Abstract

This research aimed to describe the application of guided inquiry model to improve student’s confidence in grade V SDN Kaligesingin science lesson, to describe the application of guided inquiry model to improve student achievement , and describing the effectiveness of the application of guided inquiry model to improve student achievement in grade V SDN Kaligesing in science learning. The design used was Mixed methods Research. The subjects of this research were the students of grade V SDNKaligesin. The data collection in this research was done by observation and test sheet. Based on the results of research conducted during three cycles, the results showed that the ability of teachers in applying guided inquiry model had increased during its implementation, student confidence also increased from cycle I to cycle III, in addition to student achievement had a significant increase of the cycle I until cycle III.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to identify student learning models to increase critical thinking and student learning outcomes. The results of the literature review show that the learning model is able to optimize critical thinking and student learning outcomes. Educators must optimize choosing learning models to think critically and get optimal learning outcomes. The learning model using a scientific approach can encourage students to think critically. Through the model of Problem based learning, Project Based Learning, Inquiry as a learning model.

Abstract

This research takes the theme of learning media. This research was conducted in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Kalirejo, Bagelen, Purworejo. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the social studies learning process by using animation media, (2) to find out how much students' learning motivation before and after using animation media, (3) to find out the effect of using animation media on students' social studies learning motivation. The design of this study uses a full experimental design (true experimental design) through pretest and posttest. The pretest and posttest were carried out in the same group. The subjects or population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri Kalirejo, Bagelen, Purworejo, Academic Year 2020/2021. The data sampling technique was carried out by interview and observation questionnaires. While the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the research show that: (1) The use of animation media in social studies learning is carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. (2) There is an increase in students' learning motivation for social studies after using animation media compared to before using animation media from what was in the moderate category to the very good category. (3) There is an effect of using animation media on social studies learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Kalirejo, Bagelen, Purworejo.

Abstract

Upacara kenduri merupakan adat tradisi yang sudah ada sejak ratusan tahun. Keberadaan upacara kenduri yang dilaksanakan secara turun temurun mampu menjadi alat kontrol sosial untuk menjaga gerak dan arah dari cita-cita bersama. Kenduri mampu mempersatukan dan mempererat tidak sebatas pada kesatuan kepentingan, kesatuan cita-cita, namun juga mengarah pada kesatuan individu. Suasana Kenduri penuh kerukunan, sendau gurau, berbagi, komunikasi serta musyawarah mencapai mufakat yang ditutup dengan makan bersama dan berbagi tumpeng yang telah didoakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kenduri di masa era globalisasi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengacu pada pendapat Bog dan Taylor. Hasil penelitian ditemukan nilai religius atau ketuhanan, nilai kemanusiaan, nilai persatuan, nilai demokratis,nilai keadilan serta kecintaan pada alam sekitar. Peran tokoh masyarakat dalam melestarikan budaya lokal kenduri sangat besar sebagai upaya melestarikan budaya kenduri dalam mekanisme sosial untuk merawat dan menjaga kebersamaan sehingga cita-cita yang sejak semula dibuat diteguhkan kembali.

