This study aims to describe in detail how the personality competencies of primary education teacher candidates for SD FKIP, Riau University. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research was conducted at PGSD FKIP, Riau University, involving 120 active students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the data percentage score and analyze each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicate that the personality competencies of primary school education teacher candidates 70,10% with a good category. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in the personality of primary school education teacher candidates at FKIP, Riau University. This research is also expected to be a study material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student personality competencies in preparation for becoming primary school education teacher candidates. Keywords: Personality competence, survey, pre-service elementary school teacher ========================================================================================================Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara detail bagaimana kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa calon guru SD FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Penelitian dilakukan di PGSD FKIP Universitas Riau dengan melibatkan 120 mahasiswa aktif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menghitung persentase data dari setiap indikator, kemudian menginterpretasi skor persentase data dan menganalisis setiap indikatornya secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa calon guru SD 70,10% dengan kategori baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi evaluasi berbagai pihak dalam kepribadian mahasiswa calon guru SD di FKIP Universitas Riau, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan kajian bagi peneliti lain dalam menganalisis dan mengembangkan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa dalam persiapan menjadi calon guru SD. Abstrak: Selama pembelajaran dalam jaringan guru harus mampu mendesain pembelajaran online yang efektif, efisien, dan inovatif,. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru-guru MGMP IPA SMP di Pekanbaru diperoleh informasi bahwa mayoritas guru masih banyak yang kesulitan melakukan evaluasi saat pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi Kahoot dan Quizizz sebagai evaluasi selama pembelajaran daring. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari: (1) Persiapan, pada tahap ini dilakukan komunikasi, observasi dan survey awal terhadap permasalahan yang ada dilapangan, (2) Pelaksanaan, tahap ini dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada tempat munculnya permasalahan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan komunikasi awal berupa pelatihan pembuatan kuis interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot dan Quizizz melalui tatap muka dan bimbingan online. (3) Evaluasi, pada tahap ini dilakukan evaluasi dan refleksi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru IPA SMP kota Pekanbaru berjumlah 19 orang. Peserta diberikan soal pretest dan posttest untuk melihat ketercapaian konten materi serta diberikan penugasan. Diketahui bahwa rerata nilai pretest peserta pelatihan yaitu 61,58 dan nilai posttest peserta yaitu 91,58. Terlihat adanya peningkatan nilai peserta. Kualitas luaran tugas yang dikumpulkan oleh para peserta juga sudah sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pengabdian sudah dapat membuat kuis interaktif berbasis Kahoot dan Quizizz dan mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran.Abstract: During learning in the network, the teacher must be able to design effective, efficient, and innovative online learning. Based on interviews with MGMP science teachers at junior high schools in Pekanbaru, information was obtained that the majority of teachers still had difficulty evaluating online learning. This service activity aims to improve teachers' mastery of technology in using the Kahoot and Quizizz applications as evaluations during online learning. The methods in service activities consist of: (1) Preparation, at this stage communication, observation and initial surveys are carried out on the problems that exist in the field, (2) Implementation, at this stage service activities are carried out at the place where problems arise based on the results of observations and initial communication in the form of training in making interactive quizzes using the Kahoot and Quizizz applications through face-to-face and online tutoring. (3) Evaluation, at this stage evaluation and reflection are carried out on the service activities carried out. Partners in this activity are science teachers at the Pekanbaru City Middle School, totaling 19 people. Participants were given pretest and posttest questions to see the achievement of material content and were given assignments. It is known that the average pretest value of the trainees is 61.58 and the posttest value of the participants is 91.58. Seen an increase in the value of participants. The quality of the output of the tasks collected by the participants was also very good. It can be concluded that the service participants have been able to create interactive quizzes based on Kahoot and Quizizz and are able to apply them in the learning process.

Benayah Subdistrict, Siak Regency has 8 State Elementary Schools spread across various from Benayah Subdistrict. Teachers use media and learning resources that are still limited. This is due to the lack of information and lack of facilitation in developing teacher competence in using the internet based on E-Learning. Based on these conditions, the use of internet based on E-Learning is still not optimal. This service activity will be carried out in July - September 2020. This service activity is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the final stage. With this service activity, it is hoped that State Elementary School teachers in Benayah District, Siak Regency can improve teacher competence in using the Internet based on E-Learning, especially Google Classroom and using it in the learning process.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the world of education. The government has made several policies to prevent the transmission of Covid-19, including the face-to-face learning process being changed to bold learning. This makes educators and students at various levels, from universities to elementary schools, adapt to the learning process to remain effective and efficient. However, some elementary schools use a pick-up and drop-off system to school, this is because some teachers do not use bold learning applications and students' different economic levels to meet learning needs (mobile/laptop). The purpose of implementing community service, especially for teachers, is to equip teachers to have an understanding of the use of bold learning applications. The method used in this service activity is lecture and direct practice, presenting material for brave learning applications based on google classroom and google meet for SD Negeri 89 Pekanbaru teachers. The results obtained are that teachers understand how to use bold learning applications so that learning can run effectively even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Physics is a science that deals with practice. In practicum, it is necessary to be supported by teaching materials, one of which is a practicum guide. Practicum is a learning strategy that allows students to empirically train cognitive, psychomotor, and affective abilities simultaneously by using laboratory facilities. The guided inquiry-based practicum guide is expected to help students in practicum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the beginning and end to design a guided inquiry-based practicum guide. The R and D development model used is the ADDIE model, namely the needs analysis stage, one of which is the front end analysis. This type of research is qualitative research which includes descriptive research. Data collection techniques were a questionnaire. The research was conducted at the University of Riau. The results of the research are lecturers have good teaching performance but need to find a practical guide so as to create a student-centered learning. The practicum guide is prepared based on a needs analysis, namely practicum facilities need to be designed in accordance with the practicum objectives.

