Abstract

Digital transformation in the aquaculture sector, particularly in catfish farming, holds significant potential to improve operational efficiency and farm productivity. This study developed an artificial intelligence (AI)-based monitoring system called NusAIra to assist farmers in managing ponds in real-time by monitoring water quality, feed management, and harvest prediction. The system integrates physical sensors with a Decision Tree Regression machine learning algorithm, validated using an 80:20 hold-out split strategy and evaluated through accuracy and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) metrics. NusAIra was built using Flask and Docker frameworks, employing a POST endpoint with JSON-formatted data for seamless data exchange. Implementation was carried out on three catfish ponds in Jepara Regency from February to April 2025. The predictive model achieved an accuracy of 87% with an RMSE of 0.35. One application example demonstrated that the system reduced the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) from 1.9 to 1.6, increased productivity by up to 22%, and lowered average operational costs by 15%. Additionally, NusAIra effectively predicted market prices with stable seasonal patterns, such as the projected catfish price in Boyolali for April reaching IDR 36,442, closely aligning with historical data. These results highlight NusAIra’s role in supporting data-driven decision-making. However, challenges remain, including infrastructure constraints and the low level of digital literacy among traditional fish farmers. Further development will focus on enhancing prediction accuracy, integrating adaptive features, and expanding system reach through cloud computing to support the sustainability and food security of Indonesia’s aquaculture sector.

Abstract

Manual stock management often leads to various problems, such as delayed information, recording errors, and low operational efficiency, highlighting the need for a more integrated and efficient inventory information system. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory management information system that can automatically implement the safety stock and reorder point methods. The system is designed to determine the minimum inventory level, calculate reorder timing, and provide alerts when stock reaches the minimum threshold to support more accurate restocking decisions. This is applied research that uses the Waterfall model to develop a web-based inventory system for a garment manufacturing business. The stages include needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design using flowcharts and use case diagrams, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and testing using the black-box method. Our findings resulted in an information system equipped with safety stock and reorder point features to automatically determine the minimum stock level and reorder timing. The test results showed that all features functioned properly, increasing data entry speed, improving data accuracy, and supporting better restocking decisions. This system can be used by small businesses that require efficient, real-time, and structured inventory management.

Abstract

PT Menara Kudus Indonesia is a printing company with a long production flow, starting from ordering, prepress, production, to delivery. All processes are interconnected, but data recording is still carried out manually using spreadsheets, making it difficult for management to monitor the overall production status. This condition causes communication barriers between divisions, delays in information delivery, and production mismatches. Monitoring processes should assist management and related divisions in tracking order status and providing notifications for problems, but they are not yet optimal due to the absence of an integrated system. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based production monitoring system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to support supervision, accelerate communication, and improve productivity. The RAD methodology was chosen because it involves users actively through iterative stages, ensuring the system meets company needs. The results show that the designed system can display real-time production status, provide automatic alerts when issues occur, and support management in decision-making. With this system, PT Menara Kudus Indonesia can optimize production monitoring, improve timeliness, and minimize workflow disruptions

Abstract

This study is entitled “Optimization of Employee Health Data Management Information System at P3K Unit PT Keon Agung PG Trangkil Using Agile Method with Scrum Approach”. This study aims todevelop an integrated and flexible informastions system to manage employee healrt data. With agile method with Scrum approach, the system is developed in stages through Sprint, adjusted ased on user feedback. The system is designed to record examination data, classify results into mild and severe diseases, and process referrals for severe disease cases. The development results show increased efficiency, accuracy of recording, and support management in making decisions related to employee welfare

Abstract

Toddler nutrition issues are an important issue in public health because they affect children's physical and cognitive growth and development. The process of assessing nutritional status which is still done manually in health centers, such as in Winong Community Health Center, is often inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system that can automatically classify toddler nutritional status based on age, weight, and height data. This system is built using the CRISP-DM approach as a development methodology and the KNN algorithm as a classification method. The benchmark data for nutritional status refers to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The test results show that the system is able to classify nutritional status into categories of good nutrition, malnutrition, and excess nutrition with a satisfactory level of accuracy. The system also provides easy access and speed in the decision-making process for health workers. In conclusion, this system is effective in helping health centers monitor toddler nutritional status quickly, accurately, and efficiently based on valid data.

