Abstract

AbstrakSecara umum cedera bisa terjadi kapan saja dan sulit untuk dihindari. Pengetahuan mengenai pertolongan danperawatan cedera olahraga sangat penting untuk siswa ataupun guru dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes atau dalamaktivitas fisik sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk sumber belajar buku saku dalammemperkenalkan pertolongan dan perawatan cedera olahraga untuk siswa SMP.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiandan pengembangan (Research and Development), yang menggunakan prosedur penelitian dari Sugiyono yangdimodifikasi. Peneliti menggunakan 8 dari 10 langkah Sugiyono, yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulanbahan, desain produk, pembuatan produk, validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, revisi produk, produk akhir, sertauji coba terbatas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C SMP N 4 Depok Yogyakarta. Analisis datadengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase.Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan bukusaku dengan pokok bahasan materi (luka terbuka dan luka tertutup) ini dikategorikan layak dengan tingkat kelayakansebesar 83% dan dari segi kelayakan media sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan uji coba kelompok kecil, kelayakan daribuku saku meliputi segi materi sebesar 76%, segi keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 75%, segi penyajian buku sebesar63%, serta segi tampilan buku sebesar 70%. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji coba kelompok besar, kelayakan dari bukusaku meliputi: Segi materi sebesar 87%, segi keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 90%, segi penyajian buku sebesar 90%,serta segi tampilan buku sebesar 91%. Secara keseluruhan buku saku ini telah dinyatakan layak digunakan dalampengenalan pertolongan dan perawatan cedera olahraga untuk siswa SMP setelah melalui dua tahap uji coba.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Buku Saku, Pertolongan dan Perawatan Cedera Olahraga

Abstract

Senam merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang gerakannya sangat komplek dan memiliki manfaat untuk mengembangkan komponen fisik serta kemampuan gerak, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran senam dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan dalam pembelajaran senam di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru Penjasorkes se-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam pembelajaran senam berdasarkan lima aspek, yaitu aspek guru sebesar 16,86%, murid sebesar 42,15%, sarana dan prasarana sebesar 30,39%, kurikulum sebesar 6,53% dan lingkungan sebesar 17,64%. BARRIERS IN GYMNASTICS LEARNINGAbstractsGymnastics is a sport whose movements are very complex and have benefits for developing physical components and mobility, especially for elementary school-aged children. Gymnastics learning at every level of education has different levels of difficulty. This study aims to determine what barriers are the problems in learning gymnastics in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The study population was Physical Education Teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis as stated in the percentage. The results of this study indicate that the barriers in gymnastics learning are based on five aspects, namely the teacher aspect of 16.86%, the student's 42.15%, the facilities and infrastructure of 30.39%, the curriculum of 6.53% and the environment of 17. 64%.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the effect of blended learning, motivation, lesson hour on student achievement.The research method used is a survey method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, with a total of 221 UNY students and 188 UPM students. The data analysis technique used regression test. The results showed that (1) There was a significant influence between blended learning on the motivation of UNY and UPM students, (2) There was a significant influence between blended learning on the learning hours of UNY and UPM students, (3) There was a significant influence between blended learning on study hours of YSU and UPM students, (3) There is a significant influence between blended learning on the learning motivation of UNY and UPM students. There is a significant influence between blended learning on learning hours for both YSU and UPM students, (4) There is an influence between blended learning on student learning achievement even though it is weak, this shows that learning achievement is influenced by other variables not studied. Whereas for UPM there is a significant effect, but for the learning achievement variable it is influenced by other variables that are not researched, (5) There is a combined effect of blended learning, motivation, and study hours on UNY and UPM students, but the learning achievement variable is influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

Community Service Activity (PkM) with the theme of Socialization of the Deep Learning Learning Model was held by the Elementary School Physical Education Study Program (PJSD) FIKK UNY at the Faculty of Sports Science (FKOR) at Sebelas Maret University (UNS). The background of this activity is the importance of introducing the deep learning approach in PJOK education to shift the learning orientation from mere memorization toward deeper, critical, and meaningful understanding. The activity was conducted through socialization and interactive discussions with fourth-semester students of the Physical Education Program at FKOR UNS. The socialization focused on understanding the concept of deep learning, its application in physical education learning, and joint reflection on the potential and challenges of its implementation in elementary schools. The results of the activity showed that participants exhibited high enthusiasm and were able to grasp the essence of deep learning as an approach emphasizing the interconnectedness of concepts, the development of critical thinking skills, and the engagement of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. The discussions confirmed that this model is relevant for application in active, contextual, and meaningful PJOK learning. In conclusion, this socialization activity proceeded smoothly, was communicative, and made a positive contribution to enhancing the knowledge and readiness of prospective PJOK educators. The deep learning approach has the potential to serve as a foundation for cultivating innovative, reflective, and adaptive physical education teachers who can meet the needs of future generations.Abstrak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tema Sosialisasi Model Pembelajaran Deep Learning dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah Dasar (PJSD) FIKK UNY di Fakultas Keolahragaan (FKOR) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya memperkenalkan pendekatan deep learning dalam pembelajaran PJOK guna menggeser orientasi belajar dari sekadar hafalan menuju pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, kritis, dan bermakna. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif dengan peserta mahasiswa semester 4 Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKOR UNS. Sosialisasi difokuskan pada pemahaman konsep deep learning, penerapan dalam pembelajaran PJOK, serta refleksi bersama mengenai potensi dan tantangan implementasinya di sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki antusiasme tinggi dan mampu memahami esensi deep learning sebagai pendekatan yang menekankan keterhubungan antar konsep, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta keterlibatan afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Diskusi yang muncul menegaskan bahwa model ini relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PJOK yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan lancar, komunikatif, serta memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan kesiapan calon pendidik PJOK. Pendekatan deep learning berpotensi menjadi pijakan dalam mencetak guru pendidikan jasmani yang inovatif, reflektif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan generasi mendatang.
