Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic results in activities that are actually being carried out oreliminated. The government has made efforts to keep activities running, one of which is bylimiting the number of congregations attending to a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of theroom capacity and no more than 30 people. To be able to find out the number of congregantspresent in a building, a HIKVision People Counting Camera is used which is able to calculatethe rate of people entering a building. The use of the People Counting Camera is expected to beable to control the number of congregants who attend. The ability of this camera is expected tobe able to control the number of congregants who attend places of worship so that worship cancomply with proper health protocols.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs so far is the delay in the presence of the fire departmentat the fire site. So the authors make an early detection tool for forest fires based on the Internetof Things because forest fires occur in very large forests so that supervision from officers is notenough. This study aims to design a forest fire extinguishing system based on ESP8266NodeMCU. The research was conducted by designing a system and making it happen by usinga board and several sensors to obtain data. From the results of the design carried out in thisstudy, the prototype of forest fire detection systems based on NodeMCU ESP8266 andtemperature, fire and smoke sensors has been realized, which can send notifications ontelegram. And the pump can put out the fire. The actual application in the forest still needschanges to the pump construction and the addition of several sensors.

Abstract

The development of the North Denpasar area, especially the kelurahan and the Peguyanganvillage, has caused many migrants to come and live in the Peguyangan area and have animpact on the development of the population to increase. The population growth of the NorthDenpasar peguyangan region from year to year is growing very rapidly. The analysis methodused in the study "Measuring Service Quality on 4G Networks" with Android-based Drive Testand Application is to analyze the measurement results with standardization or Key PerformanceIndicators (KPI) which are sourced from books, articles, and journals in the field using themeasurement method using G-net Track Pro application to perform Drive Test and measureRSRP, RSRQ, SINR. Meanwhile, the Nperf application is used to measure Download, Upload,and Latency. Based on the results of the measurement of the signal strength in the PeguyanganKelurahan, North Denpasar, it can be concluded, From the experiments conducted from theRSRP, RSRQ, SINR data taken in the morning and evening, in the morning the results obtainedare better than in the afternoon. . The possibility of this is caused by the EU in the morning lessthan in the afternoon. From the experiments conducted from the Download, Upload, SINR datataken in the morning and evening, in the morning the results obtained are better than in theafternoon.

Abstract

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) memecah data serial berkecepatan tinggi menjadi data paralel dengan kecepatan yang lebih rendah, kemudian data-data tersebut dibawa oleh subcarrier yang saling orthogonal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui unjuk kerja sistem uncoded OFDM dan coded OFDM. Penelitian dilakukan pada sistem uncoded OFDM atau OFDM tanpa teknik pengkodean maupun dengan sistem coded OFDM atau OFDM dengan menggunakan teknik pengkodean. Teknik pengkodean yang digunakan adalah teknik pengkodean Convolutional. Teknik pengkodean Convolutional bekerja dengan menambahkan informasi atau bit-bit tambahan pada data yang akan ditransmisikan. Dari simulasi yang dilakukan, nilai BER 10-3 pada sistem uncoded OFDM tercapai saat Eb/No mencapai 10 dB. Kemudian pada simulasi sistem coded OFDM dengan teknik pengkodean Convolutional nilai BER 10-3 tercapai pada saat nilai Eb/No mencapai 6 dB.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan. Keberadaan rumah sakit sangat erat kaitannya dengan dunia asuransi salah satu diantaranya adalah asuransi kesehatan. Tingginya animo masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan yang ada di rumah sakit tidak diimbangi dengan informasi yang lengkap mengenai rumah sakit tersebut seperti informasi lokasi serta asuransi yang dilayani. Pada era informasi ini, kebutuhan informasi menjadi sangat penting. Masyarakat memerlukan akses secara cepat dan mudah untuk memperoleh informasi. Dengan permasalahan yang ada perlu dibangun suatu sistem informasi geografis yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai rumah sakit serta asuransi yang dilayani. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis Rumah Sakit berdasarkan jenis asuransi kesehatan berbasis Android. Sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai rumah sakit beserta asuransi yang dilayani.