Abstract

Accurate forecasting of raw material requirements is critical for culinary businesses to reduce food waste and optimize costs. In the case of Adamsafee Bakery, Resto, & Cafe, high levels of waste have been caused by reliance on intuition-based forecasting, resulting in both overstocking and understocking. This study develops a web-based predictive system using the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology and the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify demand patterns into three categories: high, medium, and low. Historical sales data were transformed into categorical attributes and processed through the Naive Bayes model to generate demand predictions. The system was evaluated by comparing predicted sales with actual outcomes. Results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 98.7% and a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 1.31%, indicating that the forecasts closely aligned with real sales performance. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Naive Bayes algorithm in supporting data-driven decision-making for inventory management. This data-driven approach replaces subjective decision-making, enabling management to optimize inventory, minimize food waste, and enhance operational efficiency and business sustainability, while also offering a baseline for future research using alternative machine learning algorithms.

Abstract

Manual stock management, particularly through paper based record keeping, remains a challenge for culinary businesses such as Kava Coffee Shop in Kudus. Issues such as inaccurate records, delayed reordering, and the absence of notifications for expired or damaged ingredients can lead to stockouts or overstocking. This study aims to design a web-based inventory information system incorporating the Safety Stock and Reorder Point (ROP) methods to optimize the management of perishable raw materials. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, design with Use Case and Activity Diagrams, feature implementation, and testing through the Black-box method. Key system features include minimum stock notifications, expiration tracking, transaction management, and damaged goods returns. Testing results show that the system performs according to specifications, achieving a 100% success rate across functional scenarios. Compared to previous studies, this system demonstrates superiority by being web-based, focusing on perishable goods, and offering integrated features. Therefore, the system can enhance record accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and ensure the availability and quality of raw materials at Kava Coffee Shop.

Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan publik, termasuk pada sektor kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati dengan tujuan membantu rumah sakit dalam mengembangkan sistem check-in pendaftaran online berbasis web untuk mempermudah pasien melakukan konfirmasi kedatangan secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pelatihan penggunaan bagi petugas rumah sakit. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memvalidasi data pasien secara otomatis, menampilkan jadwal pemeriksaan, serta mencetak nomor antrean tanpa harus melalui loket pendaftaran. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi proses pelayanan dan mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan sistem check-in ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung transformasi digital layanan publik di lingkungan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penyu Mobil, sebuah perusahaan rental mobil yang masih mengandalkan sistem manual, menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan layanan yang cepat dan efisien. Proses pemesanan yang mengharuskan pelanggan datang langsung ke lokasi menjadi kendala di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi rental mobil berbasis web yang memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara online. Selain itu, sistem ini menggunakan Metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas layanan: reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan), empathy (empati), dan tangible (bukti fisik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses penyewaan, dan mempermudah pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan. Dengan evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan yang terstruktur, Penyu Mobil dapat mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, memperkuat posisi Penyu Mobil di pasar, dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi, rental mobil, web, Metode Servqual, kepuasan pelanggan, efisiensi operasional. Abstract  - Penyu Mobil, a car rental company that still relies on a manual system, faces challenges in providing fast and efficient service. The ordering process that requires customers to come directly to the location is an obstacle in the digital era. This research aims to design and build a web-based car rental information system that allows customers to make online reservations. In addition, this system uses the Servqual Method to measure customer satisfaction based on five dimensions of service quality: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible (physical evidence). The research results show that this web-based system can increase operational efficiency, speed up the rental process, and make it easier for customers to access services. With structured customer satisfaction evaluations, Penyu Mobil can identify areas that need improvement to improve service quality. The implementation of this system is expected to increase customer satisfaction, strengthen Turtle Car's position in the market, and increase customer loyalty.Keywords: Information systems, car rental, web, Servqual Method, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency.
