Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan  kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis  pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja dan untuk mengetahui variabel manakah antara pengaruh kepemimpinan dengan pengembangan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed method), yaitu  kombinasi metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun tipe penelitian kombinasi yang digunakan adalah Sequential Exploratory Design, yaitu pada tahap awal penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tahap berikutnya menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Metode analisis data dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah secara keseluruhan rata-rata variabel leadership, pengembangan karir dan job satisfactiontermasuk dalam kategori baik, Secara simultan leadership dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, demikian juga secara parisal variable leadership dan pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, Variable yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi job satisfaction adalah variable leadership.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah suatu penyakit yang dicirikan dengan meningkatnya kadar glukosa darah dalam tubuh (kondisi hiperglikemik). DM terjadi karena adanya ketidakseimbangan antara transportasi glukosa ke dalam sel dengan produksi insulin oleh pankreas. Penyakit ini umumnya diinisiasi oleh paparan radikal bebas terhadap tubuh. Radikal bebas dapat menyebabkan kerusakan sel-sel penghasil insulin pada pankreas sehingga tubuh kekurangan insulin. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi DM adalah dengan mengkonsumsi bahan pangan yang memiliki senyawa bioaktif yang dapat bersinergi dalam menekan efek buruk DM. Senyawa  bioaktif tersebut salah satunya yang terdapat dalam kulit manggis, yaitu xanthon dan turunannya. Xanthon pada kulit manggis ini termasuk kedalam golongan senyawa polifenol. Xanthon dipercaya mampu menurunkan kadar glukosa darah atau sebagai antihiperglikemik. Kata kunci: Antihiperglikemik, Kulit manggis, Xanthon

Abstract

Advances in technology and modern lifestyle makes many emerging companies based financial technology (fintech), which offers various facilities through the application of e-based money where consumers are increasingly spoiled for culinary choice is especially promising business. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of marketing strategies culinary SMEs belonging to the culinary application providers gofood and grabfood on its business performance through customer satisfaction service user business applications. Gofood and grabfood is a leading provider of Indonesia's biggest culinary applications so that users of these applications are very many in number. This study uses a sampling method in which samples used were 110 respondents business owners (business customers), which are small and medium businesses that have joined and cooperated with gofood and grabfood applications. This study has found that there is a direct or indirect effect of a positive and significant marketing strategy in which direct influence on the performance of SMEs has a percentage of 15.76%, while the influence of marketing strategies on the performance of SMEs through business customer satisfaction by 11.46%, while the influence overall 84.9%. From the research, it is recommended businesses (SMEs) can be more creative in creating a product presentation, updating prices, and provide promotional package that is more diverse and this strategy was evaluated in a certain period of time, other than that businesses can utilize the features of merchant review to assess the results business in the eyes of end consumers and improve the brand image of their business.

Abstract

The growth of the event organizer industry has grown rapidly in recent years. Future Work House is a business that offers services to organize and plan an event of both small and large scale. In practice, there are some unoptimal management functions such as employee recruitment, employee training and development, and human resource maintenance. This research aims to find out the implementation of human resources management that focuses on the recruitment, development and maintenance of employees at the event organizer Future Work House located in Jambi Province. The research carried out is a qualitative research conducted directly in the field through observations, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, on the employee development of the company strives to continue to strive to develop employees with training but still not optimal. Because of the lack of specific training to develop new and old employees. So is the maintenance carried out by the company. The company strives to satisfy and make convenience to employees in order to increase employee loyalty. But there is still a shortage of methods used so that employees can feel good maintenance in the company.

Abstract

The leadership factor determines an organization in achieving success. Improving an organization's business performance requires an innovative and creative leader, so leaders are expected to have good intellectuals carrying out their roles. The effectiveness of transformative leadership and increasing intellectual agility are expected to improve MSME business performance to positively impact the economy for themselves and employees and reduce poverty. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the effect of transformative leadership on MSME business performance; (2) to analyze the effect of transformative leadership on intellectual agility; (3) to analyze the influence of intellectual agility on the business performance of MSMEs; (4) analyze the role of intellectual agility in mediating the effect of transformative leadership on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show (1) that transformative leadership has a significant positive effect on MSME business performance; (2) transformative leadership shows a significant positive effect on intellectual agility; (3) intellectual agility shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance; (4) intellectual agility as a mediating influence of transformative leadership shows a significant positive effect on MSME business performance

Abstract

Saturation with modern forms of tourism and the desire to experience life in rural areas again and interact with the community and its socio-cultural activities has led to the development of tourism in rural areas packaged in the form of tourist villages. Tourists who visit are not only interested in the beauty of natural potential but also want to have the opportunity to learn the culture of the area they are visiting. Therefore, tourist villages and local wisdom are two things that synergize with each other. The development of tourist villages is currently still not optimal because it is faced with the obstacles that have been explained previously. One of the crucial obstacles that has the potential to damage the cultural order and life of the community is the degradation of local wisdom. This study aims to formulate a Local Wisdom-Based Tourism Village Governance Model in Jambi Province.This study applies a combination research (mixed method). The combination research used is the Sequential Exploratory Design type, namely the initial stage using qualitative research types, then the second stage using quantitative research types. The objects used in this study were tourist villages in Regencies and Cities in Jambi Province. The results of the study found that the diversity of local wisdom in the form of tourist villages in Jambi Province. Jambi Province has various types of tourist villages based on local wisdom, one of which is the Muaro Jambi Tourist Village and the Seberang Kota Jambi Tourist Village. Meanwhile, this study specifically provides the conclusion that the higher the local wisdom in an area, the higher the performance of the tourist village, Local wisdom is not able to moderate the relationship between tourism village governance and tourism village performance, The higher the governance of tourism villages in an area, the higher the performance of the tourist village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui efikasi diri sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa pengurus HIMAJEMEN Periode 2024/2025 Universitas Jambi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 94 mahasiswa, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Smart PLS (v.4.1.0.9). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan berorganisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, keaktifan berorganisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Selain itu, efikasi diri terbukti memediasi hubungan antara keaktifan berorganisasi dan kesiapan kerja, sehingga semakin aktif mahasiswa dalam organisasi, efikasi diri mereka meningkat dan kesiapan kerja juga menjadi lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Makanan khas daerah Jambi memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan. Pempek sambal merupakan inovasi dari produk lokal yang berkembang di Kota Jambi, pempek sambal memiliki potensi sebagai produk unggulan. Manajemen usaha dan pemanfaatan teknologi dapat membantu mengembangkan produk lokal yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja binis dan berdampak terhadap perekonomian. Mitra menghadapi beberapa hambatan dan tantangan untuk mengelola usahanya, sehingga usaha sulit untuk berkembang yaitu pada aspek produksi, aspek manajemen, dan aspek teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu mitra mengatasi hambatan dan tantangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha mitra dan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah metode sosial memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra mengenai peningkatan kemampuan pada aspek manajemen, aspek produksi dan aspek teknologi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam aspek produksi, aspek manajemen, dan aspek teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance Mediated by Professionalism at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Office. The analytical method of analysis used is quantitative analysis. The population and research sample were all employees at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The statistical analysis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical tool, using the SmartPLS 4 program. The results of statistical analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on professionalism, professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and emotional intelligence through professionalism as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that professionalism functions as a link between emotional intelligence and employee performance. If employees have good emotional intelligence, then employees can manage their potential optimally so that they will produce good performance so that the stated organizational goals will be achieved.
