Abstract

This study aim to determine correlation between simple carbohydrates intake, dietary fiber intake, and excercise habbits on body mass index (BMI) of employee. This study used a cross-sectional method. As many as 63 peoples were selected as samples using purposive sampling method. Simple carbohydrate intake and fiber intake were measured using a 2x24 hour recall method, exercise habits were measured using exercise habits questionnaires. BMI was measured using digital scales and microtoise. The result showed an average simple carbohydrates intake 37.8 ± 33.3 g/day , dietary fiber intake 9.7 ± 4.1 g/day, excercise habbits 63.6 ± 77.7 minutes/week. The pearson correlation test showed insignificant relationship between simple carbohydrates intake, dietary fiber intake, and excercise habbits with BMI (p = 0.976, 0.871 and 0.454). Simple carbohydrates intake, dietary fiber intake, and excercise habbits did not relate with BMI head official employee Unsoed.

Abstract

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

Abstract

Heart rate recovery (HRR) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai kebugaran jasmani seorang atlet. Asupan karbohidrat merupakan sumber untuk memberikan kecukupan glukosa darah dan glikogen tubuh. Status gizi atlet yang baik juga dapat menunjang kebugaran jasmani atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan karbohidrat, kadar glukosa darah, dan status gizi terhadap HRR. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 41 responden diambil melalui teknik total sampling. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen berupa food recall 2 x 24 jam untuk mengetahui asupan karbohidrat, GCU Easy Touch untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah, microtoise untuk mengukur tinggi badan, timbangan berat badan digital untuk menimbang berat badan, dan pulse oximetry untuk menghitung HRR. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Pearson dan Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki asupan karbohidrat dengan kategori kurang (97.5%), kadar glukosa darah normal (90.2%), dan status gizi normal (85.4%). Hasil analisis uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat (p=0.481) dan status gizi (p=0.701) dengan HRR. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara glukosa darah dengan HRR (p=0.725). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat, kadar glukosa darah, dan status gizi dengan HRR pada atlet sepak bola remaja.
