat yaitu Trouble Diagnosis Sistem Injeksi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kopentensi pemahaman siswa. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah prosentase aspek keterampilan proses yang rata-rata sebesar 50%.

Abstract

Right now using of electrical energy in society is increasing. This is reason in doing the work, peoples using tools machine that required voltage source as driver. The explanation to be basic for research about convertion of wind energy to electrical with making vertical axis wind turbine. The aim is find out effect of lamp load to voltage, current, and RPM on the 2 blade savonius wind turbine. This is a experiment research. This research using quantitative descriptive analysis, with independent variables are lamp load 0, 3, 6, 9 watts and the dependent variables are voltage, current, and RPM. Results obtain from testing then analysis and conclusion attract. Results research show highest performance of savonius 2 blades wind turbine on 0 watt lamp load it producting, 11.68 volts, 0 ampere, and 334.2 RPM. Lowest performance of 2 blades savonius wind turbine on 9 watt lamp load producting, 7.68 volts, 0.13 amperes, and 272.9 RPM. Based of results on the test can concluded that, The more lamp loads activated, voltage and RPM values decrease while, current value increases. This is because number of lamp loads increas then, amount electric charge moving per unit of time also increas.

Abstract

Alternative energy is a source of energy found in nature that can be directly used freely. In addition, the availability of alternative energy is infinite and can be managed sustainably. This wind energy source can be used as an electricity generator by building several wind turbine units. The problem in this research is how the influence of the load on the performance of the 8 blades cross flow wind turbine, while the purpose in this study is to find out how the load on the performance of the blades of 8 blades. The type of research I use is quantitative research. For the author's method using an experimental method, the free load variable lights 0, 3, 6 and 9 watts and the dependent variables are current, voltage and RPM. The results showed that the 8 blades cross flow wind turbine had the best performance at 0 watt load which produced 0 ampere current, 13.8 watt voltage and 354.92 RPM. while the lowest performance on a 9 watt lamp load which produces a current of 0.2088 amperes, a voltage of 9.08 volts and Rpm 301.08, the current has increased, this is because the current is directly proportional to the load power, while the voltage and RPM have decreased because generator voltage and RPM are inversely proportional to the load power used.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2010, pasar makanan halal global meningkat dari USD 587,2 miliar menjadi USD 641,5 miliar. Program sertifikasi halal mengantisipasi perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang akan berdampak pada perubahan permintaan barang halal dan kesiapan untuk menawarkan produk halal. Indonesia, salah satu pusat dari sektor halal, menghadapi masalah dalam memenuhi permintaan produk halal. Banyak bisnis yang beroperasi di area wisata religi di sekitar makam Gus Dur, yang mengkhususkan diri dalam penjualan makanan dan minuman. Dengan membantu dan mendaftarkan diri, hal ini mendorong pentingnya program sertifikasi halal. Sebagai langkah strategis dalam keberlanjutan usaha mikro dan kecil, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana dukungan sertifikasi halal mempengaruhi kepuasan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Servqual secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan semua item pernyataan dalam instrumen penelitian ini dinyatakan valid dimana nilai signifikansi (sig.) < 0,05 dan koefisien korelasi (r) melebihi nilai r-tabel 0,36, sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas berdasarkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha masing-masing variabel berada di atas 0,70. Selain itu hasil uji kesenjangan (gap) dengan perhitungan servqual menunjukkan semua dimensi bernilai positif yang artinya para pelaku usaha/UMKM merasa puas dengan kinerja program pendampingan sertifikasi halal gratis dan merasakan dampak secara langsung terhadap usaha/bisnisnya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Relevansi menyangkut dua dimensi, yaitu di program studi dan dunia kerja dunia usaha. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui relevansi lulusan terhadap PLO S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin. Dari hasil penelitian akan dijadikan input dalam evaluasi, pengembangan PLO yang telah diterapkan. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket melalui website tracer study Unesa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya relevansi lulusan prodi S1 PTM dengan PLO, relevansi ditunjukan dengan adanya keeratan antara bidang studi dengan pekerjaan alumni, pekerjaan alumni memiliki tingkat yang sama antara tingkat pendidikan dengan kualifikasi pekerjaan, jenis pekerjaan alumni sesuai dengan profil lulusan S1 PTM, perlu penguatan kompetensi dari alumni agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja, terutama kompetensi berdasarkan bidang Pendidikan Teknik Mesin

Abstract

mastery of skills in the field of Information Technology. The purpose of implementing Community Service activities which took place in Balonggemek Village, Jombang Regency is to provide training and assistance for Google classroom training for elementary school teachers so that learning for elementary school students is more interesting and fun. The partners of this community service are elementary school teachers in Balonggemek Village, Jombang Regency. The methods used are identifying partner problems, preparation of activities (compilation of materials, necessary equipment), determining training capacity, schedule and arrangement of training events, implementation of activities and evaluation of activity implementation. The google classroom training materials consist of the functions and uses of google classroom, accessing google classroom, adding students to the class, viewing the class assignment page, viewing user pages, creating assignments, providing input and grades. The implementation of the community service activities went well and smoothly. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the training. The evaluation results of the level understanding of the participants in the training can be seen by comparing the pre-test and post-test score, which shows 45% and 92%, respectively.Keywords: google classroom training, primary school teachers, Balonggemek Village, Jombang RegencyAbstrak: Pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang memprioritaskan pembelajaran secara daring atau online membutuhkan penguasaan kemampuan di bidang Teknologi Informasi. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang mengambil lokasi di Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang adalah memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan pelatihan google classroom bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar agar pembelajaran kepada murid-murid Sekolah Dasar lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Mitra kegiatan PKM adalah guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi permasalahan mitra, persiapan kegiatan (penyusunan materi, perlengkapan yang diperlukan), menentukan kapasitas pelatihan, jadwal dan susunan acara pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan serta evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Materi pelatihan google classroom terdiri dari fungsi dan kegunaan google classroom, mengakses google classroom, menambahkan siswa ke kelas, melihat halaman tugas kelas, melihat halaman pengguna, membuat tugas, memberikan masukan dan nilai. Kegiatan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berlangsung baik dan lancar. Hal ini terlihat dari antusias para peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan terlihat dari hasil sebelum pelatihan (pre test) sebesar 45% dan sesudah pelatihan (post test) yang menunjukkan hasil 92%.Kata kunci: Pelatihan google classroom, guru Sekolah Dasar, Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract

Drying is a process that aims to prevent decay. However, the natural drying process can produce less than optimal results, especially during the rainy season. Uncertainty about the use of solar energy triggers to conduct this research. In addition, it takes a long time and requires a large area during the drying process, so this research aims to provide a more optimal value in terms of efficiency by using a rack-type egg tray drying machine. The dimensions of the shelf-type egg tray drying cabinet are 500 x 500 x 900 and a control box. The heating elements are arranged in parallel consisting of 3 tubular heating elements. The thermal efficiency generated in the rack type egg tray drying machine with an average thermal efficiency value of 32.18% and the highest thermal efficiency value produced on the first rack reached 38.32%
