This research was conducted at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan.This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 82 employees and the number of samples in the study were 82 employees. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The test uses a linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan.

The purpose of doing this research is to determine the reduction in purchasing decisions that exist at PT. Astra International, Tbk Gatot Subroto Medan Auto 2000 branch caused by Price, Lifestyle and Quality of Service. The theory to support research is the theory according to experts related to Price, Lifestyle and Quality of Service. 1327 consumers used as population andThe sample in this study amounted to 93 customersout of 30 respondents to do the validity test. The results showed that price, lifestyle and service quality simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Astra International, Tbk, Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan branch with a determination coefficient of 22.6% and the remaining 77.4% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as financial compensation, etc.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effects of Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi. The decline in purchasing decisions can be seen from not achieving sales targets. The product quality has decreased, which has triggered customer complaints. Distribution channels that are not optimal. Decreased customer satisfaction. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive research methods. The total population of 149 customers and the sample in this study were all customers as many as 109 employees and used a sample collection technique, namely saturated sampling. The analyst method uses validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi and simultaneously Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who work at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja, totaling 205 people. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 136 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that leadership, communication, and motivation partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. TjiptaRimbaDjaja. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve leadership, improve a better communication, imporve the motivation.

This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Medisafe Technologies as many as 211 employees. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 138 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that leadership, work environment, and employee career development partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work achievement at PT. Medisafe Technologies Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve leadership, improve a better work environment, update the employee career development.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and competency on employee satisfaction at Bank BTN Medan. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Bank BTN as many as 385 employees. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 196 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that motivation, discipline, and competency partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at Bank BTN Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve motivation, improve a better discipline, update the competency.

The research objective was to test and analyze Company Image, Service Quality and E-Banking on Customer Loyalty at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk KPO Medan. The population in this study amounted to 280 customers and the study sample was 165 customers. The decision to choose is an alternative that is used to ensure the sustainability of a company. The factors that influence the decision to choose students are the quality of service and the location of the university to be chosen. The quality of service and location has an important role because the better the quality of service and location offered, the more students will be and the University will grow. Prima Indonesia University is one of the best private campuses in North Sumatra. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 1,145 students. The sampling technique is random sampling using the Slovin formula in the sample calculation so that a sample of 92 students is obtained. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, where previously the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to be used will be tested. Based on the results obtained, partially there is an influence of service quality on student decisions in choosing the Faculty of Economics UNPRI. Partially there is an influence of location on student decisions in choosing the Faculty of Economics UNPRI. UNPRI. Work competence, work discipline and training are elements that can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work competence, work discipline and training on the performance of consumer employees at Bandung Hospital. This type of research is explanatory research. The total population in this study is the average number of employees per day who make repeated purchases at the company totaling 211 employees. Due to the large number of populations, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula for an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 138 respondents in the study to which the distribution of questionnaires will be measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, work competence, work discipline, and training had a positive and significant impact on the performance of consumer employees at Bandung Hospital. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to make improvements to work competencies so that they can be better, increase employee work discipline and also add training for all employees in developing their work abilities
