Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of planting distance on the growth and yield of peanut crops and optimal planting distances that can increase peanut growth. This research was conducted in Keppo Village of Pamekasan District Galis District November 2021 - January 2022. The research design uses a RandomIzed Group Design (RAK) which consists of 5 types of planting systems with 4 repeats so that there are 20 plots of treatment. Data that has been obtained using diversity analysis (ujiF) with a 5%. If you get a real influence, then continue to use BNT (Small Difference) with a 5% The results showed that the influence of the planting distance of peanuts that are superimposed with citrus plants has a noticeable influence on variable number of pods, weight of land pods, weight of 100 pods and crop yield perhektar. The most optimal peanut planting distance of all treatments is JT 3 (40 x 20 cm).

Abstract

One of the primary sources of energy that offers carbohydrates and significant goods to meet people's demands for food is rice. More research must address the effect of bokashi fertilizer on rice nurseries because this early vegetative phase is very important for plant growth and yield. This research aims to ascertain the results of applying the recommended amount of bokashi fertilizer to rice nurseries of the Inpari 42 Agritan GSR variety. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 control (without fertilizer) P1 = bokashi fertilizer 1kg/tala P2 = bokashi fertilizer 1.5kg/tray P3 = bokashi fertilizer 2kg/tray. With length x width of each tray = 750 X 500 cm. The data were analyzed using ANOVA (analysis of variance). If there is a significant effect, the LSD test (Least Significant Difference) will be continued at the 5% level. The study concluded that applying various doses of bokashi fertilizer greatly affected the growth of the Inpari 42 rice plant. Significant differences were produced from all the observed parameters except for the leaf width parameter. The best treatment was found by giving a dose of 2 kg of bokashi fertilizer (P3). Padi merupakan salah satu sumber energi utama yang menyediakan karbohidrat dan komoditas penting untuk mendukung kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Sedikit penelitian yang membahas pengaruh pupuk bokashi pada pembibitan padi, karena fase vegetatif awal ini sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa optimal pengaruh dosis pupuk bokashi pada pembibitan padi varietas Inpari 42 Agritan GSR. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 kali perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan yaitu P0 kontrol (tanpa pupuk) P1= Pupuk bokashi 1kg/talam P2= Pupuk bokashi 1,5kg/talam P3= Pupuk bokashi 2kg/talam. Dengan panjang x lebar tiap talam = 750 X 500 Cm. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA (analysis of varian). Apabila terjadi pengaruh nyata maka akan dilanjutkan uji BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ragam dosis pupuk bokahi sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman padi varietas inpari 42. Dari semua parameter yang diamati dihasilkan perbedaan yang signifikan kecuali di parameter lebar daun. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada pemberian dosis pupuk bokashi sebesar 2 kg (P3).

Abstract

The Sumenep people adore the composite local corn of the Guluk-guluk variety (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) variety. Only 182,581.43 tons of corn are produced annually, for an average productivity of around 1.097 tons per hectare. Local corn var. is one variety of local corn that is grown by many Sumenep farmers. rumble. The typical amount of local maize that yields According to Sugiarti and Hayati (2009), the productivity of guluk-guluk is 3.5 tons/ha lower than that of superior corn varieties, which range from 4.5 to 5.7 tons/hectare. The amount of fertility, the amount of rain, and the use of less-than-ideal production inputs are the root causes of the low productivity. Applying balanced fertilization, which combines organic and inorganic fertilizers, is one way to boost production. This study means to dissect the communication and impact of the blend of natural compost and NPK manure on the development and yield of neighborhood maize of the Guluk assortment composite. The examination configuration utilized a randomized block plan (RBD) comprising of 2 variables with 3 replications. The elements tried comprised of: doses of NPK fertilizer (zero, 350, and 700 kg/ha) and organic fertilizer (zero, 500, and 1000 kg/ha). A 5% level of analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. A second Duncan's test at a level of 5% is carried out if there is a significant effect. At 14 HST, there was no interaction between the application of organic fertilizer and NPK for the plant height variable; however, there was an interaction at 30 HST, 45 HST, and 60 HST. The interaction between the application of organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer was reflected in the cob length, cob weight per plant, and cob weight per plot variables. The mix of medicines A3B2 (natural manure 1000 kg/ha + NPK compost 350 kg/ha) and A3B3 (natural manure 1000 kg/ha + NPK compost 700 kg/ha) gave the best impact on the variable cob weight per plant, cob weight per plot, cob length, and plant level. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sebanyak 30 orang. Contoh dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen koperasi dan anggota koperasi, sedangkan untuk model tambahan, peneliti memilih penyuluh pertanian lapangan yang mengetahui keberadaan koperasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran koperasi dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan petani yaitu dapat meningkatkan penghasilan anggota, menciptakan lapangan kerja, menyatukan dan mengembangkan kekuatan bisnis, kemitraan bisnis, modal untuk tujuan produksi, penyediaan dan distribusi fasilitas produksi, pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil produksi/industri serta dukungan teknologi. Koperasi pertanian Sanren memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Petani Hortikultura di Pamekasan, yaitu dengan mengembangkan perekonomian petani dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya.

