Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all levels of society. In particular, micro-entrepreneurs have experienced a decline in income and reduced mobility in buying and selling activities. The government provides stimulus assistance, Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM), to reduce this impact. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) Program in Kediri City. The results are achieved by collaborating with each actor who played a role in the action program and individual projects, the resulting outcomes, and analysis of supporting factors and obstacles to implementing the BPUM program in Kediri City based on the Merilee S. Grindle implementation policy model. This study uses qualitative research methods with case study methods. The study's results found that program implementation needs to be improved by understanding and further coordination by program implementers to make it better and more efficient. This research contributes to the excellent collaboration of each actor who plays a role in action programs and individual projects by using implementation policies from Merilee S. Grindle so that microenterprises are more actively seeking information assistance from the government either directly or indirectly. In addition, the government can update the amount of data for micro-entrepreneurs and make backups through a one-door system, so that duplicate data does not occur when registering or submitting assistance.

Abstract

Abstract: The Role of Entrepreneurship Education in the Empowerment of the Poor in Indonesia. Poverty has become an international problem. Poverty reduction effort is a major commitment of all countries that have ratified the Millennium Development Goals. The nature of poverty involves many aspects such as economic, political, and social and cultural. Therefore, poverty reduction programs consisting of financial/economic support as well as empowerment program i.e. entrepreneurship education. This empowerment program focuses on shaping an independent mental attitude, creative, and persistent so that the individuals’ potential and provided facilities can be utilized optimally. Furthermore, “the charity programs” should be addressed specific to the poor who are elderly. Keywords: poverty, empowerment and entrepreneurship Abstrak: Peran Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Miskin di Indonesia. Kemiskinan telah menjadi masalah internasional, dan upaya pengurangan kemiskinan merupakan komitmen utama semua negara yang telah meratifikasi Milenium Development Goals. Hakikat kemiskinan bersifat multi aspek, baik ekonomi, politik maupun social budaya. Oleh sebab itu program pengurangan kemiskinan tidak dapat hanya diberikan bantuan ekonomi melainkan perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan berupa pendidikan kewirausahaan, untuk membentuk sikap mental yang mandiri, pantang menyerah, kreatif serta mengembangkan need for achievement, sehingga potensi yang dimiliki maupun fasilitas yang diperoleh dapat dikembangkan. Sebaliknya program-program yang bersifat belas kasihan sebaiknya hanya diberikan kepada warga miskin yang berusia lanjut.  Bantuan yang bersifat belas kasihan yang selama ini diberikan ternyata kurang mendidik karena menyebabkan malas bekerja, dan pemanfaatannya kurang produktif. Keywords : kemiskinan, pemberdayaan dan kewirausahaan

Abstract

Abstract: Cooperative Student for Developing Students Character. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of cooperative student development model as a model as character education in Vocational High School (SMK). The samples of this study are 20 SMK in DIY. Cooperative Student development, as a model of character education, uses the Research and Development. This study managed to compile a guidebook of Cooperative Student development. The study also proved that the activities in student cooperatives were able to develop the character values such as kinship, independence, responsibility, and democracy.Keywords: Cooperative development, character education.Abstrak: Koperasi Sekolah Sebagai Wadah Pengembangan Karakter Siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi model pengembangan koperasi siswa (kopsis) sebagai model pendidikan karakter di SMK. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sekolah sebanyak 20 SMK di Provinsi DIY. Pengembangan kopsis sebagai model pendidikan karakter menggunakan Research and Development. Penelitian ini berhasil menyusun buku panduan penerapan model pengembangan kopsis. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa kegiatan berkoperasi mampu menumbuhkan nilai karakter seperti kekeluargaan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan demokrasi.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Koperasi, pendidikan karakter

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality, attitude, motivation, and environment on the entrepreneurial spirit both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a survey with 39 teachers of school cooperatives and respondents numbering 33 people. Primary data was obtained using questionnaires supported by observations and interviews on cooperative teachers and related parties: data analysis using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions with t-test and F tests. The results showed that personality, attitude, motivation, and the environment simultaneously and partially influenced positively and significantly the entrepreneurial spirit. The four variables contributed to the entrepreneurial spirit by 80.30%, while factors outside the research influenced 19.70%. The environment is the variable that contributes the most to the entrepreneurial spirit with a percentage of 23.52%, followed by personality by 20.91%, motivation 19.88%, and attitude 15.99%.

Abstract

Tujuan  kegiatan  ini  adalah  meningkatkan  pengetahuan  kewirausahaan,  keterampilan  praktis  dalam~ngelola     usaha   Koperasi  Mahasiswa  serta  mendorong  meningkatkan  dan   menciptakan   keterkaitan  dancewaspadaan  antara perguruan tinggi dengan dunia usaha khususnya Koperasi Mahasiswa.Pelaksanaan program magang kewirausahaan Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Koperasi Mahasiswa dilakukan melalui    kegiatan pembekalan tentang bidang usaha Kopma, pembekalan kewirausahaan, magang dan penyusunan roposal   rencana usaha. Pembekalan diberikan oleh para praktisi dan dosen UNY kemudian diteruskan kegiatanagang di Kopma UNY dan Kopma lAIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.Adapun hasil kegiatannya adalah : (a) perserta magang 100% (peserta ada  15 orang mahasiswa) telahrergugah minatnya untuk melakukan usaha rnandiri; (b) peserta magang 100% telah membuat rencana usaha; (c) peserta magang 60% telah mendirikan usaha di wilayahnya dan (d) mahasiswa peserta magang dan dosen telah meningkat  keterampilannya khususnya keterampilan dalam mengelola usaha.
