Abstract

Rumah Terapi Sahabat Clinic is located in West Pagesangan, West Nusa Tenggara and has been around for seven years since it was founded in 2015. Based on the results of observations, Focus Group Discussions and interviews, this clinic needs a way to digitize clinical data storage so that it can be accessed easily by clinic staff. In order to meet these needs, a website-based application for clinics is needed with patient and therapist data storage features as well as therapy scheduling. To be able to realize this application, User Interface and User Experience are needed. The method used to do this is User Centered Design. After creating a good User Interface, testing will be carried out using the System Usability Scale and User Experience Questionnaire methods to find out how functional and experienced the clinical staff are while using this Front-end prototype and aspects that can be improved in the future. This research will have results in the form of a front end of a website-based application that suits the needs of clinic staff. While testing using SUS and UEQ, the end result of SUS is 84 or “Acceptable” meanwhile five out of six categories from UEQ are graded “Excellent”

Abstract

As time goes by, the use of the Sasak language among the people of Lombok is decreasing. In fact, the Sasak language is the identity of the island of Lombok which needs to be preserved as a heritage for the younger generation. The increasingly rapid development of technology has encouraged the emergence of innovation in creating various inventions that can facilitate human activities. One innovation that can be developed is speech to text technology. This technology can recognize human voices and then convert them into text. This is of interest to the author in designing a system that implements Google’s speech to text API to translate Indonesian words or sentences into Sasak. The translation from Indonesian to Sasak was carried out by applying a dictionary based system to produce an appropriate translation. The testing process was carried out by translating 25 sentences taken from the Sasak-Indonesian Dictionary and consisting of 117 words. In this research, there were two stages of testing carried out. The first test was carried out to determine the accuracy of the results of the Indonesian translation into Sasak using the dictionary based method. The second test was carried out to determine the accuracy of the Google Speech API in recognizing voice input and then converting it into text. From the first test, the system accuracy results in translating Indonesian to Sasak using the dictionary based method were 100% and the error rate was 0%. Meanwhile, from the second test, the results showed that the system could implement the Google Speech API to translate Indonesian words or sentences into Sasak with an accuracy of 99.14%.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has notably impacted various sectors, including trade. For grocery stores, effective User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design are vital to ensure technology is user-friendly across different groups. This research applies the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method to develop the UI and UX for the G-Star grocery store web application, focusing on user needs, preferences, and contexts to create an intuitive interface. The research process includes stages such as user needs analysis, prototype design, usability testing, and iterative design based on feedback. Initially, user needs were identified through interviews and surveys, which guided the creation of application prototypes. These prototypes were then tested for usability, and feedback was used to refine and improve the design. The findings demonstrate that HCD principles enhance UI and UX, leading to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implementing HCD improves user efficiency and convenience, contributing positively to the G-Star grocery store's performance. This research provides valuable insights for technology development in the grocery sector and offers practical guidance for designers and developers, encouraging the use of HCD in similar projects.

Abstract

Pertanian adalah kegiatan yang memanfaatkan sumber daya hayati yang dilakukan manusia agar menghasilkan suatu bahan pangan, bahan baku industri, dan mengelola lingkungan hidupnya. Kegiatan pertanian dilakukan di berbagai wilayah di Lombok seperti di Desa Kembang Kerang, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Warga desa Kembang Kerang mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani. Pertanian erat kaitannya dengan penggunaan pupuk untuk membantu pertumbuhan tanaman. Pupuk terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu pupuk anorganik dan organik. Akan tetapi, pupuk anorganik memiliki banyak kekurangan sehingga diganti menjadi pupuk organik. Pupuk organik dapat dibuat dari bahan limbah rumah tangga yang tidak digunakan. Kegiatan ini berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan pupuk organik cair. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pupuk organik berbahan dasar limbah rumah tangga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kerusakan tanah dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pembuatan pupuk organik cair berbahan dasar limbah rumah tangga.

Abstract

The e-Canteen system enhances efficiency and user experience in electronic-based canteen services. The study aimed to develop a platform streamlining transactions, inventory management, and interaction between customers and canteen service providers. Before implementation, critical issues identified included manual inventory management and slow ordering processes, which created inefficiencies. The system allows customers to order, pay, and track stock availability online, leading to a more efficient and convenient purchasing process. For canteen service providers, automated inventory management helps optimize stock control and reduces manual errors, promising a more streamlined and error-free operation. The E-Canteen system offers significant benefits to both customers and service providers. Customers enjoy a more efficient and convenient purchasing process, while service providers benefit from optimized stock control and reduced manual errors, fostering a more productive and error-free work environment. Additionally, BLU Unram can monitor canteen performance, enabling data-driven decisions to improve services and policies. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which ensured a user-centered design and rapid adaptation to feedback. Findings from the study demonstrated a 30% improvement in operational efficiency, with user satisfaction significantly increased according to internal surveys. The E-Canteen system addresses the operational challenges of managing canteen services and integrates smoothly with modern technological advancements, providing a scalable and adaptive solution for future growth. This system effectively resolves issues in traditional canteen management, offering benefits to customers and service providers regarding efficiency, convenience, and service quality.

