Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.

Abstract

This research is based on a decline in employee job satisfaction which is marked by an increase in employee resignations caused by communication factors, leadership factors and work discipline factors. Quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Putra Mas Pratama Medan, totaling 131 employees. The number of samples in this research was 99 employees. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion, partially Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, partially Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and simultaneously Communication, Leadership and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the influence of organizational culture, commitment, and leadership, partially and simultaneously, on employee job satisfaction at PT Abadi Harmoni Mulia. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. In 2022, the study population was 36 employees of PT Abadi Harmoni Mulia. We sampled 36 people for this study using a saturated sampling approach. We used multiple linear regression as a statistical technique for analysis. The final result of this study is that organizational culture, commitment, and leadership have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Abadi Harmoni Mulia.

Abstract

Alfa Scorpii, sebagai main dealer Yamaha yang telah beroperasi lebih dari dua dekade di wilayah Sumatera bagian utara, saat ini mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan. Gejala yang muncul meliputi kurangnya inisiatif, lambatnya penyelesaian pekerjaan, serta minimnya pengetahuan dalam menjalankan tugas. Masalah ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor utama, seperti rendahnya disiplin akibat gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang tegas, lingkungan kerja yang tidak kondusif dan sering terjadi konflik, serta tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah akibat kondisi kerja yang tidak mendukung dan hubungan antar rekan kerja yang kurang harmonis. Oleh karena itu, dukungan perusahaan dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan melalui peningkatan disiplin kerja, perbaikan lingkungan kerja, dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 139 karyawan PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan, dan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja masing-masing memberikan pengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut yaitu Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan.
