Abstract

Pummelo farmers need production technology and marketing information to optimize their capability and agricultural productivity. Communication process to disseminate information about pummelo nursery, maintanance, and marketing between farmers and external stakeholder will build a communication network. The purpose of this study is to analyze communication structure in dissemination of pummelo nursery, maintanance, and marketing information; identified main actors in the networks; analyze correlation between farmer characterctics and communication network analysis, and correlation between communication network analysis with the effectiveness of information dissemination. The result of this study shows that extension worker are the main actor in disseminationof pummelo nursery and maintanance information network, and whole seller is the main actor in dissemination of marketing information network. There’s no significantly correlation between farmers characteristics and communication network analysis in dissemination of pummelo nursery, maintanance, and marketing information, except cosmopolity variable and outdegree centrality in dissemination of pummelo maintanance information. In addition, there’s no significatly correlation between communication network analysis variables and effectiveness dissemination of information in production and marketing network.Keywords: communication process, farmers, network

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan nilai budaya dan nilai psikologi yang terdapat pada cerpen Rumah Batu Kakek Songkok karya Lina PW. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah cerpen pada koran kompas yang terbit pada tanggal 29 Januari 2017. Cerpen ini menceritakan tentang seorang anak yang tidak setuju dengan pembangunan rumah batu yang menggantikan rumah panggung adat Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi dari segi unsur kebudayaan dan psikologi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa cerpen Rumah Batu Kakek Songkok : (1) Budaya adat istiadat, dan (2) Nilai psikologi sang anak yang menentang pembangunan rumah batu. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, yet the adoption rate of e-commerce among these businesses remains low. This study aims to identify the factors influencing e-commerce adoption among Indonesian MSMEs using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and to analyze its impact on business performance. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was applied to 23 scholarly articles published between 2013 and 2024. The findings indicate that technological factors (perceived usefulness, relative advantage, compatibility, security), organizational factors (organizational readiness, top management support, organizational culture, organizational size), and environmental factors (government support, competitive pressure, IT vendor support) significantly influence e-commerce adoption by MSMEs. Furthermore, e-commerce adoption has been proven to enhance MSMEs’ business performance in terms of increased sales, market reach, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. This study highlights the importance of an integrative strategy involving the government, MSME actors, and technology providers to accelerate the digital transformation of the MSME sector in Indonesia

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi membutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengakomodasi keberagaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengeksplorasi strategi pembelajaran kreatif yang diterapkan di SD Negeri Manahan, 2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pembelajaran kreatif yang diterapkan di SD Negeri Manahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan GPK (Guru Pendamping Khusus), observasi non-partisipatif yang dilakukan di kelas inklusi untuk mengamati secara langsung penerapan strategi pembelajaran kreatif oleh guru, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan analisis RPP, silabus, dan dokumen relevan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) SD Negeri Manahan menerapkan strategi seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, berbasis permainan, dan kegiatan di luar kelas. 2) Terdapat faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan guru, minimnya sumber daya manusia khususnya GPK (Guru Pendamping Khusus), serta keberagaman kemampuan siswa. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan sekolah dalam upaya pengembangan sendidikan inklusi meliputi pelatihan guru, optimalisasi fasilitas, dan kerjasama dengan orangtua. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pembelajaran kreatif untuk mendukung pendidikan inklusi, serta menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas guru dan penyediaan sumber daya memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam diskusi akademik mahasiswa program studi komunikasi digital dan media sekolah vokasi IPB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penggunaan ChatGPT diukur berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), sementara komunikasi interpersonal diukur berdasarkan teori Joseph A. Devito. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi Digital dan Media Sekolah Vokasi IPB University yang aktif atau pernah menggunakan ChatGPT dalam kegiatan akademik. Sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 93 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh postif dan signifikan antara variabel x yaitu penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap variabel y yaitu komunikasi interpersonal. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT dapat berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa sebanyak 10%, sementara sisanya sebanyak 90% dipengaruhi oleh variabel variebel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the integration of local wisdom in learning Islamic history at the Faculty of Islamic Studies Undaris. As we have known that one of the objectives of learning Islamic history is to help train intelligence and shape attitudes, character, and personality of students, because the content of Islamic history material contains local wisdom values. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected and from that meaning conclusions were drawn. The results of the study showed that the integration of local wisdom in learning Islamic history at FAI Undaris refers to the Curriculum which is then developed in the RPS and teaching materials based on local wisdom. In the RPS and teaching materials, the values ​​of local wisdom that are to be developed are stated. Islamic history lecturers also use tools in the form of applications of active learning strategies to further maximize the integration of local wisdom and the learning objectives of Islamic history itself.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has made social media a strategic platform for companies, including PLN Icon Plus, to build corporate image and reputation through public interaction and the promotion of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programs. This study aims to identify and analyze effective social media management strategies and measure their effectiveness in improving the company's image. Employing a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and content analysis on the PLN Icon Plus platform, conducted from August 19 to December 20, 2025. The findings indicate that the implemented strategies, which include rapid interaction, the use of engaging visuals (especially reels focusing on TJSL), collaboration with national news media, and publication of achievements, are proven effective. Instagram insights analysis showed a significant increase in content views, reach, and interaction from August to November 2025. The study concludes that proper social media management is essential for building a positive image, with implications for the need for continuous content innovation, active audience interaction, and routine evaluation to achieve future business goals.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah tidak hanya dituntut memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang baik, tetapi juga keterampilan interpersonal yang menunjang kelancaran usaha. Communication skills dan negotiation ability membantu wirausahawan membangun hubungan yang efektif, mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan, dan meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua kemampuan tersebut terhadap kinerja usaha pelaku UMKM di sektor industri kreatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang melibatkan 294 responden dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa communication skills dan negotiation ability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keterampilan interpersonal merupakan sumber daya penting yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas hubungan bisnis, efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, serta pencapaian target usaha. Selain itu, communication skills terbukti menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam menjelaskan variasi kinerja, sehingga dapat menjadi prioritas dalam program pengembangan kapasitas pelaku UMKM. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa peningkatan kompetensi interpersonal berperan strategis dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM industri kreatif.

Abstract

The company profile video project of the Regional Secretariat of Bogor City was carried out as a medium for delivering institutional information to the public through audiovisual media. The company profile video was used to present the institutional profile in a clear and structured manner. This project aims to explain the scriptwriting process, the application of visual storytelling techniques, and the effectiveness of the company profile video through Instagram Reels. The method used was a practice-based approach through pre-production, production, and post-production stages focusing on scriptwriting. The scriptwriting process included research, brainstorming, writing, and revision while considering the suitability between narration and visuals. The application of visual storytelling techniques used Caputo’s theory (2003), including clarity, realism, dynamism, continuity, and intuity. The effectiveness of the video was analyzed descriptively through partner assessment and Instagram insights from @setda_kotabogor.

Abstract

This project is motivated by the need to optimize public communication media at the Regional Secretariat of Bogor City, particularly due to the absence of a company profile video that can deliver information clearly, attractively, and in an easily understandable. This study aims to examine the directing process as well as the application of the Technique 5C Cinematography technique and Auteur. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach pre-production, production, and post-production. Implementation of the Technique 5C Cinematography is able to produce more structured visuals and support the flow of information delivery, while Auteur Theory provides consistency in visual style that strengthens the identity of the work. Video result is presents information audiovisually to the characteristics of digital media. Therefore, the application of well-planned directing techniques plays an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of a company profile video as an institutional communication medium
