Abstract

The research objective was to test and analyze Company Image, Service Quality and E-Banking on Customer Loyalty at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk KPO Medan. The population in this study amounted to 280 customers and the study sample was 165 customers. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing, corporate image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk KPO Medan. Partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk KPO Medan. Partially E-Banking has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk KPO Medan. Simultaneously Corporate Image.

Abstract

The decision to choose is an alternative that is used to ensure the sustainability of a company. The factors that influence the decision to choose students are the quality of service and the location of the university to be chosen. The quality of service and location has an important role because the better the quality of service and location offered, the more students will be and the University will grow. Prima Indonesia University is one of the best private campuses in North Sumatra. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 1,145 students. The sampling technique is random sampling using the Slovin formula in the sample calculation so that a sample of 92 students is obtained. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, where previously the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to be used will be tested. Based on the results obtained, partially there is an influence of service quality on student decisions in choosing the Faculty of Economics UNPRI. Partially there is an influence of location on student decisions in choosing the Faculty of Economics UNPRI. UNPRI. The coefficient of determination test obtained is 42% where the variable of the decision to choose can be explained by the service quality and location variables and the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. where previously will be tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire that will be used. Abstract

Work competence, work discipline and training are elements that can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work competence, work discipline and training on the performance of consumer employees at Bandung Hospital. This type of research is explanatory research. The total population in this study is the average number of employees per day who make repeated purchases at the company totaling 211 employees. Due to the large number of populations, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula for an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 138 respondents in the study to which the distribution of questionnaires will be measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, work competence, work discipline, and training had a positive and significant impact on the performance of consumer employees at Bandung Hospital. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to make improvements to work competencies so that they can be better, increase employee work discipline and also add training for all employees in developing their work abilities

Abstract

Adapun 46 karyawan sebagai populasiodan sampelopenelitian dan teknik analisa data mengunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Abstract

Perilaku keuangan mendapat perhatian penting pada situasi sekarang, termasuk juga diantaranya mahasiwa. Masalah utamanya adalah pada pemahaman tentang perilaku keuangan yang masih rendah. Penting juga mempertimbangkan bagaimana locus of control dapat mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan seseorang dalam pengendalian dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pendapatan, sikap keuangan dan literasi keuangan mahasiswa terhadap perilaku keuangan mereka dengan locus of control sebagai variabel moderator. Data ini kami teliti melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Prima Indonesia dengan populasi sebanyak 180 orang yang diantaranya terdapat mahasiswa Magister Manajemen, mahasiswa Magister Akuntansi, dan mahasiswa Doktor Manajemen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan; sikap keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan; pendapatan, sikap keuangan, dan literasi keuangan yang dimoderasi locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan; locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Sikap Keuangan, Literasi Keuangan, Locus of Control, Perilaku Keuangan

Abstract

Peneliti mengambil objek penelitian pada PT. Sukses Makmur Pratama Medan, disebabkan terjadinya penurunan kepuasan kerja dari karyawan. Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan dan Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu penyebab menurunnya kepuasan kerja dari karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian maka sifat penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Explanatory. Populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 78 karyawan pada PT. Sukses Makmur Pratama Medan sedangkan untuk uji validitas dilakukan pada PT. Cakrabuana Tetap Jaya dengan menggunakan 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial kompensasi, promosi jabatan dan kepemimpinan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Sukses Makmur Pratama Medan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan didapat kompensasi, promosi jabatan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Sukses Makmur Pratama Medan. Nilai Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0.247 yang berarti mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sebesar 24,7% dan sisanya sebesar 75,3% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel independen lain Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan, Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the decline in employee performance at PT Atmindo Tbk. HR plays an important role in achieving the goals of an organization or company. Therefore, human resources are required to be professional and efficient in facing the challenges and opportunities that exist. The validity test is used with a population of 100 people and 35 people from companies engaged in the same industry. The method used is quantitative with quantitative descriptive research, using interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation study. Multiple liner regression, coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing that will be used in the analysis method. It can be concluded that communication, competence and work stress simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diadakan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimanakah pengaruh kedisiplinan, pengawasan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bintang Agung Sukses. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan hubungan kausal. Total populasinya sebanyak 44 karyawan pakai teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data digunakan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian data baik secara parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan kedisiplinan, pengawasan dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif. Banyaknya pengaruh positif secara simultan 47,4% yang dilihat dari angka adjusted R square selebihnya 52,6% disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya seperti lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, budaya organisasi

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja pegawai menjadi hal yang sangat penting mengingat arus globalisasi yang semakin meningkat dimana persaingan semakin kuat seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perubahan ini berimplikasi pada profesionalisme pegawai dalam menjawab tuntutan persaingan dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi. Oleh karena itu peningkatan kinerja karyawanmutlak diperlukan serta kemampuan organisasi untuk mengendalikan tingkat stres karyawan, kedisiplinan dan promosi jabatan dalam organisasi serta untuk memenuhi pencapaian tujuan kinerja secara optimal sehingga perusahaan dapat bertahan. dan memenangkanpersaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, disiplin dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Capella Multidana Medan. Dengan teknik Sampling jenuh dan menggunakan rumus Slovin denganpersentase kelonggaran 5% (e), maka diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 38 pegawai yang berstatus pegawai tetap.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Polling tersebut dihitung dengan satuanpengukuran skala likert, dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS (solusi produk dan layanan statistik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan stres kerja, disiplin dan kompesnsasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial disiplin dan kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Capella Multidana Medan. Kata kunci : kinerja karyawan, stres kerja, disiplin dan kompensasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan dalam menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi; berjumlah 197 karyawan dan jumlah sampelgsebanyak 132 karyawan dan mengunakan kuantitatif penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data mengunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa secara parsial dan simultan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, kinerja karyawan
