Abstract

Muyassar is a method that is arranged in an applicable and effective manner, to make it easier for students to be able to read the Qur'an well in a short time, including for early childhood. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the muyassar method in learning the Qur'an and to determine the application of the muyassar method in improving the understanding of learning the Qur'an in children. The classroom action research method (CAR) in this study used two cycles with indicators of success reaching above 75%. The research subjects were MDTA students, Nurul Ikhlas, Sungai Pagar Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency with a total of 15 children (6 boys and 9 girls). The instrument used is the teacher and student activity observation sheet. Data collection techniques through observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The application of the muyassar method has increased in understanding the learning of the Qur'an in children. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Qur'an learning activities through the Muyassar Method have been successful and there has been an increase so that students can independently learn the Qur'an through the Muyassar Method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's example in forming the Islamic character of PAUD IT Bunayya Pekanbaru students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique, the validity of the data using data triangulation. The location of this research is in PAUD IT Bunayya Jalan Putra Panca Sei Mintan Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru Village, with six research subjects namely, the principal, and 5 class teachers. The results of this study indicate that the example displayed by the teacher is an effective way to form students' Islamic character, as can be seen that Islamic character is already attached to students, so that students implement these character values ​​in everyday life. Efforts made by teachers and schools so that Islamic character values ​​are attached to children are through example, consistent habituation, giving praise and motivation, evaluating teacher performance, reflection and building good cooperation with parents. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the role model is a very appropriate and effective method to shape the Islamic character of early childhood, because the values ​​of the Islamic character are internalized in the child directly.

Abstract

Children with special needs are defined as children have physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional differences with other children so that special learning is needed. Early childhood education institutions and kindergarten teachers should know and understand the handling of children with special needs. This activity was carried out with the aim that RA teachers in the city of Pekanbaru know and understand to handle Children with Special Needs (ABK) in the school environment. The implementation of this activity uses the community method, namely 76 RA teachers divided into 5 groups and carried out in 5 RA. The form of this activity is counseling and interactive dialogue. The result of this activity is that teachers gain additional knowledge and understanding from before about Children with Special Needs and to handle them at school.

Abstract

This study focuses on self-concept, years of service, and educational background that affect the work motivation of the head of RA Pekanbaru City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between self-concept, years of service, and educational background on the work motivation of the Head of The Raudhatul Athfal City of Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 27 RA Heads of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique is correlation analysis in the SPSS for Windows program. The results of the study between self-concept, years of service and educational background influence the work motivation of RA heads, expressed in the results of the study with an R Square value of 28% (0.282), higher than the value of σ = 5% and an F value of 6.913 above the value 10% showing no symptoms of multicollinearity. This study states that self-concept, years of service, and educational background have a significant effect on the work motivation of the head of the RA City of Pekanbaru. The effect of self-concept, years of service, and educational background on work motivation show a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.010 with a value of σ (significant degree) 0.05, meaning 0.01 <0.05; meaning is that there is a significant influence between the influence of self-concept, years of service and educational background on the work motivation of RA Kota Pekanbaru head
