Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI di MA AL-Hamidah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan mengungkapkan suatu apa adanya. Subyek yang menjadi bahan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di MA AL-Hamidah dengan jumlah siswa 36. Nilai tingkat motivasi belajar diperoleh dari nilai penyebaran skala penelitian yang telah dianalisis validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas adalah korelasi product moment dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tingginya tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi di MA AL-Hamidah. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa jumlah skor terendah adalah 0,353, skor tertinggi adalah 0,952, untuk skor rata-rata adalah 0,652. Maka dapat dikatakan jumlah skor dapat diklasifikasikan dalam kategori motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi kelas XI di MA AL-Hamidah dengan presentase 100%. Adapun tabel distribusi frekuensi motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi adalah sebagai berikut: 6 siswa dengan kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 16,2%, 5 siswa pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 13,9%, 21 siswa pada kategori cukup tinggi dengan persentase 58,3%, dan 4 siswa pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 11,1%. Maka artinya terdapat tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi yang cukup tinggi. Saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan mengharapkan agar para siswa MA untuk terus meningkatkan semangatnya dalam belajar, walaupun dalam kondisi pandemi. Abstract

The finding that there is still a career choice related to parental parenting patterns is the basis of this research. The purpose of this research is to find the relationship between the role of parental parenting patterns on the career choices of class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Semarang. In this research, the method used is quantitative with the type of correlational research, the population in this study was 558. The sample of this research was 120 students who were determined by random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a self-control scale and an academic procrastination scale. Based on the results of the hypothesis of this research is "there is a significant relationship between the role of parental parenting patterns on the career choices of class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Semarang." The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test obtained a Pearson Correlation value of 0.038 which means the correlation level is low. The results of the hypothesis test at a significance level of α = 0.05 and analyzed r count by finding r table using the Pearson product moment table at a level of 5% = 0.176. So that a comparison is obtained based on the values obtained: 0.038 < 0.176 (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and career choice.

Abstract

Adolescence is considered a period of storm and stress, a time in which emotional tensions run high. Peers teach students the ability to control themselves, according to the new role they have acquired in their group. The peer environment plays a role in providing opportunities for adolescents to learn to interact and control their social behavior. The aim of this research is that the peer environment plays a role in providing opportunities for adolescents to learn to interact and control their social behavior. This research is quantitative in nature using a correlational method. The population is all class VIII students at PGRI Semarang Middle School with a total of 254 students. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sampling was taken by lottery so that there were two classes selected, namely classes C and F with a total of 64 students. The instruments used in this research are the peer social interaction scale and the emotional maturity scale with four alternative answer choices. The results of hypothesis testing using the Pearson product moment correlation test, obtained a significance value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between Peer Social Interaction (X) and Emotional Maturity (Y). The correlation result obtained was 0.554 and was included in the medium relationship level category.
