Abstract

Ornamental Fish Promotion Center is a place for ornamental fish’s sellers which are managed by the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian, dan Perikanan of Bekasi City. It is important for sellers to knows what influences consumers in purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine (1) influence of colour to ornamental fish purchasing decision (2) influence of shape to ornamental fish purchasing decision (3) influence of fish care to ornamental fish purchasing decision (4) influence of feeding to ornamental fish purchasing decision (5) influence of life to ornamental fish purchasing decision This study uses survey methods and data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that color had an effect on the purchase decision of ornamental fish, shape had an effect, maintenance had an effect, feed had no effect on the purchase decision on ornamental fish, and vitality had an effect on the purchase decision on ornamental fish. Variables of color, shape, maintenance, feed, and vitality together influence the decision to buy ornamental fish at the Ornamental Fish Promotion Center in Bekasi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect land use, assessing the economic value of land before and after conversion and analyze the impact of conversion on the income of farmers. The method used in this research is a case study (case study), to answer the research objectives include analysis used multiple regression analysis, land rent, the income of farmers and test T-test. The results showed that there are five factors that significantly affect land use, namely, age of farmers, the land held prior to conversion, net income before the conversion, the productivity of the land and farming experience, whereas no significant effect is the level of education and the number of dependents. Land rent value generated shows that the use of agricultural land has a land rent value is much smaller than the residential and industrial land. There is a significant decline in revenue between before and after conversion to the t value of 3857 and a decrease of 46 percent.

Abstract

This research intent to see relationship among cultural organisational, organisational commitment and Locus of Control at PTS in Jabar. Observational population is lecturer and employee staff at environmentally PTS of 188 person, employee and lecturer at PTS X most takings 87 respondents or 4,28 percents. That respondent comprise of 47 men and 53 woman percents. Job unit broadcast scatters, Fisip's majority, Economy and FAI. Largely respondent gets S1's education (36,78 percents), S2(28,74 percents) and diploma 14,94 percents. Picture gets that that more komprehensif, therefore data processing is done by use of Structural Equation Model (SEM). Validity quiz and reliabitas is first phase to item question, pointing out result that vaid and reliable, meanwhile on phase II., are not all item that question valid and reliable. Analisis's result points out that together to be gotten relationship among cultural organisational, organisational commitment and locus of control to manajerial dengn's performance R Square 0,32. Sign from variable the whole lot in accordance with expectation which is positive, but just variable locus of control just that don't signifikan statistic's ala.

Abstract

Jengkol or jering (Archidendron pauciflorum, synonyms: A jiringa, pithecellobium jiringa, P.Plobatum) is a plant typical of Southeast Asia. in Malaysia it is called (jering) and Myanmar (da nyin thee). In Thailand it is called (luk nieng) Jengkol including the leguminous tribe (Fabaceae). Jengkol in this case belongs to the fruit group that has not been cultivated optimally. This study aims to determine: (1) the jengkol trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. (2) jengkol trading system institutions involved in the trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. (3) how is the efficiency of the jengkol trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. The results of this study concluded that the jengkol trading channel involved four trading institutions namely farmers, collector traders, wholesalers, retailers. Operationally, of the three existing trading system channel patterns, channel III is more efficient when viewed from the value of the trading system margin which is evenly distributed in each trading system institution involved and seen from the spread of the ratio of profits and costs that is the greatest.

Abstract

Sweetberry agrotourism is the largest strawberry farming in Puncak, Cipanas Cianjur, West Java. This agrotourism has the potential of nature, tourism, conservation, and economic potential. The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics and assessment of visitors, identify factors influencing tourism demand, and estimate the value of agrotourism economy. The economic value is analyzed using by method of TCM (Travel Cost Method). This method is calculated based on total consumer surplus, travel cost coefficient, and total respondent's visit. Average travel costs incurred from a total of 379 respondents during the trip is Rp. 413.699 and the total cost of the entire trip is Rp.156.792.000. Surplus of consumer visits is Rp. 12.670 and the individual consumer surplus visits is Rp.33. The economic value generated for one year is Rp. 237.600. The factors that influence the demand is income, distance and time to know location. While the factors that do not affect the demand is travel cost, education, number of dependents in the family, gender, and age of visitor.

Abstract

CV Maju Bersama Farm is one of the laying hen farms that is still in the development stage. Various obstacles from both the internal and external environment of the company surround the running of the business. The purpose of this study is to determine: a) internal and external factors that affect the business, b) business position, c) business development strategies and d) priority business development strategies that can be applied for business development. This study was studied using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis in this study includes the IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrices, SWOT matrices, and QSPM matrices. The research data comes from primary and secondary data. Based on the IFE matrix, it is known that the main strength is that the eggs produced have good quality and the main weakness is that production has not met consumer demand. In the EFE matrix, the main opportunity is that market demand for broiler eggs is quite high and the main threat is fluctuations in the price of feed, medicines, and egg prices. The results of the IE matrix show that CV Maju Bersama Farm is in cell I which directs the growth and development strategy. There are six alternative strategies from the SWOT analysis with the main priority strategy being to increase chicken capacity by utilizing available land in order to meet demand.