Abstract

The effectiveness of planting time on the growth of production of sweet corn (zea mays saccharata sturt) and peanut (Arachis hypogaea) in an intercropping system, Ruly awidiyantini and Lia Kristiana, Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Madura. peanuts is by several planting treatments and spacing. This study aims to determine the response of several planting treatments and plant spacing to the growth and production of maize (Zea mays) in an intercropping system with peanuts. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatment levels, namely P0 planting at the same time, P1 planting a difference of 1 week and P2 a difference of 2 weeks. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), weight of wet ear (g), and weight of dry ear (g). The results showed that the effectiveness of several treatments and planting time of sweet corn (Zea mays) in the peanut intercropping system gave a very significant effect on the parameters of sweet corn height, number of leaves, weight of wet cobs and weight ofdry cobs but had no significant effect on number of branches peanuts. The planting time treatment was still the most effective in responding to sweet corn (Zea mays) in the peanut intercropping system.

Abstract

The use of natural enemies to control pests is a natural way that is safe for humans and the environment. One way this can be done is by conservation of natural enemies. Conservation is generally carried out through habitat management, namely by planting flowering plants that function as a source of feed, hosts (alternative prey, refuge) for natural enemies of pests. Refugia is a cultivated plant and has the potential to support natural enemy habitats ((both predators and parasites). The research method is experimental, namely comparing land that uses refugia plants and land that does not use refugia plants (conventional). This research was carried out on rice cultivation owned by farmers in Kangenan Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The study lasted for approximately 3 (three) months starting from April -June 2023. Data analysis using t-test by comparing the number of pests on land planted with reugia and conventional land.The results showed that the average number of locust pests on refugia land was 1.542857 and on conventional land 2.057143, the average number of walang sangit pests was 1.25714286 and conventional land was 2.05714286, the average number of caterpillar pests was 1.228571 and on conventional land was 1.885714.While the number of natural enemies of dragonflies on refugia land was 2.69 and on conventional land was 2.49. Based on the results of T tests on refugia and conventional land, locust pest Tstar 3.378975544 was obtained greater than Tcritical one1 1.782287548 , Tstar caterpillar pest 3.189526128 greater than Tcritical one 1.782287548, Tstar pest walang sangit 2.172198564 greater than Tcritical one 1.782287548 means that refugia plants can affect pests on rice plants because of the presence of refugia plants on the edge of the field as a temporary shelter for natural enemies.

Abstract

Mangrove planting on the coast of Camplong, Sampang, is part of an environmental conservation effort carried out by the local community with support from academics and the regional government. This community service activity aims to identify the factors influencing the success of the mangrove planting program and its impacts on coastal ecosystems and the local community. The methods used include field surveys, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and secondary data analysis. The results of the program indicate that factors such as selecting the appropriate mangrove species, active community involvement in maintenance, and policy support from the government significantly influence the success of this program. Observed positive impacts include increased biodiversity, protection against coastal erosion, and enhanced environmental awareness and economic well-being of the local community. However, challenges such as funding limitations and the impacts of climate change require sustainable adaptive strategies for future mangrove management. This community service initiative makes an important contribution to advancing the understanding of the significance of mangrove planting as an effort to preserve coastal areas in Indonesia

Abstract

Rice washing water contains glutelin protein and vitamin B1 which can be used as organic fertilizer. Fermentation is the process of decomposing complex compounds in rice washing water into simple compounds that can be used as fertilizer for plants. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Leri fermentation (Rice Washing Water) on the growth of rice seedlings (Oryza Sativa L.) inpari 42 variety. This study was conducted for 25 days from June 16 to July 10, 2024 in Nyalabu Daya Village, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency. This study was arranged based on a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications consisting of P1 (Control), P2 (25 ml), P3 (50 ml), P4 (75 ml), P5 (100 ml). In this study, the parameters observed included plant height, root length, leaf length, leaf width, and wet weight. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level to determine the differences between treatments and parameters observed using the least significant difference test (LSD). The results showed that the provision of fermented rice washing water had an effect on increasing the growth of leaf length and leaf width but had no effect on the growth of plant height, root length, and wet weight.

Abstract

Agricultural land has economic value as a support for the needs of boards, clothing and food. Optimal management of agricultural land will support realizing food security, increasing competitiveness and reducing poverty. However every year there is a conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land both from farmers and non-farmers. The conversion of land carried out by farmers will cause a reduction in agricultural yields which are obtained every year, but farmers make the decision to convert the land. Therefore, it is necessary to study the decision-making factors of farmers in carrying out the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. The method used in this research is the literature review method. The results of several studies regarding land conversion show that the most influencing factor for farmers to decide to convert land is farming income with a percentage of 58.82% from 17 studies. That is if the income of farming can meet the needs of farmers, then the possibility of farmers to carry out land conversion is less. Therefore, the government's role needs to be increased and energized from various related agencies so that farmers' income can increase.
