Abstract

As one of fiscal policy, government expenditure is important factor to increasing the economic development in Province of Bali. In five years, the government expenditure is focused on routine expenditure, which not directly give impact to the public. The Province Bali is still depend to central government and loan. To build a good governance, the public participation is a need. The using of e-government especially among young generation is a strategic way.

Abstract

The infrastructure development is one of the important and vital aspect to accelerate the process of national and regional development. Infrastructure also plays an important role as a driver of economic growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of road infrastructure, electricity and FDI to GDP growth in the province of Bali. This study uses secondary data. Processing data using analytical techniques track / path analysis. Results showed construction of roads has a positive and significant correlation to the development of electricity infrastructure, construction of roads has a positive and significant impact on FDI, electricity has a positive effect but not significant to PMA. The road construction is positive but not significant effect on the growth of the GDP, while electricity has a positive and significant impact on GDP growth. FDI has a positive and significant impact on GDP growth and FDI is not a mediating variable in the effect of road infrastructure and electricity to the GDP growth.

Abstract

The cooperative is one of the strengths of economic container in the Indonesia economy. The number of units in the district Badung KPRI lowest compared with other district/city in the province of Bali. Service quality and member participation is expected able to increase the amount of net income (SHU) obtained cooperatives. This study aims to determine the direct effect of service quality and participation of the members of net income (SHU) and the indirect influence between the quality of service to net income (SHU) through the participation of members. This study was conducted in seven Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia ( KPRI ) are active and carry out RAT 2014 in Badung . The data used in this study are primary data , by taking 98 samples using the method of proportional random purposive sampling while the analysis method used is the analysis of Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Path or path analysis to determine the influence of direct and Sobel test to determine the effect is not immediate. The analysis showed that the quality of services and significant positive direct effect on the participation of members. Quality of service and the direct participation of members of a positive and significant impact on operating results (SHU). Indirectly affect service quality significantly to net income (SHU) through the participation of members. Means the participation of members of an intervening variable of service quality and operating results (SHU).

Abstract

Increasing the number of modern markets affect the sustainability of traditional markets that can not compete with modern markets due to the facilities in the modern market is already very convenient. Traditional markets became a historical heritage and the persistence of economic class divisions down to strive so that the need for efforts to safeguard the future sustainability of traditional markets. The variables contained in socioeconomic factors are income, assets, family size and age of the mother's decision of rural households will shop at traditional markets and modern. Data analysis technique used is Binary Logistic. The results showed that rural housewives decision to shop at traditional markets in the amount of 97.9 percent. Variable income, assets, family size and age have a significant effect on the decision of rural housewives to shop at traditional markets in the amount of 11, 103. The income variable significant effect on rural housewives decision to shop at traditional markets of -1.595, variable influential asset significant of 0.740, a variable number of families have a significant effect of 0.075 and the age variable significant influence amounted to 0.052.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the socio-economic influence on the level of labor participation of women workers in District Bangli with a case study in the Kidul Market. This research was conducted in Kidul Market District Bangli, with a sample of 92 respondents out of a total population of 1075. The samples with Stratified Random Sampling method. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression model with a participation rate of working women workers as the dependent variable and the five independent variables are income, income of husband, age, education level, number of dependents, and spending household. Mechanical execution of research using interviews with questionnaires and observation. From the research results that positive and significant of revenue, significant negative effect of revenue husband, positive and significant effect of age, significant negative effect of educational level, positive and significant effect of the number of family, and significant positive effect of household spending.

Abstract

Cement is one of the commodities imported Indonesia to support the construction sector in the Indonesian economy. Efforts to control the price and import of cement is done in anticipation of shortages of cement in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demand, Gross Domestic Product, and the US dollar exchange rate on imported cement in Indonesia in 1993 - 2012. The data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed demand, gross domestic product and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously significant effect on the import of cement in Indonesia in 1993-2012. Demand, gross domestic product is partially positive and significant impact on the import of cement in Indonesia in 1993-2012. While the US dollar exchange rate partially negative and significant effect on the import of cement in Indonesia in 1993-2012.

Abstract

Home industry kembang rampai has a great potential to be developed in Bali because it is dominated by Hindu comunity. Kembang rampai used as a components for offerings in religious activities. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of capital, labor, land and government assistance simultaneously and partially to income of home industry kembang rampai in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study are 80 business units that determined by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data analysis technique that is used is multiple linear regression with dummy as independent variables. The study states that capital, labor, land and government assistance simultaneously effect on income of home industry kembang rampai. Partially capital, land and government assistance positive and significant effect on income income of home industry kembang rampai. While labor is not significant effect partially on income.

Abstract

Poorness represent one of the internal issue life of society. Many governmental program which strived for the mengentaskan of poorness of society, but from some program which have been executed by government, in the reality still not yet earned to reach result of which is wanted, this matter seen from still to the number of impecunious resident which not yet can defray its health. This matter push government  1 January 2010 strarting Guarantee program Health Of Bali of Mandara (JKBM) which in destining to assist Bali society in service of free medication.Intention of this research is to know program effectiveness storey;level of JKBM and also to know the existence of change of earnings of impecunious household before and after becoming participant of JKBM. Determination of sampel at this research use formula of Slovin. Method data collecting weared by Method interview and kuisioner analyse used data at this research is deskriftif anlisis, effectiveness analysis and statistical test of nonparametrik.Characteristic participant of JKBM menunjukan that most participant of JKBM old age 47-55 year. Mean earnings of participant of JKBM before program executed by is Rp.660.273 later; then after program executed by mean earnings of participant of program mount to become Rp.810.958. Storey; Level Effectiveness aid program of JKBM [in] Countryside Acceleration of Kaja equal to 80%, meaning that aid of JKBM is very effective. Besides program the mentioned of JKBM can change earnings and also depress the expense of health of participant of this JKBM of menunjukan efficacy of program of JKBM in Countryside Pemecutan Kaja. Program of JKBM which have walked better have to is always evaluated by its execution.

Abstract

Rural bank in Bali have a considerable influence on economic growth in Bali through working capital loans in the banking sector. Expected with the contribution  of rural banks, an increasing number if SMEs in Bali in particular. The purpose of this study was : 1) to determine the effect of interest rates on loans, non performing loans, and inflation simultaneously and partially to working capital credit rural banks value in Bali. This study using secondary data from Bank Indonesia (Central Bank) within period of eight years from 2007-2014, and calculated per three months.  The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and classical assumption. The result of the analysis, the data showed simultaneous interest rate loans, non performing loans, and inflation significantly influence the value of working capital loans of rural banks in Bali. Partially, interest rates loans has negative and significant, non performing loans had no negative effect, and inflation is positive and significant impact on the value of working capital loans of rural banks in Bali

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income, number of family members and education to total consumption of poor households in the village of Batu Kandik Klungkung District of Nusa Penida. This study uses quantitative research is to look at the amount of income, household size, education and the number of poor households consumption. This study uses 89 respondents poor households in the village of Batu Kandik Nusa Penida. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. It was found that simultaneous income, number of family members and education have a significant effect on the pattern of consumption of the poor in the village of Batu Kandik, Kecamtan Nusa Penida Klungkung. Second, partial income, number of family members and education have a significant effect on the pattern of consumption of the poor in the village of Batu kandik Klungkung District of Nusa Penida.