Abstract

Currently, almost all banks have used mobile banking in conducting banking transactions, one of which is Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). BSI mobile is still classified as a new mobile banking application compared to other mobile banking, this certainly still has a low rating and really needs feedback from users which can be seen through reviews on the Google Play Store application. Input in the form of criticism and suggestions from BSI mobile users can be used by BSI mobile as a suggestion for careful supervision and evaluation material in improving its services. This study aims to find the best algorithm to analyze review sentiment on the Google Play Store for the BSI mobile application and provide an overview of the response of application users to application developers based on the results of review data processing. The data mining methodology used in this study is CRISP-DM, using a dataset collected for 6 years (2018-2023) which is annotated into positive and negative labels manually, then modeled using 2 algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes (NB) and Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM). The contribution of this study is to test, evaluate and compare the two algorithms (NB and BiLSTM) using the K-Fold Cross Validation (NB) testing model and over-sampling techniques to the minority class (negative) then provide recommendations for the best algorithm. The conclusion of the study is that the BiLSTM algorithm is superior to NB with an accuracy of 94.90 % while the NB algorithm is 94%. In addition, the over-sampling technique is more optimal in increasing the accuracy of the algorithm's performance compared to without over-sampling.

Abstract

Hadirnya teknologi informasi telah banyak membantu efisiensi pekerjaan di banyak sektor: pengolahan data, pengontrolan peralatan, visualisasi data, analisa pasar, bahkan dalam bidang seni dan kerajinan. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan nonformal, Kwartir Cabang Mataram menginisiasi pembentukan Saka Rintisan Teknologi Digital untuk memberikan akses bagi masyarakat yang tidak memiliki kesempatan untuk mempelajari teknologi informasi melalui jalur formal. Sebagai langkah awal, dengan dukungan Prodi Teknik Informatika, Kwartir Cabang Kota Mataram mengadakan Latihan Pemrograman Dasar bagi pembina-pembina pramuka yang di harapkan akan menjadi pamong (pengajar). Materi yang dipelajari pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari Logika Pemrograman, Variabel, Percabangan, Perulangan, Array, dan Fungsi. Latihan Pemrograman Dasar bagi Pembina Pramuka ini dilaksanakan sebagai latihan mingguan sesuai dengan kesempatan dan/atau kondisi peserta yang telah dilaksanakan dalam dua periode yaitu Nopember 2023 hingga Maret 2024 dan Mei 2024 hingga Agustus 2024. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, sebagian besar peserta dapat memahami materi mengenai Logika Pemrograman dan mampu menyampaikannya kepada anak didiknya namun masih sulit untuk mengimplementasikannya ke dalam bahasa pemrograman. Evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat mengajarkan keterampilan pemrograman kepada peserta didik, masih diperlukan pengayaan dan latihan pada tingkat selanjutnya. Selain itu, perlu dirumuskan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk menyampaikan materi tersebut kepada peserta didik pada rentang usia yang lebih rendah.

Abstract

Mental health problems in Hu'u Sub-district are related to the high number of attempted suicides, indicating a lack of access to early detection of mental health disorders. This study aims to design and build a website-based mental health early detection information system to facilitate the early identification of mental health problems in adolescents. The system was developed using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) as a testing instrument. The development process was carried out in two iterations for 30 days. The system was tested using the black box method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of black box testing show that the system functions correctly and according to the expected functionality. UAT testing involving students and the Rasabou Health Center showed an average score of 90% and 90.04%. These results show that the system is effective in detecting mental health disorders and has met expectations by user needs.

Abstract

The development of a web-based Scout Information System for Kwartir Cabang Mataram aims to improve the management of member data and activities through a REST API. The current data management process, relying on tools like Google Forms and Microsoft Excel, is inefficient and error-prone. To address these issues, the proposed system integrates all levels of scout organization within the Mataram City, from school-based scout units (gugus depan) to the city level scout organization (kwartir cabang), creating a centralized platform for real-time data access. Built using the Scrum method, the system is developed through iterative sprints and regularly improved based on stakeholder feedback. The REST API architecture enables seamless communication between the back-end and front-end components, ensuring system scalability, flexibility, and future integration with other platforms, including mobile applications. Black-box testing guarantees the functionality of the system’s endpoints. This system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative delays.

Abstract

Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) memiliki potensi besar di sektor pariwisata dengan kontribusi 19,5% terhadap pendapatan daerah. Namun, rendahnya keterampilan Bahasa Korea dan literasi digital masyarakat serta pelaku UKM menjadi hambatan dalam pelayanan wisatawan, khususnya asal Korea Selatan, dan promosi produk lokal. Padahal, kemampuan berbahasa Korea sangat penting untuk memperkuat interaksi, pengalaman wisatawan, promosi budaya, dan perluasan pasar produk lokal. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, Universitas Mataram melalui Program KKN Internasional bekerja sama dengan Seoul National University Social Responsibility (SNU-SR) dan Universitas Nasional (UNAS). Program ini mencakup pelatihan Bahasa Korea praktis, pengembangan konten digital, strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial, serta personal branding bagi UKM. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, seleksi, pelatihan hybrid (online–offline), pendampingan, evaluasi, dan pembentukan komunitas keberlanjutan. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dasar Bahasa Korea, keterampilan produksi konten digital, penguatan branding usaha, serta terbentuknya komunitas pasca pelatihan. Survei menunjukkan program ini efektif meningkatkan daya saing pariwisata NTB, terutama dalam menarik wisatawan Korea Selatan, sekaligus memperkuat posisi daerah dalam pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif.
