Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan latihan menggunakan metode sirkuit dan metode plyometrik terhadap peningkatan wall bounce dalam permainan bola basket di STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Prodi PJKR STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Pacitan angkatan 2015. Pembagian kelompok dengan menggunakan ordinal pairing. Tehnik sampling menggunakan population sampling. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok, tiap kelompok 11 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok A dan kelompok B. Kelompok A diberi latihan dengan menggunakan metode Sirkuit sedangkan kelompok B diberi latihan dengan menggunakan metode plyometrik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan test dan pengukuran yaitu ketepatan wall bounce sesuai dengan standar test dan pengukuran Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga. Persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-t, validitas yang digunakan sebesar 0,666 dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,791. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diketahui bahwa rerata pretest kelompok A (sirkuit) adalah 21,82 dan rerata postest adalah 24,91 dan di dapat thitung sebesar 7,089 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai ttabel dengan db= 9 pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,262, oleh karena thitung > dari ttabel (7,089>2,262) hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest wall bounce yang dilatih dengan metode sirkuit. Rerata pretest pada kelompok B (plyometrik) adalah 21,00 dan rerata postest adalah 22,900 dan di dapat thitung sebesar 2,923 dengan signifikansi 0,015. Nilai ttabel dengan db= 9 pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 2,262, oleh karena nilai thitung > ttabel (2,923>2,262), hal ini terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan postest wall bounce yang dilatih dengan metode plyometrik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil nilai thitung sebesar 2,166 dengan signifikansi 0,040 nilai rata-rata latihan wall bounce dengan menggunakan metode sirkuit sebesar 24,909 dan rata-rata latihan menggunakan metode plyometrik sebesar 22,909. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode sirkuit lebih efektif dari pada metode plyometrik untuk meningkatkan wall bounce dalam permainan bola basket.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberi gambaran secara empiris dan ingin mengetahui kreativitas pelatih bola voli di Pacitan dalam menyikapi keterbatasan alat dan fasilitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei dan instrumen angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih bola voli yang melatih di perkumpulan atau klub bola voli di Kabupaten Pacitan sebanyak 32 pelatih. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi (sampel populasi). Data tentang kreativitas pelatih pada penelitian ini mencakup kemampuan melihat masalah, kemampuan pelatih dalam menciptakan ide, serta sikap terbuka terhadap hal-hal baru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kreativitas pelatih bola voli se-Kabupaten Pacitan dalam menyikapi keterbatasan alat dan fasilitas masuk kategori tinggi. Secara rinci, kreativitas pelatih bola voli se-Kabupaten Pacitan dalam menyikapi keterbatasan alat dan fasilitas yaitu: (1) Kemampuan dalam melihat masalah yang berhubungan dengan alat dan fasilitas masuk kategori sangat tinggi, (2) Kemampuan pelatih dalam menciptakan ide untuk memecahkan masalah masuk kategori tinggi, (3) Sikap terbuka dan menerima hal-hal baru masuk kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengaruh latihan imageryrelaxation dan selftalk yang bertujuan untuk melatih konsentrasi dan keberhasilan 3 point shoot bolabasket pada mahasiswa putra program studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan rekreasi STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan dua kelompok yang memperoleh perlakuan yang berbeda, dengan two group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh mahasiswa putra program studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan rekreasi STKIP PGRI Pacitan angkatan 2014, yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pembagian kelompok pada penelitian ini menggunakan Matched Subjek Ordinal Pairing. Data diambil dengan teknik tes, yaitu tes konsentrasi dan tes ketrampilan 3 point shoot. Analisis data digunakan uji-t amatan ulangan (paired t-test) dan uji T2 Hotteling’s, kemudian uji lanjut dengan uji-t antar kelompok (independent t-test), yang terlebih dahulu data diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Hasil analisis pada data post test atau setelah perlakuan, diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,402 dengan p<0,05 dan dinyatakan signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sesudah perlakuan, dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keberhasilan 3 point shoot antara kelompok perlakuan menggunakan self talk dengan kelompok perlakuan menggunakan imagery relaxation. Dilihat dari rerata akhir, keberhasilan 3 point shoot pada kelompok perlakuan dengan self talk lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rerata pada kelompok imagery relaxation (45,86>35,84).

