Abstract

The behavior patterns of society that are experiencing a transition during the COVID-19 pandemic have increased the influence of the Korean Wave in Indonesia. The momentum of the Korean Wave in Indonesia provides opportunities for the rise of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially in the culinary field. OMO Korean Street Food is one of the MSMEs that is taking advantage of this opportunity. This research discusses the reasons and strategies used by the owner of the Korean culinary snack business. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation. By using a marketing mix strategy and SWOT analysis, OMO Korean Street Food can overcome weaknesses with strengths and anticipate threats with opportunities.Keywords: MSME, Strategy, Marketing, Marketing Mix, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This observe targets to decide the effect of economic overall performance (ROA) on company cost, and to determine whether or not Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is capable of moderate the impact of economic overall performance on organization cost in chemical production corporations listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling in studies the use of purposive sampling. The company's monetary file facts taken is the yearly monetary record. The analytical technique used is easy linear regression evaluation for speculation I and a couple of regression evaluation and moderating regression evaluation for hypothesis II. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the most fundamental source as reference material for finding new novelty elements in the research being carried out. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 10 years from 2013-2023. This data includes data on insurance companies in Indonesia. Researchers analyzed the data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Financial Performance variable can influence share prices. Researchers have an alternative perspective, namely that stock prices can actually have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on financial performance. This hypothesis can be proven and supported by the results of the first line path coefficient which shows that the stock price variable can have a positive relationship on employee performance because The P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.016. This is due to logical reasons because better share prices can increase investors which makes financial performance more stable. Apart from that, the influence of share prices can be more significant on financial performance if it is supported by good corporate governance. This is also proven from the second row of the third table in this research which shows that the variable Good Corporate Governance can moderate the influence of the Stock Price variable on Financial Performance because the P-Values value has a positive direction and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Stock Price, Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance

Abstract

Advances in digital technology encourage the transition from conventional lifestyles to the digital era, one of which is digital banking services. The use of electronic media in financial products is expected to provide faster, easier, and more appropriate services to customer needs (customer experience), and ensure that customers can make transactions independently by paying attention to security aspects. Banking performance can of course also be influenced by the adoption of these digital banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of digital financial services such as electronic money, ATMs, credit cards, SMS banking and internet banking on banking performance in Indonesia in 2021-2023. Using simple linear regression analysis techniques, it can be seen that credit cards and internet banking can have a significant positive effect on banking performance. A positive relationship is also shown by the SMS banking variable but is not significant. Meanwhile, ATMs and e-money show a negative and insignificant effect on banking performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2022 period. In business activities, of course, it is necessary to analyze the condition of the company to predict future stock prices so that expectations of high returns can be achieved. When analyzing the financial statements of a company, it can be done in various ways, one of which is by calculating the desired ratios. The research population was 26 companies with a sample of 11 companies where the method used was purposive sampling method. Utilizing secondary data types and using quantitative methods, the data will be processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the t test research proves that liquidity partially has a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.050 and tu 2.757> t el 2.02108, profitability partially has a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.050 and tu -2.751 < t el 2.02108. The results of the F test research prove simultaneously that liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.036 < 0.050 and tu 2.852> t el 2.61.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi yang sangat pesat mengalami perubahan, sehingga menuntut sumber daya manusia pada saat ini untuk mampu mengikuti perkembangan tersebut. Praktek sumber daya manusia pun telah banyak mengalami perubahan sekaligus merubah dari manajemen sumberdaya manusia berorientasi tradisional menjadi berorientasi modern. Sumber daya manusia dituntut agar memiliki kompetensi digital yang relevan, seperti literasi teknologi, mampu analisis data, serta kemampuan berkolaborasi secara virtual. Tantangannya adalah apakah setiap perusahaan siap melakukan perubahan dan mampu mengelola sumber daya manusianya untuk menghadapi perubahan sehingga perusahaan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan merupakan strategi yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan yang dimaksudkan agar dapat meningkatankan kompetensi sumber daya manuasn dan mampu terus mengikuti tuntutan era modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manuasia, mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi efektif yang digunakan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan serta mengkaji berbagai tantangan dan peluang. Strategi yang digunakan yakni model kompetensi ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). Model tersebut menjelaskan apa yang diperlukan agar seorang individu berhasil dalam bidang pelatihan dan pengembangan.

