Abstract

The presence of information technology applications programs to assist and play an important role in human life, especially in the world of work. One application of an expert system program, which is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving a problem that usually can only be solved by an expert in the field of knowledge. One application of expert systems based on android especially a psychologist in the field of child psychology problems. Where the child is to live a happy period and without sin, but what happens if we have children growing up is not good, especially in the development of feelings, behaviors, and emotions that can be changed or not subject to fixed. The problem has resulted in the development of normal parents worried about the construction or emotional disturbances that occur on their children. Concerns that make parents become confused about what to do and how to deal with this problem, for parents who are not necessarily able to handle a serious problem that requires a child experts called "child psychiatrists". But with it comes to expert child needs huge cost and a long time, because it needs an application that can help, one of the expert system. This system is built with JAVA programming. Input of an application that is built in the form of symptom data, the data interference as well as the data rule with output report diagnostic data from the user. With android-based expert system, especially the elderly people can get information about child development issues in psychotherapy and counseling is being used to tackle problems in children.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest producers and exporters of natural rubber in the world. Every year rubber production in Indonesia shows an improved prognosis. Most rubber producers in Indonesia come from the provinces of South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Riau, Jambi and West Kalimantan. The Jambi Provincial Plantation Office has always tried to maintain the quality of rubber plants in order to remain productive. One of the efforts is to help rubber farmers in caring for rubber plants to keep producing high-quality rubber latex. This study aims to build an expert system software application for early diagnosis of rubber plant diseases using the web-based Dempster Shafer method. With this application it is expected to help rubber farmers get information about rubber plant care and provide solutions to rubber plants that are experiencing disturbances. This application was built with php connected to the MySql database. Inputs in this application are data on symptoms, pests and diseases, users, rules, and consultation history. In this system uses a calculation process with the Dempster Shafer method, which calculates the weight of each symptom, compares the weight of each symptom, and determines the percentage of disease belief based on the selected symptoms. The output of this expert system application is information about pests in rubber plant diseases, and reports on the results of early diagnoses of rubber plant diseases. The results of this study indicate that the type of rubber plant disease that is often experienced by rubber plantations in the village of Tanjung Pauh Talang Pelita Jambi during January-May 2019 is White Root Fungus caused by the fungus Rigidoporus Lignosus or R. Micropus. With the application of an expert system using the dempster shafer method, it can help rubber farmers deal quickly with pests and diseases that attack rubber plants, so as to reduce the risk of sudden death on rubber plants.

Abstract

Bayes method can be used to build intelligent systems, in this study Bayes method was built by using an expert system to diagnose diseases and pests on oil palm plants, an expert system that was built web-based using PHP and MySql programming languages. This application can help the oil palm farmers in consulting about diseases and pests of oil palm plants based on the knowledge of the experts implemented in the application.

Abstract

The importance of predicting the absorption of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in the world of work, especially SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi which is not yet known about the prediction of the world of work that accepts SMK graduates so that the purpose of this study is to analyze the prediction of the accuracy of the absorption of graduates of SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi as material. a reference to see whether the graduates of SMK Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi have achieved the expected goals or not so that this analysis can be used as input for schools to improve the competence of SMK students. This implementation is assisted by using the Rapidminer and WEKA applications with 100 alumni work data input. The attributes used in this analysis process are Department, Waiting Time and Field of Work and Class of Work Field Accuracy. The process in this analysis is carried out with data that has been provided with the Naïve Bayes Classification Method to predict the absorption of graduates. The results of this study the highest accuracy value in the Rapidminer application is at 100% and WEKA is at 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the readiness and maturity of early childhood in entering elementary school using the Naïve Bayes method. This analysis involves variables such as gender, age, aspects of physical-motor, cognitive, social-emotional development, and literacy skills which include reading, writing, arithmetic, and children's level of independence. The readiness category is classified into two classes, namely "ready" and "not ready". This prediction model is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect the classification results, so that the evaluation process can be carried out in a transparent, objective, and data-driven manner. This research is expected to be a reference for other educational institutions in implementing a similar model to evaluate student readiness systematically. By adjusting variables and data according to local needs, this model has the potential to support more accurate and standardized decision-making, as well as improve the quality of early childhood preparation in entering formal education. The results show that the Naïve Bayes method is able to achieve an accuracy level of 93.33%, confirming its effectiveness in identifying early childhood readiness optimally.

