Abstract

The aim of IbM of tapioca waste processing to be livestock feed is to provide skills producing fodder to partners. Partners of this IbM are the housewifes of RT 1 RW 1 and RT 3 RW 1 in Ngemplak Kidul Pati. The majority of local residents depends life as a laborer pelvis cassava seasonally. In fact, in this area there are several producer of corn starch that produced sago waste. About 10.5 tons of sago waste is produced by two producers every day. The solution of the problems is the utilization of sago waste into useful thing and economic valued, so that it can be an alternative incoming source for residents. Service activities included coordination with the RT, socialization program to partners, training of feed manufacture, business management training, and the production of livestock feed. Livestock feed was made by mixing tapioca waste, salt, molasses, water, urea, ammonium sulfate, and fish extracts. The next process was fermentation for 6 days and drying. The results of this IbM program is livestock feed ready to be marketed.

Abstract

Assessment is an integral part of the learning process. SMPIT Darul Fikri Bawen as a service partner faces problems in the form of teachers' low ability in compiling questions based on basic competencies and the developed instruments still do not meet all aspects of the assessment. The purpose of this activity is to facilitate teachers in the SMPIT Darul Fikri Bawen environment in preparing evaluation instruments both offline and boldly. The method of activity used there are 3 stages, namely counseling and awareness, training, and assistance in preparing the instrument. The first stage begins with getting to know the types of evacuations, their benefits, and how to make them. In the second stage, participants are facilitated to make an assessment using google forms and google Classroom. In the last stage, participants are assisted from starting to analyze needs, develop assessments and use them in learning. The results obtained from this service activity are the results of the participant's knowledge about the types of evaluations and the ability to develop evaluation tools, both courage, and strength. The results of the evaluation showed that 90% of the participants were able to prepare evaluation tools well.

Abstract

The TiO2 thin film has been applied to reduce degradation products (free fatty acid/FFA and peroxide value/PV) in used frying oil under ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. FFA and PV are degradation products in used frying oil that can cause various diseases in human. In this study, the TiO2 thin films were made from precursor solution with concentration ratio of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTiP) and acetylacetone (AcAc) of 1:1, 1:2, 2:1, 2:3, and 3:2. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of concentration ratio of TTiP and AcAc on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin film in reducing FFA and PV of used frying oil. The spray coating method was used to deposit precursor solution of TiO2 onto glass substrate at 450 oC. All TiO2 thin films consist of spherical-like grain with dominant structure of TiO2 rutile. The band gap energy of TiO2 thin films was in the range 3.11-3.16 eV. Concentration ratio of TTiP and AcAc of 2:3 results in TiO2 thin film with highest photocatalytic activity in reducing FFA and PV of used frying oil.

Abstract

The lack of understanding and skills of Family Welfare Guidance women in Bawen Village in making eco-enzymes in processing organic waste impacts the suboptimal processing of household-based waste. This community service program aims to provide counseling, education, and practice in making eco-enzymes. The methods used in this activity are socialization and counseling, practical training in making, harvesting, and application. The activity lasted for five months, starting from January to May 2023. The results of this activity are twofold: participants' increased understanding of eco-enzymes, participants' ability to make eco-enzymes, participants' ability to harvest eco-enzymes, and participants' ability to use eco-enzymes for various kitchen and plant fertilization purposes. All participants were able to make, harvest, and use eco-enzymes. The increase in participants' understanding is evident.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company growth, capital structure, financial performance and good corporate governance on company value in primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018- 2022. This research uses quantitative research and the data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports for the 2018-2022 period. The number of samples used in this research was 135 from 27 companies in the population of companies in the primary consumer goods sector. By using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. Based on research that has been conducted, it shows that company growth, capital structure, financial performance and good corporate governance simultaneously influence company value. Company growth, capital structure and good corporate governance have no effect on company value. Meanwhile, financial performance influences company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of annealing temperature growth on Fe-TiO2 thin film photoactivity. This was made by mixing TTIP, AcAc, ethanol, and Iron Nitrate Nanohydrate, after which the obtained mixture was sprayed and annealed on the substrate for two hours using the coating method. The temperature was increased to 500°C, 550°C, and 600°C, with the thin film photoactivity determined in methylene blue using UV light for 5 hours with decreasing values of COD, BOD, and absorbance. The results show annealing temperature growth increased photoactivity of the thin film. The highest photoactivity at 600°C in degrading methylene blue with decreasing values of COD, BOD, and absorbance was 19.56%, 35.84%, and 66.70%, respectively.

Abstract

This research lays the groundwork for developing an integrated STEM-based science e-module on energy material for Grade VIII students. The study aims to analyze the presence of STEM components—science, technology, engineering, and mathematics—and scientific literacy in Grade VIII science textbooks covering energy topics. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research examines the energy material presented in the Grade VIII science textbook published by the Center for Books, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The analysis reveals that the science component dominates the discussion, while technology, engineering, and mathematics are largely absent. Regarding scientific literacy, the textbook presents energy concepts primarily by explaining science as knowledge and its applications in society. However, elements related to scientific inquiry, historical contributions, and science as a way of thinking are not integrated into the material

Abstract

The purpose for this study is to convert mechanical vibration into electrical Power. Our target is to provide enough power for 1.2 V rechargeable battery having 160 . The investigation was conducted experimentally in electrical mechanical engineering laboratory. Four piezoelectric was connected to circuits in series mode called 1 module. In order to recharge the battery having voltage 1.2 volt, the measurement of the intensity of the loudspeaker was verified. According to table 1, it was found that at 2  of vibration is best because the value is 1.4 V nearest to 1.2 V. It was found that the mechanical vibration can be converted into electric power. It was found that to recharge 160  having 1.2 V, the 20 modules are needed.