Abstract

The negligence of residents and the lack of a house security system are the causes of the rampant cases of theft. Technological developments are increasingly rapid, making technology can be applied as a security system at home. This can be a solution to these problems. In this study a home security system was developed in the form of a prototype. This study uses a microcontroller that can be controlled using mobile devices via bluetooth communication. The prototype consists of a keypad to enter a password as a substitute for a home key, a PIR sensor as a detection of human body heat movements, and a buzzer as an alarm. The results of this study are that the prototype has been realized where the servo motor has been able to open and lock by entering the correct password. Setting ON / OFF lighting, display information on the LCD, and ON / OFF PIR sensor from an Android mobile phone via Bluetooth communication are in accordance with the plan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi seluler LTE dengan kecepatan data yang tinggi mengakibatkan cakupan BTS menjadi lebih kecil. Akibatnya jumlah BTS yang dibutuhkan bertambah dan ketinggiannya menurun. Kebutuhan BTS dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan LPJ di kota Denpasar. Jumlah LPJ sebanyak 16.685 titik dengan ketinggian 11meter hingga 23meter. Dengan memanfaatkan 16.685 titik LPJ pada penelitian ini, maka dapat mencakupi layanan LTE di wilayah Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu mengumpulkan data dan gambaran LPJ, melakukan desain BTS pada lampu penerangan jalan, melakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan model propagasi Cost-231 dan simulasi dengan menggunakan software Atoll, menghapus beberapa titik apabila terjadi overlapping coverage, melakukan tilt antena apabila terjadi blankspot. Sehingga hasil simulasi dari jumlah LPJ yang digunakan untuk mencakupi seluruh wilayah Denpasar yaitu 30 titik yang terdiri dari 5 site dengan tinggi antena 23meter, 4 site dengan tinggi antena 15meter, 2 site dengan tinggi antena 13meter, dan 21 site dengan tinggi antena 11meter.

Abstract

The giving of intravenous fluids to patients is dispense fluids into the veins using aninfusion set with a certain amount and period. Patients who are given intravenous fluids willconstantly be monitored by a nurse manually and regularly. In this study, a monitoring systemand automatic replacement of intravenous fluids drops were designed to make it easier fornurses to monitor and change infusions automatically. The monitoring system is designed totake advantage of the Telegram communication application integrated with the NodeMCUESP8266. In contrast, the automatic replacement system utilizes an infrared sensor to detectfluid availability. Based on the research results, the infrared sensor will have a logic '1' if infusionfluid is more than 50ml, and the sensor will have a logic '0' if infusion fluid is less than 50ml. Thefastest system response to send sensor data to Telegram Bot reached 01.10 seconds, while thefastest system response to receive orders from Telegram Bot reached 05.70 seconds.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi komunikasi seluler semakin berkembang pesat dan kebutuhan terhadap layanan data semakin meningkat, sehingga diperlukannya sistem komunikasi generasi ketiga (3G). Teknologi 3G lebih dikenal dengan sistem Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS). Wilayah Ubud merupakan salah satu daerah pariwisata di Bali, dimana PT Indosat Tbk sudah memasang 4 Node B pada wilayah tersebut. Hasil drive test 4 Node B sebelumnya masih diperoleh kondisi blankspot area. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis cakupan berdasarkan Receive Signal Code Power (RSCP) dan cakupan berdasarkan kapasitas pengguna layanan. Selain itu dilakukan perencanaan kebutuhan Node B untuk tahun 2018 guna menjaga kualitas sinyal yang baik. Dalam menganalisis cakupan berdasarkan nilai RSCP digunakan perbandingan 2 model propagasi yaitu Walfish Ikegami dan COST-231 Hata. Pada perencanaan kebutuhan Node B dan perhitungan cakupan berdasarkan kapasitas dihitung dengan metode Offered Bit Quantity (OBQ). Diperoleh hasil cakupan berdasarkan metode OBQ pada Node B yang terletak di Desa Mas, Desa Ubud, Desa Sayan, dan Desa Singakerta secara berturut-turut adalah 1,03 km, 1,25 km, 1,44 km, dan 1,34 km. Sedangkan cakupan yang dihasilkan berdasarkan RSCP adalah 0,823 km, 0,8333 km, 0,844 km, dan 0,927 km. Jika dikaitkan dengan cakupan yang dihasilkan, dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya 4 Node B eksisting belum mampu melayani kapasitas pengguna layanan seluler di wilayah tersebut. Hasil perencanaan kebutuhan Node B pada tahun 2018 dibutuhkan total 23 Node B pada wilayah Ubud.

Abstract

One of the techniques that are used to define the multipath fading it can make is Ortoghonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). System on multicarrier technique is one that has a frequency of orthogonal to each other by using a narrow bandwidth. The weakness of the system on which occurred in mobile channel due to the technique of the time on a channel so that orthogonalitas on a subchannel would pose intercarrier interference and missing (ICI). This research aims to analyze the intercarrier interference (ICI) on the system on MIMO using BPSK and QPSK modulation in fading channel. In terms of values and graph of Bit Error Rate (BER) is proportional to the energy per Bit to noise (Eb/no). This research also aims to find out the influence of frequency on the system on-MIMO offset. The results of the comparison of the system of on-frequency offset value with MIMO that applies fruit 2, 4 and 6 kHz, a frequency of 2 kHz offset produces the most good. On the calculation of the 5 Eb N0 BPSK modulation with dB on the value of the offset frequency of 2 kHz getting the value of the Bit Error Rate 0.0037, for the value of the frequency offset 4 kHz in modulation BPSK BER 0.0058 and get value for value frequency offset of 6 kHz on modulation BPSK get the value of the BER of 0.0114.
