Abstract

This study aims to provide innovation management for inputting practical work titles online based on Laravel. The rapid development of the positive number of Covid-19 has made the world restless, including the country of Indonesia, which has gone through more than 1 year of the pandemic period starting from March 2020 to May 2021. The surge in positive cases of Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the sustainability of the institution's teaching process. education. Covid-19 is forcing digital transformation towards the 4.0 education era. Technology is the only answer that can help during the pandemic, with technology the teaching and learning process continues, meetings, discussions and other things continue online. With digital transformation, conventional methods have been replaced, one of which is inputting the title ofPractical Job Training (KKP) at Raharja University which utilizes the ability of Ms. Excel. This offline KKP title input service must be replaced, given the existence of Large-scale Social Restrictions which require students to make long-distance contact with the KKP title inputting administrator and reduce the service for filling out forms which are quite time-consuming and the occurrence of data input errors. The method used in this research is the Agilemethod Scrum Tire which is a reference in working on Laravel-based technology. With the presence of this technology, it becomes a finding in replacing conventional methods and breakthroughs in the all-digital pandemic. The application of online KKP input can provide convenience and efficiency in the proces.

Abstract

Disintermediation of the travel industry in the modern area has the most powerful and successful innovation, obviously with the assistance of Blockchain innovation. The market structure has changed since the appearance of online travel planners. Determined to improve the system for the travel industry that as of now depends on this blockchain innovation, for which the reason for this paper was made, a subjective strategy with semi-organized meetings appears to be appropriate to decide the ideal use to draw out the fundamental capability of this blockchain innovation for the business. the travel industry as per specialists. From the consequences of meetings led just as from the aftereffects of considering the impact of blockchain on business, it tends to be inferred that blockchain innovation is a fitting new advance as far as restricting and forbidding new go betweens in the entrance of the travel industry, subsequently it will prompt the vanishing of go-betweens from the travel industry market and an increment in the framework straightforward that everybody knows.

Abstract

Higher education is the face of innovation for any country. The quality and dedication of professors help to maintain quality in this process. With time, parameters were raised to check the quality of professor attributes. In this paper, we discuss all possible parameters taken by universities to evaluate faculty performance. Gradually it grew overhead pressure on professors and impacted the teaching-learning process. Our paper focused on stress parameters with possible solutions for the same issue. The process consists of several parameters to evaluate an employee's performance, such as no publications in conferences and journals, no patents filed, additional responsibilities performed, other qualifications achieved, result in the analysis of courses taught, etc. Still, it also puts a lot of pressure on both of them because they have to balance all this extra work and teaching. This paper focuses on different faculty assessment parameters and their impact on the faculty teaching-learning process. We also propose possible solutions on how this stress can be alleviated, and the existing strategy can be simplified.

Abstract

learning process implemented in universities due to COVID-19 has brought significant disruption to education. Interest and motivation to learn are very important in the learning process. It takes a platform that supports students to be motivated in running the activity hours well. Learning techniques that can be chosen are collaborative and creative learning in achieving effective graduate outcomes with the support of the Merdeka Campus program. This research aims to make gamification techniques to make students more creative, innovative, and interactive by utilizing the concepts of learning and playing. Furthermore, a learning platform based on blockchain technology can support quality universities as a layer of control in implementing security and fun learning. With gamification techniques in collaboration with blockchain technology, all devices connected to the network will become nodes or servers. This study uses agile development methods based on iterative and incremental models to create a distributed storage blockchain algorithm, and IPFS used to build the GamiChain iLearning education model (gamification blockchain). It can be concluded that GamiChain (gamification blockchain) can support the Merdeka Campus program, which can provide facilities for students to develop their potential and prepare excellent and outstanding graduates.

Abstract

Chemicals that cannot be controlled today can pollute resources and the environment. Common sources of pollutants are due to public transportation, cigarette smoke, volcanic activity that emits volcanic ash, factory smoke, forest fires, biogas, or carbon dioxide. The purpose of this paper is to monitor air quality, detect air and anticipate pollution levels. With the specified algorithms, three algorithms will be used to create a good and accurate model where four different gasses are predicted: carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide, in this paper, there are four algorithms used for the Air Qualification Index which are Support Vector Regression, Linear Regression, and Ensemble Gradient Boosted Decision Tree. This research also includes quantitative research which is hypothesized to be evaluated against Root Mean Squared Error, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute error, depending on the performance of the measurements made by artificial intelligence, and the lower error value is selected. Based on the algorithm to be predicted in this air quality monitoring, there are 5 air pollutants like Carbon dioxide, Sulfur dioxide, and Nitrogen dioxide, and the sensors to be used are two sensors like PM2.5 and PM10 that can be predicted.

Abstract

This paper aims to go deeper into how a firm executes digital transformation in marketing. The experiences discussed in this article will give insight from a business practice standpoint. The difficulties encountered and the solutions proposed will broaden knowledge and inspire additional research. This paper employs a qualitative technique, with one of Indonesia's significant telecommunications companies serving as the primary case study. Semi-structured interviews were used in this study, with 25 interviews conducted at the senior management level. As a result, this organization is developing digital transformation through digital and traditional marketing. A big challenge is focusing on existing consumers through conventional marketing while reaching out to additional customers through digital marketing. One of the aspects to consider while designing digital technology is the digital divide in some nations.
