Abstract

This research aims to determine the physical properties of aggregates available in the Barito Watershed (DAS), Central Kalimantan Province. The aggregates collected from each location are East Barito Regency, crushed stone aggregate, South Barito, sand aggregate, North Barito, crushed stone and sand aggregate, and Murung Raya, crushed stone and sand aggregate. Each aggregate sample is then tested in the laboratory to obtain specific gravity and absorption values, water, abrasion value for coarse aggregate and sand equivalent value for fine aggregate. The existence of aggregate quarries spread over six locations in the four districts of Barito watershed, there are sufficient deposit reserves for the next few years for regional development in Central Kalimantan, and based on the results of testing physical properties in the form of testing specific gravity, The best aggregate test results are stone aggregate from Puruk Cahu, Murung Raya Regency with an abrasion value of 17.044% and sand aggregate from Jelapat Subdistrict, South Barito Regency with a sand equivalent value of 78.94%.

Abstract

City transportation in Palangka Raya City once had 7 routes. However, this route is no longer operational. Due to the lack of public interest in using city transport, transport operators run free routes in order to reduce losses. This research aims to analyze whether the city transport route services in Palangka Raya City are in accordance with passenger potential and evaluate city transport routes in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Quantitative method, namely a method carried out systematically and using mathematical models. The results of this research can be concluded that existing route services cannot reach areas with large passenger potential, because there are still several areas with large public services and high population density but which are not yet reached by city transport

Abstract

Side friction often found in several side of roads, especially on the other side of the road between incoming and outgoing activity vehicle segment of the road, pedestrians, parking and vehicle stops, as well as non-motorized transport across the road segment. Side friction is what often causes congestion on roads. Therefore the Yos Sudarso road in Palangka Raya, problem will arise that affect the performance of the road section. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the side friction of the road section on the performance of the road on Yos Sudarso Road Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang section Palangka Raya City. The method used in this study uses PKJI 2014. To finde volume, capacity, service level and road performance that are affected by side friction on the roads. From the research results obtained traffic volume (Q), at peak hour on Saturday 26 November 2022 at 6.00 – 7.00 PM obtained Q = 816 skr/hour amount of side frictions obtained 102 with class of side friction low (R). from the results of the performance of the road segment, obtained capacity of Yos Sudarso road is 3457,08 skr/hour. There was a decrease capacity due to side friction to 2965, 25 skr/hour. And the degree of saturation (DJ) reach 0,32 which is includedin the level of service for road B with a stable traffic flow but the operating flow,but the operating speed is starting to be limited due to traffic conditions

Abstract

Jalan George Obos adalah jalan empat lajur yang terbagi (dengan median) di Kota Palangka Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Jalan ini dua arah. Kemacetan dan antrean panjang sering terjadi di sejumlah lokasi pembukaan median (putar balik). Kami ingin mengetahui seberapa baik putar balik di ruas Jalan Galaxy Raya–Jalan George Obos berfungsi, oleh karena itu kami melakukan penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan survei lapangan untuk memeriksa data sesuai dengan kerangka peraturan perencanaan putar balik di Indonesia. Menurut temuan penelitian, waktu rerata yang dibutuhkan kendaraan terbesar untuk menyelesaikan putar balik di lokasi penelitian bervariasi di berbagai jenis kendaraan: 7,37 detik bagi sepeda motor (MC), 11,50 detik untuk kendaraan ringan (LV), dan 14,13 detik untuk kendaraan berat (HV). Waktu tunda rerata untuk MC adalah 12,08 detik, LV 37,07 detik, dan HV 54,18 detik. Panjang antrean rerata untuk kendaraan terbesar di lokasi penelitian putar balik adalah 42 meter.

Abstract

Jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor di Kota Palangka Raya meningkat berdasarkan data jumlah kendaraan bermotor Kota Palangka Raya yaitu tercatat berjumlah 274.393 unit pada tahun 2019, meningkat dari data tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 259.731 unit. Meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Berdasarkan data Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat tercatat kecelakaan lebih didominasi oleh sepeda motor sebanyak 73,47% yaitu berjumlah 140.685 dari total 191.498 kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku keselamatan berkendara terhadap risiko kecelakaan pada pengendara sepeda motor. Pada penelitian ini digunakan model analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dibantu dengan software Analisis Moment Of Structure (AMOS) 24. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 348 responden. Karakteristik responden 52% berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 48% berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan rentang usia 20 tahun kebawah (19,5%) usia antara 21 – 30 tahun (73,6%) dan usia diatas 30 tahun (6,9%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko memiliki hubungan positif terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara secara signifikan, dan perilaku keselamatan berkendara memiliki hubungan positif terhadap risiko kecelakaan.

Abstract

Pahandut Subdistrict, as the primary activity center in Palangka Raya City, faces public service constraints due to inadequate physical office conditions to accommodate high visitor volumes. This community service activity, conducted through the "Teknik Membangun dan Berdampak" (TMB) program, aims to design office infrastructure capable of managing high population density and modern service standards. The implementation method was participatory, involving field surveys, intensive discussions, and digital modeling using SketchUp and AutoCAD software. The results include comprehensive technical planning documents featuring a "Modern Rumah Betang" concept that adapts open-plan layouts and linear circulation to optimize service flow and thermal comfort amidst high-density activities. The documents comprise Detailed Engineering Design (DED) drawings and a Budget Plan (RAB) totaling Rp 14,160,815,000.00. These documents serve as a technical foundation for the local government to enhance inclusive and representative public service quality in Pahandut Subdistrict.

Abstract

Persimpangan Jalan. Rajawali– Jalan. Lele ialah simpang tak bersinyal dengan 4 lengan dengan tata guna lahan komersial sehingga dibeberapa pendekat ada hambatan samping berbentuk kendaraan parkir serta pula orang dagang dipinggir jalur yang mengusik pengguna jalur buat melintasi persimpangan sehingga kerapkali terjalin antrian. Riset ini bertujuan buat mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tanpa sinyal serta menganjurkan pelaksanaan pemecahan ataupun alternatif revisi supaya simpang bisa bekerja secara maksimal Pengumpulan informasi dicoba sepanjang 3 hari. Informasi– informasi dikumpulkan yaitu informasi geometri( lebar masing– masing pendekat, lebar median), Volume kemudian lintas yang diperoleh lewat survei lapangan setelah itu dikonversi ke dalam satuan mobil penumpang( smp/ jam) sebagai bawah analisis cocok Pedoman Kapasitas Jalur Indonesia( PKJI 2023), sehingga diperoleh besaran arus kemudian lintas. Berikutnya, kinerja simpang dianalisis dengan mengacu pada PKJI 2023. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau pada pagi(pukul 06. 30–07. 30 WIB)kinerja Simpang Jalan. Rajawali– Jalan Lele hari Senin, 19 Agustus 2025, dalam keadaan eksisting tercantum jenis tingkat pelayanan( ITP) F. Tercatat sebesar 2775 smp/ jam nilai kapasitas simpang, sebesar 0, 861 derajat kejenuhan serta sebesar 14, 748 detik/ smp tundaan simpang. Nilai derajat kejenuhan tersebut sudah melampaui batasan yang direkomendasikan oleh PKJI, ialah kurang dari<0, 85. Bersumber pada penemuan tersebut, pemecahan yang diusulkan merupakan melaksanakan pelebaran pada jalur minor agar nilai derajat kejenuhan bisa diturunkan sampai terletak di dasar batasan yang dianjurkan PKJI.
