Abstract

Pendistribusian alat kontrasepsi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan oleh BKKBN menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti pengelolaan stok yang kurang efisien, distribusi tidak merata, dan kurangnya sistem monitoring terintegrasi. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan keterlambatan distribusi dan kesalahan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasinya, dikembangkan aplikasi pendistribusian berbasis website menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi secara cepat dan fleksibel. Aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok dan akurasi pelacakan distribusi. Namun, pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan fitur dan keamanan aplikasi guna mendukung program Keluarga Berencana di Sumatera Selatan

Abstract

Pendistribusian alat kontrasepsi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan oleh BKKBN menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti pengelolaan stok yang kurang efisien, distribusi tidak merata, dan kurangnya sistem monitoring terintegrasi. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan keterlambatan distribusi dan kesalahan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasinya, dikembangkan aplikasi pendistribusian berbasis website menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi secara cepat dan fleksibel. Aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok dan akurasi pelacakan distribusi. Agar aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan maksimal dan tanpa kesalahan, nantinya akan dilakukan transfer knowledge. Transfer knowledge ini di maksudkan dalam rangka melatih calon pengguna dalam mengoperasikan platform digital, dan memberikan pengetahuan terhadap fungsi dan fitur dari platform.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the relationship between resilience and sustainability of culinary MSEs through digital transformation in South Sumatra Province. Research Methodology: Sample selection with criteria, namely respondent had been having business for at least 5 years, had passed fluctuating conditions such as surviving covid conditions, rising inflation, monetary policy and so on. The number of samples was 130 MSEs, which were local culinary businesses. Knowing the relationship of each variable X to variable Y was tested using structural equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) analysis. Results: This study found a resilience relationship with digital transformation of 0.834 and a sustainability relationship with digital transformation of 0.400. The relationship between resilience and digital transformation was stronger than that between sustainability and digital transformation. The main cause was that MSEs lacked long-term commitment, and it was difficult for them to grow in dynamic environmental and social conditions while also focusing on profits. Digital transformation in MSEs was defensive rather than supporting holistic sustainability, limited sustainable resources simultaneously, and integrated with digital transformation. Therefore, MSE actors need to be educated, trained, and given guidance in changing mindset and social behavior for the long-term sustainability of MSEs. Limitations: The study was limited to culinary MSEs in South Sumatra and used non-probability sampling, which may have affected generalizability. Contribution: This study revealed that resilience had a stronger influence than sustainability in driving digital transformation among culinary MSEs. Novelty: This study offers a novel perspective by integrating resilience and sustainability in analyzing digital transformation within culinary MSEs.

Abstract

Salah satu fitur yang dimiliki oleh sebuah perangkat lunak e-learning adalah tugas kuliah yang mana fitur ini berfungsi sebagai media pengumpulan tugas mahasiswa. Mahasiswa tinggal mengunduh file jawaban yang diberikan oleh dosen. Diperlukan suatu spesifikasi khusus yang harus dimiliki oleh fitur ini yaitu perangkat lunak harus mendeteksi kesamaan jawaban yang dikirim oleh mahasiswa. Dengan adanya spesifikasi ini tentu akan memudahkan dosen mengkoreksi jawaban mahasiswa. Pembentukan profil karakter n-gram dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan ciri gaya penulisan. Perbandingan profil n-gram dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi plagiarisme (kesamaan) pada teks. Pendeteksian plagiarisme pada dokumen teks dapat dilakukan dengan sistem pengenalan secara komputerisasi.. Secara umum tahap pendeteksian plagiarisme sebagai berikut : prapengolahan, pembagian teks, pembentukan model n-gram, dan pendeteksian. Pada penelitian ini mencoba merancang suatu perangkat lunak yang mampu mendeteksi plagiarisme pada dokumen teks berupa file jawaban mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan publik melalui manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Namun, Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Kantor Regional VII Palembang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menangani laporan konsultasi kasus ASN secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis website untuk monitoring laporan konsultasi kasus ASN guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan efektivitas pengelolaan kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan wawancara dengan pegawai BKN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat penyelesaian kasus, memastikan transparansi, dan meningkatkan kinerja tim yang terlibat. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah pengelolaan dan pemantauan laporan konsultasi kasus ASN, serta memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pengarsipan data dan analisis informasi pada BKN Kantor Regional VII Palembang