Abstract

This quasi-experimental study aims to test the effectiveness of Pop Up Book media in learning reading skills in grade II Elementary School. Randomly class II B was assigned as an experimental class, taking reading lessons using Pop Up Book media, and class II-A, as a control class, participating in reading lessons using ordinary picture media. Data collection techniques use performance tests to assess 6 aspects of reading skills, namely accuracy in voicing writing, pronunciation reasonableness, intonation, fluency, voice clarity, and word understanding. The validity of the test items ranged from 0.65 – to 0.70, with a reliability index of 0.704. The average value of reading skills from the experimental class students' pre-test results was 63.96, and 62.29 in the control class students. From the different test results, the pretest score obtained a t value of 0.887 at sig. 0.380. It can be concluded that there is no difference in reading skills between the two groups before the treatment was carried out. After the learning was carried out, the average post-test scores of the experimental class students were 81.56 and 65.38. control class students. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of t 7,252 on s ig. 0.000. It can be concluded that there is a very significant difference in reading skills between the experimental class and the control class. The results of the study concluded that the Pop Up Book media was effective for improving the reading skills of second-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The implementation of education in schools turns out to be the responsibility of teachers. The learning activities carried out by teachers are expected to serve as a gateway of knowledge, skills, and character excellence as planned in the curriculum. Teachers have the task to serve students with all their diversity and to provide the best learning environment and experiences for them. Teachers need to enhance their ability to create and develop more creative and effective learning methods in facilitating students to achieve learning goals. Teacher innovation can be done in various ways, such as creating interesting and interactive lesson plans, using technology in learning, establishing good communication with students and parents, and improving educational skills and developing students' skills. Teacher innovation can be seen in new methods or modifications on available methods, making learning more effective and efficient. Teacher creativity is the ability of teachers to utilize the resources they have to design and support the learning process so that it becomes interesting and meets the learning needs of students. Differentiated learning is an approach that considers differences in student abilities and needs within a class. There are three differentiation strategies that can be employed: content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. Fasilitasi Merdeka is a method used to enhance innovation and creativity of First and Fourth grade teachers in the Daerah Binaan (Supervisory Area), Rowokele sub-district in preparing and implementing the flow of Social Studies learning. The Fasilitasi Merdeka method adopts the flow of Merdeka in Pioneer Teacher Education with some modifications in its process. The Alur Merdeka referred to an abbreviation for Mulai dari diri (Self-Starting), Eksplorasi Konsep (Concept Exploration), Ruang Kolaborasi (Collaboration Space), Demonstrasi Kontekstual (Contextual Demonstration), Elaborasi Pemahaman (Understanding Elaboration), Koneksi antar materi (Connection between Materials), and Aksi Nyata (Real Action). The improvement of teachers' ability in planning and implementing learning increased from the average of 62% to 78%, or increasing 16%. The improvement of teachers' creativity in planning and implementing learning increased from the average of 71% to 80%, or increasing 9%. The improvement of teacher innovation in learning innovation increased from the average of 47% to 68%, or increasing 21%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran BUFLAPIN (Buku Flanel Pintar). Secara rinci bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran BUFLAPIN, (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembeajaran diliat dari hasil penilaan ahli media, ahli materi. (3) mengetahui daya tarik media pembelajaran dilihat dari hasil respon guru, dan respon siswa. (4) mengetahui apakah media efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa materi pembelajaran tema 1 diriku subtema 1 aku dan teman baru. Hasil penelitian pengembangan meliputi (1) Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran Buku Flanel Pintar (BUFLAPIN) materi pembelajaran tematik tema 1 diriku sub tema 1 aku dan teman baru. (2) Produk media pembelajaran dinyatakan layak. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil penilaian ahli media dengan mendapatkan rata-rata skor 4,55 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Penilaian ahli materi dengan mendapatkan rata-rata skor 4,2 dengan kriteria baik. (3) Produk media pembelajaran dinyatakan memiliki daya tarik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil penilaian respon guru dengan mendapatkan rata-rata skor 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Penilaian respon siswa dengan mendapatkan rata-rata skor 95% dengan kriteria sangat baik. (4) Produk media efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas I pembelajaran tematik kelas 1 tema 1 diriku subtema 1 aku dan teman baru. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil uji paired t-test terhadap nilai pretest dan postest yaitu dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05yang artinya terdapat perbedaan antara pretest dan postest. Nilai rata-rata postest yaitu 87,56 dan nilai rata-rata pretest 70,22 maka nilai postest lebih baik dari nilai pretest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, pengaruh motivasi belajar dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Jatayu, Cluwak, Pati, Jawa Tengah Tahun 2019/2020. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri se-Gugus Jatayu, Cluwak, Pati, Jawa Tengah kelas V tahun 2019/2020. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 siswa. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel bertujuan atau purposive sample. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji prasyarat, meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikoloniearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-gugus Jatayu, Cluwak, Pati, Jawa Tengah Tahun 2019/2020 dengan nilai Sig.(1-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,050 dan koefisien regresi (r) = (0,421). (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan sarana prasarana terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Jatayu, Cluwak, Pati, Jawa Tengah Tahun 2019/2020 dengan nilai Sig.(1-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,050 dan koefisien regresi (r) = (0,415). (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan sarana prasarana secara bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Jatayu, Cluwak, Pati, Jawa Tengah Tahun 2019/2020 dengan nilai Sig. (1-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,050 dan koefisien regresi (r) = 0,500.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bebicara Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri pada siswa kelas II SD Negeri Pendem tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas II sebanyak 11 siswa. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes unjuk kerja, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan presentase ketuntasan siswa. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri pada pembelajaran tematik kelas II SD Negeri Pendem dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari data nilai pada prasiklus siswa yang telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal yaitu sebanyak 4 siswa atau 36,36%, sedangkan siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah criteria ketuntasan minimal sebanyak 7 siswa atau 63,63%. Pada siklus I nilai tes evaluasi siswa yang telah mencapai criteria ketuntasan minimal yaitu sebanyak 9 siswa atau 81,81%, Sedangkan pada siklus II seluruh siswa telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal dimana, siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan nilai sebanyak 11 siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 97,34.