Abstract

Abstract - Universities have an obligation to produce competent graduates. This can be measured from the graduation rate of students. The purpose of the analysis carried out is to predict graduation on time and find out indicators of problems that cause graduation not to be on time. Many factors influence students' late graduation, such as the student's marital status, the status of the student working or not working, the level of student understanding of the course material which can be seen from the student's GPA. Predicting student graduation is very important because this research can make a significant contribution both academically. Understand patterns or factors that influence student success. Provides insights for designing more effective educational interventions, such as academic tutoring. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a system to predict student graduation rates based on existing variables. Attributes used are Name, Name, Gender, School of Origin, Study Program, Year of College Entry, Year of Graduation, Student Status, Marital Status, Age, IPS, GPA and Parent's Occupation. The method used is the Naive Bayes method. Comparison results were carried out using Excel and Rapidminer tools. The resulting accuracy level is 97,96% from 330 training data and 98 test data

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is responsible for the management and distribution of blood in Indonesia, including the Blood Donor Unit (UDD) of PMI Kota Jambi, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the availability of blood for 21 hospitals in Kota Jambi, Muaro Jambi, Batanghari, Tanjung Jabung Timur, as well as hospitals in South Sumatra. However, UDD PMI Kota Jambi can only meet around 81% of the monthly demand, which ranges from 1,900 to 2,100 blood bags. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decrease or increase in the number of donors according to age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus, to be used by UDD PMI in enhancing blood availability programs. This study employs the K-Means Clustering method with data attributes in the form of donor recapitulation data based on age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus monthly from 2021 to 2023. The dataset was obtained from UDD PMI Kota Jambi, consisting of donor recapitulation data from 2021 to 2023 on a monthly basis. Data calculations were performed using the RapidMiner Studio and Microsoft Excel applications. The output generated is a grouping of blood donors per month according to age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus. The results of this study can serve as a reference for recommendations to improve the blood availability program by UDD PMI Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study focuses on selecting online learning media at SD Negeri 048/IX Sarang Burung. Various available media options often make it difficult for educators to choose the one that best suits the needs and conditions of the student environment. This study uses the Hybrid AHP-TOPSIS approach to design a decision support system. The AHP method is used to establish a hierarchy of relevant criteria and their relative weights. Meanwhile, the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternative learning media based on their proximity to the ideal positive and negative solutions. This system is built using web-based software that allows users to input data and view analysis results directly. The system testing results show that the Hybrid AHP-TOPSIS method can produce selected learning media alternatives that meet user needs, specifically Zoom with a score of 0.8667. Thus, the system testing results indicate that the Hybrid AHP-TOPSIS method can produce selected alternatives according to user needs, and the implementation of this system can improve education quality because the proper selection of learning media can enhance students' motivation and learning outcomes. Additionally, this system is expected to be a solution to the problems in determining appropriate learning media for educators.

Abstract

This study aims to build a software application for Decision Support System (DSS) Determination of Priority Location for Drainage Development in the City of Jambi by applying the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In determining the priority location of drainage development by the Sumatra Regional Office VI based on submission by the community and then resolved. During this time, the selection process is sometimes subjective, so sometimes the drainage that is built is not a priority. In the application that is built, in the selection process, determining the priority location is based on certain criteria so that the decision can be more objective. There are several criteria, namely: land, infrastructure and social conditions. While the drainage location in Jambi City is an alternative. The method used is the AHP method, which is a method that makes a comparison of each criteria and alternative as well as the method that tests the consistency of the value of the criteria weight. The SPK application in this study was built with PHP Codeigniter with Wampserver and PHP MyAdmin database. From the results of the study, it was obtained the value of the location with the highest ranking that would be recommended for priority drainage construction, namely: 0.532 located at the TalangBakung location in Jambi City. With this application, it can help the decision making process by the leadership of Sumatra Regional Office VI with more objective and impartial.
