Abstract

This community empowerment activity was carried out in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of community service activities with the theme "Education on the introduction of contracts in sharia transactions and the introduction of online sharia financing to strengthen business capital for small and medium business actors in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency" which has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1). The participants already have additional information about sharia-based online loan institutions that are recognized by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority. 2) The participants of small and medium businesses get information about the types of contracts in sharia transactions as well as accurate tricks to qualify for loans in sharia banking. 3) Small and medium enterprises in Sebewe Village know how to do simple bookkeeping.

Abstract

This study was carried out at publicly listed property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objective of this study is to examine and evaluate the impact of total asset turnover and debt to equity ratio on return on assets in Property and Real Estate Companies that are listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The research methodology utilized in this study adopts a causal approach, specifically employing a quantitative and descriptive research design. The study included a total of 78 companies, selected using purposive selection technique, resulting in a sample size of 54 companies. The study employed the multiple linear regression approach and conducted classical assumption checks for analysis. The findings of this study suggest that the Total Asset Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly impact the Return on Assets (ROA) in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. The TATO has a moderately favorable influence on the return on assets (ROA), whereas the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) has a substantial and adverse effect on ROA. These findings have significant consequences for individuals and organizations involved in the property and real estate industry, highlighting the crucial role of strategic asset management and financial structuring in influencing firm performance. This research makes a valuable contribution to scholarly discussions and provides practical insights for professionals seeking to improve financial performance in the ever-changing Indonesian real estate market.

Abstract

The main objective of this community empowerment activity is to develop superior village products through increasing creative and innovative marketing and financial management. The methods used in this community service activity are tutorial methods, mentoring methods, discussion and evaluation methods. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan IndiHome di Kecamatan Plampang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan internet yang cepat dan stabil, serta adanya keluhan pelanggan terkait kualitas jaringan, pelayanan, dan harga yang ditawarkan oleh IndiHome. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan IndiHome di Kecamatan Plampang, dengan sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan IndiHome di Kecamatan Plampang. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, PT Telkom Indonesia diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas jaringan, pelayanan, serta menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan manfaat yang dirasakan pelanggan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pelanggan AHASS. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan karena lokasi yang strategis serta minimnya pesaing memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas, di mana pengalaman pelayanan yang memuaskan mendorong pelanggan untuk kembali menggunakan jasa AHASS. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, khususnya melalui kecepatan dan ketanggapan staf, meskipun fasilitas pendukung masih perlu ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa lokasi, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan AHASS di Kabupaten Sumbawa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemasaran digital, citra merek, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare di e-commerce, khususnya di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kebutuhan akan produk skincare di Indonesia meningkat pesat, didorong oleh kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya perawatan kulit dan pengaruh media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, melibatkan 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk skincare secara online. Hasil analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, di mana strategi seperti promosi melalui media sosial dan penawaran diskon terbukti efektif. Selain itu, citra merek yang kuat juga berkontribusi pada keputusan pembelian, dengan konsumen cenderung memilih merek yang mereka percayai. Kualitas produk, yang mencakup efektivitas dan keamanan, menjadi faktor kunci lain yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha di Sumbawa perlu mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital, membangun citra merek yang positif, dan memastikan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar e-commerce. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis dan konsumen untuk lebih memahami dinamika pasar skincare yang terus berkembang di era digital.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic bibliometric analysis exploring the evolution of social media marketing research, emphasizing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in shaping consumer behavior between 2015 and 2025. Utilizing the rigorous PRISMA protocol, the research analyzes 70 high-impact articles from the Scopus and Sinta databases, carefully triangulated with credible secondary data from leading global industry reports. Through VOSviewer visualization, four primary thematic clusters are identified: AI Evolution and Personalization, Immersive Technologies in Marketing, Dynamics of Digital Consumer Behavior, and Data Ethics and Privacy. The findings reveal a definitive paradigm shift from reactive automation to generative AI, which fundamentally drives hyper-personalization and fosters co-creative brand-consumer relationships. Furthermore, immersive technologies, particularly the Metaverse, are increasingly redefined as seamless phygital layers rather than isolated virtual environments. Crucially, the study highlights the privacy paradox as a central dilemma, noting that modern consumers demand highly personalized experiences while remaining profoundly skeptical regarding data utilization. This phenomenon occurs alongside the growing dominance of short-form videos and user-generated content. Ultimately, this research contributes theoretically by mapping the interdisciplinary nexus of digital marketing, behavioral psychology, and managerial accounting. To maximize practical utility, marketing practitioners are strongly advised to establish a robust trust architecture prioritizing algorithmic transparency and explicit value exchange to ethically navigate the privacy paradox.
