Abstract

Work productivity is the ability to carry out activities that produce an output or work in accordance with the quality set, but often there are obstacles that cause the company's goals to be less achieved. Every company has a different policy on efficient sourcing. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the effect of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behavior on work productivity of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia. The population in this study were 30 employees and the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that knowledge (X1), skills (X2), abilities (X3), behaviors (X5) had no effect on work productivity. The attitude (X4) had an effect on work productivity. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing explained that knowledge (X1), skills (X2), abilities (X3), attitudes (X4) and behavior (X5) haved an effect on work productivity. The coefficient of determination of 0.636 means that knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behavior are able to explain work productivity by 63.6%. The remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Minat baca merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan literasi siswa yang dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian akademis serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif dikemudian harinya atau sebagai landasan untuk tingkat pendidikan lebih lanjut. Akan tetapi, fenomena di Indonesia tingkat minat baca siswa sekolah dasar tergolong rendah, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya akses terhadap bahan bacaan yang menarik serta terbatasnya kegiatan literasi yang inovatif dan menyenangkan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa SD Al-Hikmah melalui Program Literasi Kreatif, yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan literasi dengan kreativitas. Program ini melibatkan berbagai kegiatan seperti pembuatan cerita bergambar, permainan peran berdasarkan buku cerita yang dilakukan di perpustakaan sekolah atau pun di dalam kelas. Kegiatan-kegiatan itu mendorong siswa untuk mengekspresikan ide-ide mereka melalui tulisan dan gambar. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, diharapkan siswa dapat melihat membaca sebagai aktivitas yang menarik dan bermanfaat, sehingga minat baca mereka akan meningkat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca siswa, yang diukur melalui partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan, peningkatan frekuensi membaca, serta perubahan sikap positif terhadap kegiatan membaca. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan model pembelajaran literasi yang dapat diadopsi oleh sekolah-sekolah lain guna membudayakan literasi di kalangan siswa sejak dini

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic affected hospitals by reducing inpatient and outpatient volumes while increasing operational costs. This study analyzes financial distress differences in six private hospitals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Zā€-Score and Springate models. A quantitative comparative method with purposive sampling was applied, using secondary data from 2018–2022, analyzed with the Paired Sample T-Test. Results show no significant differences in financial distress before and after COVID-19 (Altman Sig. 0.415; Springate Sig. 0.128). All hospitals remained in the safe zone, indicating financial stability throughout the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance in term of work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction at PT Asuransi Central Asia and its subsidiaries, Consolidated Semarang. The primary focus is to evaluate how these three factors contribute to strenghthening human capital in the context of digital transformation. A descriptives research method was employeed, involving a total population 40 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that employees demonstrate a strong awarnees of the importance of work discipline and consistently apply it in their daily tasks. Moreover, the motivtion provided by the company is perceived as adequated and positively influences job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is found to meet both qualitative and quantitative standards, ultimately enhancing individual and organizational performance. There result highlight that work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction are essential components in optimizing human capital to meet the challenges and seize opportunities in the evolving.
