Abstract

Abstrak Kompetensi dasar mesin bubut CNC TU-2A mahasiswa masih rendah dan 81.82% dari 44 mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa materi mesin CNC sulit dikarenakan belum adanya perangkat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan:1) mendeskripsikan aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. 2) mendeskripsikan respon mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. 3) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu pada model Thiagarajan, yakni model 4-D. Model ini terdiri atas empat tahap pengembangan, yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop) dan tahap pendiseminasian (disseminate). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest and Postest Design dengan subjek pada uji coba terbatas mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin sejumlah 78 mahasiswa. Subjek pada uji coba luas mahasiswa Prodi D3 Teknik Mesin Produksi angkatan 2010 Unesa sejumlah 24 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aktivitas mahasiswa dalam kategori sangat baik, artinya mahasiswa sangat antusias dan tertarik dengan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan prosentase sebesar 81.80% dan rata-rata skor 4.08. 2) Respon mahasiswa sangat positif, artinya mahasiswa sangat tertarik pada perangkat pembelajaran mesin CNC dengan prosentase sebesar 95.83%. 3) Ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa sebesar 76.33% dikatakan tuntas karena nilai mahasiswa diatas 61. Hasil instrumen Pre-test dan post-test memiliki validitas dikategorikan tinggi 0.60, nilai reliabilitas tinggi 0.83 dan sensitivitas 0.61 dikategorikan tinggi. Simpulan bahwa pengembangan perangkat mesin CNC efektif meningkatkan kompetensi dasar mahasiswa terbukti dengan meningkatnya proporsi jawaban dari 0.15 menjadi 0.81 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 66%. The results showed that: 1) student activities in the excellent category, meaning that students are very anthusiastic and interested in materials learning was developed with the percentage of 81.80% and an average score of 4.08. 2) student response was very positive, which means that students are very interested in learning the CNC machine with a percentage of 95.83%. 3) learning outcome students at 76.33% said students learning completed because the value above 61. Results instruments Pre-test and post-test has high validity categorized 0.60, 0.83 and high reliability values ??are categorized high-sensitivity 0.61. The inference that the development of CNC machine materials learning effectively improve student basic competence as evidenced by the increasing proportion of answers from 12.15 to 0.81 an increase of 66%. Abstract

Memprogram mesin CNC dasar merupakan salah satu standar kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa teknik pemesinan SMK.Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan berpedoman pada perangkat pembelajaran yang layak dan baik.Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran, kelayakan penggunaan program CutViewer sebagai media, keterlaksanaan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, respon siswa, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa.Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D model, yaitu define, design,develop, dan disseminate. Perangkat yang dikem-bangkan divalidasi para pakar pendidikan dan diujicoba pada subjek ujicoba siswa teknik pemesinan SMKN 2 Tarakan. Desainuji coba pada penelitian ini menggunakan one grouppretest and posstest design.Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif.Hasil analisis penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dapat deskripsikan bahwa: 1)perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran,lembar kegiatan siswa,dan lembar penilaian dinyatakan valid dan hasil uji coba ada pada kategori baik; 2) program CutViewer sebagai media pembelajaran dinyatakan valid; 3) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan rata-rata baik; 4) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat aktif; 5) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran kategori positif dan; 6) ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa tercapai baik individu maupun klasikal. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada pembelajaranmemprogram mesin CNC dasar di teknik pemesinan SMK.Kata-kata kunci: Pengembangan perangkat, memprogram mesin CNC,CutViewer, teknik pemesinan SMK.

