Abstract

Salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan adalah bergantung pada kinerja sumber daya manusia yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung memberi kontribusi pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Desa Landih, Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 35 orang pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Desa Landih, Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli. Uji instrument penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis linier berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS version 25 For Windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Desa Landih, Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli

Abstract

The aim of this study is that to explain the influence of self-leadership, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at PDAM Office Gianyar Regency. Furthermore, the populations in this study were 189 employees and the methods for determining the sample size used in this study were the Yamane and Isaac and Michael formula in order to obtain 65 samples. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis by using the Statistical Program of Social Science (SPSS) version 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study show that; (1) self-leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and (3) motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. It is expected for further research to develop this study by adding other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work commitment, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Agung Paper Klungkung. The research sample involves 38 employees from the company. Data collection methods were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis indicate that work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. On the other hand, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings provide insights for the company regarding factors that can affect employee performance, thereby enhancing human resource management strategies.This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between work commitment, work motivation, and the work environment with employee performance in the company CV.