The large number of catfish farmers in Dumai Timur District, especially in Tanjung Palas Village, makes the supply of catfish abundant, causing the price of catfish at harvest time to be very cheap and unable to meet operational costs. This is also because the results of catfish farming are directly sold to consumers or distributors. For this reason, a community service program is carried out which aims to help increase people's income by utilizing the results of catfish farming. The method used in this community service program is to provide socialization of processing catfish into nuggets to catfish farmers by using video facilities. The socialization activity was successfully implemented and accepted by catfish farmers, namely the Palas Jaya group in Tanjung Palas Village. The result of this service is that farmers get knowledge and information in processing their catfish cultivation which can be a solution to increase added value to catfish which was previously priced cheaply at harvest.

This article was prepared for aknowledging people for the medicine plant that can we found in our daily live. In Indonesia we usually named is as TOGA (Tanaman Obat Keluarga). Toga has a lot of advantages the most significant is this plant can help to decrease the mild symptoms of some diseases, but some people do not recognize this, especially in Desa Perhentian Luas Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat. One of the reasons that we found why there still did not plant medicine plants in their environment is because of the lack of understanding they have. So, as a student college, we like to share our knowledge and we also bring some medical plant seeds. Like ginger, aloe vera, turmeric, greater galingale, kelor leaves, and temulawak. Our activity goes well and we wish that this will be a useful example for the resident in this village.

The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of monologue videos as alternative tasks in online learning. Monologue videos are one of various online learning alternatives which are assumed to increase student activity and creativity in learning so that online learning becomes more effective. Information about student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of monologue videos in online learning is needed to develop online learning to become better. This research was conducted by giving a questionnaire via google form to Biology education students as research respondents. From the research that has been done, the results showed that the application of monologue videos by students is considered effective as an alternative to online learning because it could increase student activity, creativity and motivation. However, there were some challenges and obstacles such as difficulties in making video scripts and video editing as well as network constraints and internet quota. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of video monologues as an alternative task in online learning were considered effective by students and can be developed further in other subjects.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemandirian mahasiswa melalui pemberian lembar kerja mahasiswa berbasis pertanyaan “PITA” (Produktif, Imajinatif, Terbuka, dan Analisis). Penelitian dilakukan di FKIP Universitas Riau (Program Studi PPKn dan Program Studi Biologi). Penelitian dilakukan pada matakuliah Ilmu Lingkungan dan Mitigasi Bencana, selama bulan Maret-April 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan e-kuesioner (google form) dan pedoman wawancara. E-kuesioner (google form) yang digunakan melalui summative response scale, dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang dimodifikasi dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penerapan LKM berbasis pertanyaan “PITA” (Produktif, Imajinatif, Terbuka, dan Analisis) berdampak pada peningkatan kemandirian mahasiswa pada matakuliah Ilmu Lingkungan dan Mitigasi Bencana sebesar 90% (prodi biologi) dan 87% (prodi PPKn). Indikator yang dominan berkembang adalah regulasi diri, sebesar 92% (prodi biologi) dan 90% (prodi PPKn). Peningkatan kemandirian mahasiswa disebabkan adanya panduan pertanyaan yang mampu menstimulus mahasiswa dalam belajar secara mandiri.

Rokok merupakan pembunuh nomer satu bagi manusia, sangat banyak korban dari keganasan rokok dan sudah tidak terhitung korban yang meninggal akibat rokok. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan semakin banyaknya pabrik-pabrik rokok ditanah air. Akhir-akhir ini pemerintah mempunyai strategi baru untuk menekan jumlah perokok di Indonesia dengan cara menyisipkan gambar-gambar korban dari keganasan rokok pada bungkus rokoknya. Organisasi kesehatan dunia alias world health organization (WHO) menyebut Indonesia menjadi negara ketiga dengan jumlah perokok terbesar di dunia. Tentu saja peringkat tersebut bukan satu hal yang patut dibanggakan. Pasalnya, hampir tidak ada manfaat yang bisa didapatkan dari merokok. Pencanangan kampung tangguh adalah sebagai upaya serta apresiasi dari Pemerintah atas apa yang telah diupayakan masyarakat dalam mencegah dan tangguh dalam menanggulangi pandemi Covid-19. Warga harus tangguh secara jasmani dan rohani dimana harus selalu dispilin dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kampung tangguh memiliki beberapa aspek, meliputi tangguh secara keamanan, tangguh secara kesehatan, tangguh secara pendidikan, tangguh secara ekonomi, tangguh secara informasi dan kreatifitas.