Abstract

Urban agriculture has gained recognition as an effective solution to urbanization's challenges, including food security and environmental sustainability. This study, "Maximizing Economic Efficiency in Urban Mustard Farming through Pipe, Soil, and Bottle-Based Systems," focuses on the innovative use of recycled materials such as plastic bottles and pipes to create sustainable farming systems in urban environments. The research highlights the integration of these materials to maximize space and resources, enabling efficient mustard greens cultivation in limited urban areas. In Peguyangan Village, Bali, this community service program aimed to educate residents on utilizing plastic waste as a resource for urban farming. By conducting hands-on training, participants learned how to build and maintain planting systems using recycled pipes and bottles, which improved soil moisture retention and reduced water consumption. As a result, the local community adopted more sustainable farming practices, reducing plastic waste and enhancing crop yields. The program's success is evident in the increased participation of residents, with active collaboration between students, community members, and local officials. This initiative not only raised awareness of sustainable agriculture but also provided practical skills to residents, fostering a sense of community and environmental responsibility. The project serves as a model for promoting urban farming and resource efficiency in densely populated areas.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of the research paper is to provide education and direct practice with SMEs in Celuk Village, Sukawati. Simple digital marketing by using Linktree. An application that integrates all platforms owned by business actors. Method: The study aims to enhance SMEs knowledge and abilities in product marketing by employing socialization, training, and mentoring. Practical Application: The research provides important insights into SMEs in Celuk Village, Gianyar, Bali to boost their marketing. By investing in training and mentoring digital marketing, that can enhance their marketing effectiveness and overall business performance. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of improving the use of digital marketing. It offers practical steps for SMEs to enhance their marketing strategies and stresses the need to adapt to digital trends to maintain long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Pendidikan Nasional dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari sosialisasi dan implementasi Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) terhadap peningkatan transaksi pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan sistem pembayaran digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan jangkauan pasar. Dalam pelaksanaannya, dilakukan sosialisasi langsung kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai manfaat dan cara penggunaan QRIS, serta pendampingan dalam proses implementasinya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap sistem pembayaran digital dan peningkatan frekuensi transaksi setelah penggunaan QRIS diterapkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS menjadi salah satu solusi efektif dalam mendukung digitalisasi UMKM di tingkat lokal. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder lainnya terus mendorong dan memfasilitasi sosialisasi serta implementasi QRIS secara berkelanjutan. Langkah ini penting guna memperluas literasi keuangan digital dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era ekonomi digital, khususnya di wilayah Kelurahan Pedungan.

Abstract

Bali merupakan daerah yang sangat memperhatikan penggunaan produk skincare karena kegiatan keagamaan dan adat yang banyak menggunakan riasan, lebih lanjut remaja perempuan generasi Z juga memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan trial dan error dalam menentukan kecocokan terhadap suatu produk sehingga mendorong terjadinya brand switching. Perilaku brand switching dapat dipengaruhi oleh prior experience dan produk knowledge yang dimiliki konsumen terhadap suatu produk tertentu, hal tersebut kemudian mendasari presepsi positif maupun negatif konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Bali terhadap 100 orang responden remaja perempuan yang memiliki rentang usia 15-29 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prior experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produk knowledge, produk knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching, prior experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching, prior experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan melalui produk knowledge. Implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan skincare sebaiknya lebih fokus untuk meningkatkan kebijakan perusahaan dalam usaha menciptakan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi konsumen potensial dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang produk.