Abstract

Abstract Operating milling machine is one of the standard competences which must be mastered by the studens of mechanical engineering in vocational hight school. One of the ways to help students comprehend the learning materials of milling machine operating is by using appropriate and effective learning set. Therefore, this research develops macromedia flash based learning set in the milling machine operating through direct learning especiallyin making the straight cut gears which aims to make the students be able to pass the students? study result. This learning set are developed by adapting 4-D model. There are define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data collecting techniques used are expert validation, observation , test and students? questionnaire. The subjectsof the research are the students of eleventh grade at mechanical engineering department of SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari. The researchis designed by using one group pretest-posttest design. The data is collected by giving pretest, applying the developed learning sets, and giving the posttest. The research data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic analysis technique. The result of the research finds that : 1) the learning set which is developed in the form of syllabus, lesson plan, students? work sheet, learning media, and scoring sheetis very valid and its average score is 3.5, 2) the lesson plan is well implemented and its average score is 4.4, 3) the students? activity in the learning process is very active and its average score is 3.2, 4) the students? response for the learning is very positive for 88%, 5) the students?study result can be achieved well either individually or classically. To sum up, the macromedie flash based learning set for milling machine operating through direct learning for the straight cut gears has been developed well and is effective to make the student be able to pass their study. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims : (1) to examine and analyze the differences in energy conversion machine learning outcomes between students who studied with the use of instructional media macromedia flash with students who study with the use of student worksheets; (2) to examine and analyze the differences in energy conversion machine learning outcomes between students who have learning motivation high and low learning motivation; and (3) to examine and analyze the interaction between the use of instructional media by using macromedia flash, worksheets, and motivation toward learning outcomes of energy conversion machines.. This research is an experimental study using a Non-Random Pre-test and Post-test Control Group with the use of factorial design study model of 2x2 design, population of tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 TKR in Balikpapan. Data collection techniques with methods of testing for learning outcomes and methods for learning motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data in SPSS using two-sample t-test and ANOVA, two independent parts, test requirements normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, homogeneity test requirements using the Levene test. The results of the study: (1) the influence of the energy conversion machine learning outcomes between students who learn to use macromedia flash media with students who are learning to use the media student worksheets obtained F value = 0.039 to 0.843 significant. Because significant < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, so in this study the energy conversion machine learning results in students learning with macromedia flash media is significantly higher than students who studied the learning media LKS; (2) differences in learning outcomes between students' energy conversion machine which has a high learning motivation and low learning motivation obtained results of F = 0.570 obtained results with significant 0,453. Because significant < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted as a result of energy conversion of learning material to students who have a high learning motivation is significantly higher than students who have low motivation; (3) to examine and analyze the interaction between the use of instructional media by using macromedia flash, worksheets, and motivation toward learning outcomes of energy conversion machines. is obtained F value = 0.128 to 0.722 significant . Because significant < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted in this study so there is an interaction between the use of instructional media by using macromedia flash, worksheets, and motivation toward learning outcomes of energy conversion machines. Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the lack of students' ability in acquiring the learning process at shool because do not have the feasible and effective learning set. One of the ways to help the students' understand the learning material of repairing clutch unit and its operation system component is by using the learning set which meets the curriculum 2013 and is based on the discovery learning model. This research aims to get the feasible and qualified learning set to be used, get the realibility in the learning process get the good realibility of the students, good students response for the materials of repairing clutch unit and its operations system component, and good students' study result. This research is conducted by using developmental design by using 4D model. They are define, design, develop, and dessiminate. It has two levels. The first step is developing the learning set by using discovery learning model. The secong step is try the learning set out fer the 25 automotive students at SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan. The result of this research shows that the developed learning set can be described as follows: (1) the learning set which is developed in the from of syllabus, lesson plan students' worksheet, scoring sheet, and the media is in the category of valid. The average score is 4.4, (2) the implementation of the learning set is in the good category. It is in a good category because is reliability score in the first try out is 0.92 and it becomes 0.95 in the second try out, (3) students' activities in the learning process is in the category of active. Its reliability score in the first try out is 0.94 and it becomes 0.95 in the second try out, (4) students' response is very positive. It score is 89.7% in the first try out and it becomes 89.7% in the second try out , (5) the classical accomplishment is achieved, either individually or classically. In general, it can be concluded that the earning set by using discovery learning which has been developed is feasible to be used and is effective to pass the students' study result. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain : (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PDTO kelas X TKRO dan (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PDTO kelas X TKRO. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X TKRO SMK Negeri 2 Bangkalan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 72 siswa yang dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas X TKRO 2 dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas X TKRO 1 dengan jumlah masing-masing kelas sebanyak 36 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes, angket dan observasi. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji-t dengan program SPSS for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PDTO kelas X TKRO. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil signifikansi hitung lebih rendah dari 0.05 yaitu 0.047 &lt; 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran discovery learning lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). (2) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PDTO kelas X TKRO. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil signifikansi hitung lebih rendah dari 0.05 yaitu 0.00 &lt; 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran discovery learning lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). Kata kunci: Discovery Learning, Motivasi Belajar, dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The demands of the world of work require that every student must have competence. Work readiness to enter the world of work can be influenced by several factors. Do soft skills and industrial practical work experience affect vocational students' work readiness? This study aims to obtain a correlation between practical industrial work experience and soft skills on vocational school students' work readiness with quantitative methods through a questionnaire using google form at Vocational High School of RadenPatah, Mojokerto, class XII, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. The data obtained from 72 students in the sample were analyzed by using the Multiple Regression Test using SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate: (1) there is a significant correlation with the direction of a positive relationship between industrial work practice experience and work readiness of 24.4% (2) there is a significant correlation with the direction of the positive relationship between soft skills and work readiness of 25.4% (3) there is a significant correlation with the direction of the positive relationship between industrial work practice experience and soft skills simultaneously to work readiness by 31.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this descriptive study with qualitative approach was identifying the types of errors, the causes of errors, and how to correct them. According to Newman, these types of errors include reading, comprehension, shifting, processing, and numerical errors. The research subjects in this study were 25 students who use the test, interview, and writing methods from the first phase of the water research program. The results of the results of the interview and the student’s answers to the test were tested. The paperwork method is uses to determine the names of the students to be studied. Bases on the results of the study, 23,6% of reading error, 21,8% of reading comprehension difficulty, 17,3% of transform error, 26,4% of students experienced error in the process skill stage, 10,9% of students experience errors at the notation stage. These errors are caused by a lack of understanding of the questions given, the students are not able to change questions in the form of stories into mathematical sentences, are not careful, lack practice in working on story problems, and forget about the formulas. Lecturers should often introduce problems spherical triangle contextual to the student to improve student understanding, the student must often be trained to work on matters story that relates to the spherical triangle with various variations to practice accuracy and skills.