Abstract

Belajar adalah mengajar siswa menggunakan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan dan teori-teori belajar merupakan penentu utama keberhasilan pendidikan. Pendidikan jasmani merupakan instrumen yang efektif untuk mendidik peserta didik, pendidikan jasmani merupakan komponen kunci untuk mencapai pendidikan yang berkualitas dan menjadi bagian integral dari pembelajaran sepanjang hidup. Pendidikan jasmani merupakan sarana untuk mendorong perkembangan keterampilan motorik, kemampuan jasmani, pengetahuan dan penalaran, penghayatan nilai (sikap, mental-emosional-religius dan sosial), serta pembiasaan untuk menjalani gaya hidup sehat untuk merangsang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang seimbang. Tidak ada yang lengkap tanpa kehadiran pendidikan pendidikan jasmani, dan tidak ada pendidikan jasmani yang berkualitas dengan konsep pembelajaran yang memiliki inovasi sangat tinggi dan penuh improvisasi, seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang guru. Pembelajaran juga membutuhkan guru penjas dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya agar benar-benar efektif sehingga akan menjadi pendidikan yang baik dan berkualitas, terutama pemanfaatan waktu ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Effective and high-quality physical education learning AbstractLearning is teaching students use educational principles and theories of learning are a major determinant of educational success. Physical education is an effective instrument for educating students, physical education is a kay component to achieve quality education and become an integral part of learning throughout life. Physical education is a medium, to encourage the development of motor skills, physical ability, knowledge and reasoning, appreciation of values (attitudes, mental-emotional-religious and social), and habituation to lead healthy lifestyles to stimulate growth and balanced development. Nothing is complete without the presence of the education of physical education, and there is no qualified physical education without learning concepts that have a very high innovation and is full of improvisation, a teacher in carrying out his duties as a teacher. Learning also requires a physical education teacher in implementing the tasks to be truly effective it will be a good education and good quality, especially the use of time when progress learning process.

Abstract

Senam merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang gerakannya sangat komplek dan memiliki manfaat untuk mengembangkan komponen fisik serta kemampuan gerak, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran senam dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan dalam pembelajaran senam di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru Penjasorkes se-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam pembelajaran senam berdasarkan lima aspek, yaitu aspek guru sebesar 16,86%, murid sebesar 42,15%, sarana dan prasarana sebesar 30,39%, kurikulum sebesar 6,53% dan lingkungan sebesar 17,64%. BARRIERS IN GYMNASTICS LEARNINGAbstractsGymnastics is a sport whose movements are very complex and have benefits for developing physical components and mobility, especially for elementary school-aged children. Gymnastics learning at every level of education has different levels of difficulty. This study aims to determine what barriers are the problems in learning gymnastics in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The study population was Physical Education Teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis as stated in the percentage. The results of this study indicate that the barriers in gymnastics learning are based on five aspects, namely the teacher aspect of 16.86%, the student's 42.15%, the facilities and infrastructure of 30.39%, the curriculum of 6.53% and the environment of 17. 64%.