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Kerja Praktek ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran dan pengumpulan data Pegawai Negeri Sipil baru di Kota Palembang. Proses yang selama ini berjalan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Palembang harus mengikuti prosedur yang ada, yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang baru diangkat di Kota Palembang mengumpulkan data pribadi beserta keluarganya ke instansi yang bersangkutan, kemudian data tersebut dikirim ke Badan Kepegawaian Daerah setempat dan dikirim ke PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Palembang. Proses tersebut masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan, seperti memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengiriman data dan memerlukan tenaga tambahan untuk menginput data. Hingga saat ini PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Palembang belum memiliki suatu aplikasi berbasis web sebagai media pendaftaran data bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil baru di Kota Palembang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi pendaftaran data Pegawai Negeri Sipil baru di Kota Palembang berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan MySQL sebagai database, dan dijalankan melalui web browser sehingga dapat memudahkan proses pendaftaran data Pegawai Negeri Sipil baru di Kota Palembang pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Palembang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra (Kemplang Bakar Harun). Ada tiga aspek utama yang menjadi fokus perhatian, yaitu produksi, kemasan dan pemasaran. Pada aspek produksi, tidak terdokumentasikannya proses produksi sehingga keterjaminan mutu produk sulit untuk diraih. Pada aspek kemasan, belum mencerminkan identitas produk secara kuat. Dan pada aspek pemasaran, belum melakukan pendekatan digital yang sistematis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra mengenai digital branding, desain kemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi serta keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan pelatihan telah dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 19 Agustus 2025, mulai pukul 09.00 hingga 15.00 WIB, bertempat di lokasi mitra. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi kuesioner, rata-rata 82,80% menyatakan bahwa pelatihan bermanfaat dan menambah keterampilan baru. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa dokumen Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) produksi Kemplang Bakar, kemasan baru yang inovatif, dan katalog digital pada website.Abstract: This community service program was motivated by the problems faced by the partner (Harun's Kemplang Bakar). There are three main aspects that are the focus of attention, namely production, packaging and marketing. In the production aspect, the production process is not documented so that product quality assurance is difficult to achieve. In the packaging aspect, it does not yet reflect the product identity strongly. And in the marketing aspect, a systematic digital approach has not been implemented. The purpose of this service is to provide training to partners on digital branding, packaging design, and digital marketing. The method used includes several stages, namely socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation as well as program sustainability. The training activity was held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 09.00 to 15.00 WIB, located at the partner's location. The number of participants in attendance was 30 people. Based on the questionnaire recapitulation, an average of 82.80% stated that the training was useful and added new skills. The results obtained from this community service activity were a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document for Kemplang Bakar production, innovative new packaging, and a digital catalog on the website.

Abstract

The global financial sector has shifted toward sustainability, emphasizing environmental, social, and governance principles alongside ethical frameworks like Islamic law objectives. This study explores the integration of environmental, social, and governance principles with Islamic law objectives to develop sustainable Islamic financial investment strategies in Indonesia. As the world’s largest Muslim-majority country, Indonesia offers significant potential for aligning these principles with its growing Islamic finance market. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a systematic literature review and thematic content analysis to examine relevant academic articles, institutional reports, and policy documents. Findings reveal a strong conceptual alignment between environmental, social, and governance principles and Islamic law objectives, particularly in environmental preservation, social justice, and ethical governance. Practical applications include Green Sukuk, with Indonesia issuing over six billion dollars since 2018, and waqf sukuk, supporting social welfare projects. However, challenges such as low awareness and regulatory gaps hinder broader adoption. This study proposes a conceptual framework to integrate these principles, enhancing Indonesia’s position as a global leader in sustainable Islamic finance. This study recommends collaboration among regulators, industry players, and academics to develop standardized guidelines, fostering a financial ecosystem that balances profitability, ethical values, and sustainability.