Abstract

Meatballs are generally made from meat that is ground and built with flour. The results of this process are called pentol. Mr Jiman's meatball business which is located in Nganjuk Regency, still used conventional methods. This can affect the amount of pentol production because it still involves human labour. The method used also affects the shape and size, which is the unequal shape and needs a tool that improves this performance. Most of the equipment currently available in the market is a product with a large capacity, unreachable prices, expensive maintenance, and difficulty in obtaining spare parts. To solve partner problems, develop equipment in the form of a meatball forming machine with an electric motor. The method of making a machine is carried out in several stages: designing, measuring and cutting materials, manufacturing, assembling, and testing processes. This purpose is to increase meatball productivity. The results were obtained by using a meatball forming machine with a speed of 4 meatballs/second so that it has increased the efficiency of production time by 400% compared to the manual method, which produces one meatball/second. The productivity of business profits increased 43.7% compared to the previous one, which still used conventional processes.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran tatap muka merupakan model pembelajaran yang paling mudah dilakukan oleh guru. Tetapi, guru juga harus lebih kreatif mengkolaborasikan model pembelajaran tatap muka dengan model pembelajaran yang lain, misalnya dikolaborasikan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis online atau pembelajaran elektronik (e-learning). Penerapan e-learning berbasis web ini dapat menjadi lebih interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Pada sistem e-learning ini tidak memiliki batasan akses, kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan lebih banyak waktu. Keluasan dari segi waktu ini memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memilih waktu belajar sendiri, sehingga siswa mempunyai waktu yang cukup untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan pemikirannya. Tujuan dari artikel ini yaitu mengkaji penerapan Hybrid Learning sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran elektronika dasar di SMK Al Azhar Azzayyadiyah. Metode Penelitian dari artikel ini adalah studi literatur dengan cara mempelajari dan menelaah jurnal yang berkaitan. Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran elektronika dasar di SMK Al Azhar Azzayyadiyah.