Abstract

While physical activity can be one of the daily supports for good health that can help the educational process, the present study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and academic achievement. It was quantitative correlational research involving 1045 students from 21 elementary schools (ESs) selected through proportional random sampling. Physical activity was measured by using the Assessment of Physical Activity Levels Questionnaire (APALQ), and academic achievement was investigated through the average scores of the previous semester's report card. The study revealed three categories of physical activity, namely ‘very active’, ‘moderately active’, and ‘inactive’. Less than 30 ES students (3%) were reported ‘very active’, 460 students (44%) were ‘moderately active’, and more than half (53%) were ‘inactive’. With a percentage of 33%, the overall average result of physical activity gained was 348, meaning that the average increase fell within the moderate range. While having a sig. value greater than 0.05 (0.529), the study suggests that there is no significant correlation between physical activity and academic performance. The study's weak correlation coefficient of 0.020 involves drawing the inference that there is no discernable relationship between physical activity and academic achievement on elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of parents and coaches on the character of junior tennis players in Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. Data colection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample for this study consisted of 32 junior tennis respondents in DIY using a purposive sampling technique. The reliability and validity of the instruments used in this study have been examined, and experts have been consulted. Technique for data analysis based on multiple regression. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the significant value of the variable role of parents is p 0.05 and coaches is p 0.05. This shows that partially the role of parents and coaches influences the character of DIY junior tennis players. Using the F test, the analysis yielded a significance level of p less than 0.05, while the value of Rsquare=0.719, meaning that 71.9% of the characteristics of DIY junior tennis players are influenced by the role of parents and coaches. Thus, it can be concluded that the roles of parents and coaches simultaneously have an influence on the character of DIY junior tennis players. Therefore, in providing character education to junior tennis players both inside and outside the field, external encouragement is needed, both from parents and coaches.

Abstract

This research aimed at determining whether the Team Game method can increasephysical fitness on the fifth grade students of Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah elementaryschool Condongcatur. The research was carried out in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyahelementary school Condongcatur from July to October 2014. Further, the subject of thisresearch was the fifth grade students of Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah elementary schoolCondongcatur schooling year 2014-2015 consisting of 40 students who are 21 maleand 19 female students. This research implemented Classroom Action Research (CAR)within the analysis by comparing the precondition of students, test results after the firstcycle and test results after the second cycle. Based on the research findings, it could beconcluded that the team game method could be used as an attempt to increase the physicalfitness of students on the fifth grade elementary school children Condongcatur YogyakartaMuhammadiyah schooling year 2014/2015 which was proved from the study that has beencarried out in the first cycle and the second cycle. Almost all students experienced thesignificant increase in physical fitness. This was also proved that after the first cycle test,there is only one student whose physical fitness test is less. After the second cycle was thencarried out, there is no longer student of whose physical fitness test is low

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between anthropometric variables and biomotor abilities with gymnastics potential in elementary school students. The research method used a correlational quantitative approach involving 106 fourth and fifth grade students aged 9–11 years at SD Negeri 1 Gentan. Data were collected through anthropometric measurements (height, weight, arm span, sitting height) and biomotor ability tests (flexibility, core muscle strength, coordination). Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation test and multiple regression using SPSS. The results of the study showed that: (1) Height was significantly correlated with arm span (r = 0.687; p < 0.01) and sitting height (r = 0.434; p < 0.01), but not with biomotor ability; (2) Sit height has a positive relationship with core muscle strength (plank) (r = 0.346; p < 0.01), while arm span has a negative correlation (r = -0.209; p < 0.05); (3) Biomechanical abilities such as flexibility (split) and body rotation (air turn) are significantly correlated (r = 0.775 and r = 0.676; p < 0.01), but are not directly influenced by anthropometric variables. The conclusions of this study indicate that gymnastics potential is more influenced by technical training and flexibility than by body structure, although certain anthropometric variables such as sitting height and arm span play a role in core muscle stability. The implications of this study highlight the importance of combining anthropometric monitoring with structured biomotor training programs for the development of gymnastics potential in elementary school students. Abstract

This study aims to examine the physical education learning model based on CGFU PM-515 on improving forward roll skills in elementary school students in Sleman Regency. The method used is quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 117 students from four elementary schools, namely SD Negeri Condongcatur, SD Muhammadiyah Condongcatur, SD Negeri Deresan, and SD Negeri Percobaan 2. Data collection techniques were carried out through skill tests, knowledge tests, and attitude questionnaires. Data analysis began with normality and homogeneity tests, followed by the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test due to non-normally distributed data and partially non-homogeneous data. The results showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores in the variables of skills, knowledge, and attitude with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results prove that the implementation of the CGFU PM-515-based physical education learning model has a significant impact on improving forward roll skills in elementary school students. Thus, the CGFU PM-515 learning model can be used as an effective and innovative alternative learning model for physical education in elementary schools.
