Abstract

Indonesia's economic development is highly dependent on local economic development. Fiscal decentralization give flexibility to local governments in regulating their regions and create policies that can support the potential in the region. The research objectives: 1) To analyze the influence of local revenues and equalization funds to economic growth, 2) To analyze the effect of local revenues and fund balance on economic growth through capital expenditures. This research was conducted in all districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. Data collection is done through the documents contained in the BPS. The data used in this research is secondary data of years 2007-2013, while the analytical technique used is the analysis of the path or path analysis. The analysis showed local revenues and equalization funds have a positive and significant direct effect on capital spending. The original income of the region and the balance funds have positive direct and significant effect on economic growth but capital spending has a direct effect of negative and not significant to the economic growth.

Abstract

Local taxes are contribution to the region, the existence local taxes can help governments to finance development of their respective regions. Sarbagita Region has the highest regional tax revenue among other districts in Province of Bali. Purpose this study to analyze the influence number of tourist visits, population, and gross regional domestic product on regional taxes in the Sarbagita Region of Bali Province partially and simultaneously and analyze the forecast of local tax revenue in the Sarbagita Region of the Province of Bali in 2019 - 2023. Data used is secondary data. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that simultaneously, the variable number of tourist visits, total population, and gross regional domestic product had a significant effect on local taxes in the Sarbagita Region of the Province of Bali. Partially, the variable number of tourist visits, population, and regional gross domestic product has a positive and significant effect on local taxes in the Sarbagita Region of the Province of Bali. Abstract

The growth of the agricultural sector is strongly influenced by the level of farmer's income. If the greater the income, it will show an influence on the factors of high income or input. The purpose of this study 1) To analyze the effect of capital, land area and price simultaneously on the income of green mustard farmers in Nyanggelan Village, Klungkung Regency. 2) To analyze the effect of capital, land area and price partially on the income of green mustard farmers in Nyanggelan Village, Klungkung Regency. The data used in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to green mustard farmers in Nyanggelan Village. The sample used in this study were 60 mustard greens farmers in Nyanggelan Village. The sample technique used is saturated sample. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the capital, land area, and price simultaneously had a significant effect on farmers' income. Capital partially has a significant effect on farmers 'income, land area partially has a significant effect on farmers' income. Price partially has a significant effect on farmers' income. Abstract

Poverty is a condition where a lack or inability to meet the needs of life economically in society. To reduce the amount of poverty, government provides various social assistance for the community, namely house renovation program. House renovation program is an activity carried out in the context of repairing houses that are unfit for habitation, namely houses that do not meet health, security and social requirements. Purpose this study to analyze: 1) welfare of the community after receiving house renovation assistance. 2) The total population taken was 250 with the number of samples taken, namely 71 households receiving the house renovation program.The analytical tool in this research is non-parametric statistics with the Mc Nemar method. The results in this study indicate 1) house renovation program has a significant impact on the welfare of the community in Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency. 2) house renovation program had a significant impact on poverty alleviation in Tejakula District. Based on the research results that have been obtained, the average welfare of the community has increased after the implementation of the house renovation and poverty alleviation program has increased. Abstract

The Province of Bali is one of the islands that has a small creative industrial sector that continues to grow to this day, for example the works of art include dance, music, carving, painting, and handicrafts. One industry that has the potential to be developed is batik. This study aims to analyze working capital and work experience on the production and income of batik entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. Data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to batik entrepreneurs in the city of Denpasar. The population used were all batik entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. The samples used were as many as 57 batik entrepreneurs in the city of Denpasar, using Probability Sampling technique, using the Proportionate Random Sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results show that working capital and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the production of batik entrepreneurs in the city of Denpasar. Working capital, work experience and production have a positive and significant effect on the income of batik entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. Production significantly mediates the effect of working capital and work experience on the income of batik entrepreneurs in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah industri kerajinan kayu ukir di Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar selalu mengalami peningkatan. Persaingan yang tinggi antar pemilik usaha dalam memperoleh keuntungan menuntut pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam menciptakan inovasi produk yang baru agar serta meningkatkan strategi penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan jam kerja terhadap produksi industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu di Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar. (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, jam kerja, dan produksi terhadap keuntungan industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu di Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar, dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman kerja dan jam kerja terhadap keuntungan melalui produksi industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu di Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden dengan metode accidental sampling, yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengalaman kerja dan jam kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu. Pengalaman kerja, jam kerja, dan produksi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu. Pengalaman kerja dan jam kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap keuntungan melalui produksi industri kerajinan ukiran patung kayu di Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas lahan dan harga ekspor secara simultan terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir, (2) untuk mengetahui luas lahan dan harga ekspor secara parsial terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pendapatan negara importir memoderasi harga terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder dengan teknik analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara simultan luas lahan, harga ekspor dan Gross Domestic Product dan Selisih Mutlak harga ekspor dengan GDP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir periode 2008-2017, (2) luas lahan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir periode 2008-2017, (3) harga ekspor secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir periode 2008-2017, dan (4) varabel GDP sebagai variabel moderasi hubungan antara variabel harga ekspor mendapatkan hasil memperlemah terhadap ekspor kertas Indonesia ke 5 negara importir periode 2008-2017. Abstract

The implementation of the family planning program is marked by the use of contraceptives or methods of family planning for women of childbearing age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education level, family income level, and the number of children simultaneously and partially owned on the probability of using contraceptives (KB) in fertile aged couples in Kesiman Kertalangu Village. This research was conducted in Kesiman Kertalangu Village. The number of samples taken was 95 couples of childbearing age aged 15-49 years with the status of being married and having children using the Non-Probability Sampling method, especially the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by means of observation and structured interviews which were then analyzed using logistic regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of education, the level of family income and the number of children owned had a simultaneous and significant effect on the probability of using contraceptives in Kesiman Kertalangu Village. Partially, the level of education, the level of family income and the number of children owned have a positive and significant effect on the probability of using contraceptives in the village of Kesiman Kertalangu. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal, bahan baku, dan tingkat upah terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerjadan kualitas produk pada industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 unit usaha industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Probability Sampling. Jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 32 unit usaha industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Modal, bahan baku, dan tingkat upah berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar; 2) Modal, bahan baku, dan tingkat upah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas produk pada industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar; 3) Modal, bahan baku, dan tingkat upah berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kualitas produk melalui produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri kerajinan patung batu padas di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims to influence harvested area, labor, farming capital through production on the income of citrus farmers. This research was conducted in Belok Sidan Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. The population in this study were citrus farmers in Belok Sidan Village, Petang District, with a total of 630 people. a sample of 86 citrus farmers in Belok Sidan Village. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. This study uses path analysis or path analysis techniques to estimate the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that harvested area, labor, and business capital directly have a positive effect on the production of citrus farmers in Belok Sidan Village. Harvested area, labor, business capital and production directly have a positive effect on the income of citrus farmers in Belok Sidan Village. Harvested area, labor, and business capital indirectly affect farmers' income through the production of citrus farmers in Belok Sidan Village.
