Abstract

Abstrak - Tasbihastore merupakan toko yang menjual hijab dan perlengkapan muslimah dengan layanan pemesanan online dan pengiriman ke pelanggan. Berlokasi di Desa Karangnongko, RT/04 RW/04, Kecamatan Nalumsari, Kabupaten Jepara. sistem pelayanan masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari transaksi hingga pencatatan pesanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web untuk mempermudah transaksi, pemesanan, dan layanan lainnya. Tasbihastore juga menerapkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan UML, dibangun dengan PHP dan MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan Blackbox Testing. Fitur tambahan seperti payment gateway untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran online dan notifikasi WhatsApp untuk menginformasikan status pesanan juga diterapkan, guna meningkatkan kemudahan dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam bertransaksi.Kata kunci: CRM, Payment Gateway, Notifikasi WhatsApp Abstract -  Tasbihastore is a store that sells hijabs and Muslim women's accessories, offering online ordering and delivery services to customers. It is located in Desa Karangnongko, RT/04 RW/04, Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency. Currently, service processes are still conducted manually, from transactions to order recording. Therefore, a web-based management information system is needed to streamline transactions, ordering, and other services. Tasbihastore also implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance customer loyalty and communication. The system is designed using UML, developed with PHP and MySQL, and tested using Blackbox Testing. Additional features such as a payment gateway to facilitate online payments and WhatsApp notifications to update order statuses are implemented to improve convenience and customer satisfaction in transactions.Keywords: CRM, Payment Gateway, WhatsApp Notification

Abstract

Abstrak - Kecanduan gadget menjadi masalah yang semakin serius di era digital, terutama dikalangan mahasiswa. Kecanduan ini dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas, kesehatan mental, dan hubungan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat mendeteksi tingkat kecanduan gadget dengan menggunakan metode certainty factor berdasarkan kondisi yang dirasakan melalui uji kompetensi dengan variabel self-control dan ketakutan ketinggalan informasi. Setelah diterapkan, hasil akurasi penerapan metode certainty factor menunjukkan nilai persentase 61% sebagai kecanduan rendah. Evaluasi pengguna melalui kuisioner menghasilkan 83,1% yang artinya aplikasi ini bermanfaat dengan fungsionalitas yang baik. Hasil dari diagnosa kecanduan dapat digunakan oleh psikolog untuk memberikan tindak lanjut yang tepat. Pengujian sistem telah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode certainty factor memberikan hasil yang akurat dan relevan dengan situasi pengguna. Diharapkan sistem ini juga dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan dan praktisi kesehatan mental dalam mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah kecanduan gadget secara efektif.Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa, Certainty Factor, Kecanduan Gadget, Mahasiswa Abstract  - Gadget addiction is becoming an increasingly serious problem in the digital era, especially among students. This addiction can affect productivity, mental health, and social relationships. The aim of this research is to produce an expert system that can detect the level of gadget addiction using the certainty factor method based on conditions felt through competency tests with self-control variables and fear of missing out on information. After implementation, the accuracy results of applying the certainty factor method show a percentage value of 61% as low addiction. User evaluation via questionnaire resulted in 83.1%, which means this application is useful with good functionality. The results of an addiction diagnosis can be used by psychologists to provide appropriate follow-up. System testing has shown that the application of the certainty factor method provides accurate and relevant results to the user's situation. It is hoped that this system can also help educational institutions and mental health practitioners in identifying and treating gadget addiction problems effectively.Keywords: Expert Systems, Diagnosis, Certainty Factor, Gadget Addiction, Students

Abstract

Abstrak - Proses penjualan dan pre-order yang masih dilakukan secara manual di Toko Azzahra Kids Wear telah menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam pencatatan, pengelolaan stok, serta evaluasi kinerja reseller. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem berbasis web yang mengotomatisasi proses penjualan dan pre-order, menilai kinerja reseller secara objektif menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP), serta menentukan waktu optimal pemesanan ulang menggunakan metode Reorder Point (ROP). Sistem dikembangkan dengan pendekatan prototype dan diuji menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsinya, dan metode WP berhasil mengidentifikasi reseller terbaik dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 3,26. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi operasional, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan stok serta penilaian performa reseller.Kata Kunci : Penjualan; Pre-order; Weighted Product; Reorder Point; Sistem Berbasis Web; Abstract - The manual sales and pre-order process at Azzahra Kids Wear has led to inefficiencies in record-keeping, stock management, and the evaluation of reseller performance. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based system to automate sales and pre-order activities, objectively assess reseller performance using the Weighted Product (WP) method, and determine optimal reorder timing through the Reorder Point (ROP) method. The system was developed using a prototype approach and tested using the blackbox method. Results indicated that all features functioned correctly, and the WP method successfully identified the top-performing reseller with a score of 3.26. The system improved data recording accuracy, operational efficiency, and supported decision-making in stock management and reseller evaluation.Keywords: Sales; Pre-order; Weighted Product; Reorder Point; Web-Based System;

Abstract

The management of medicines and supplies in pharmacies is a crucial aspect of ensuring the quality of health services; however, in many medium-scale pharmacies, including Apotek Sehati Demak pharmacy, inventory administration processes are still carried out manually, which can lead to recording errors, delays in reporting, and low operational efficiency. This study aimed to implement and evaluate a web-based drug management information system accompanied by an educational approach to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of pharmacy administration. An applied qualitative approach with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) model was used, involving stages of needs analysis, system design and development, implementation, user training, and ongoing accompaniment, with five pharmacy staff members selected purposively as participants. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and includes features for recording incoming and outgoing drugs, stock management, monitoring expiration dates, and generating digital distribution invoices. The findings show an increase in the speed of administrative processes, a reduction in stock recording errors, decreased data duplication, and improved consistency and transparency in inventory reporting, while training and accompaniment were found to enhance users’ competence and readiness to adopt the system sustainably. The study concludes that the implementation of a web-based drug management information system using a participatory approach is effective in supporting the digitalization of administration in medium-scale pharmacies. The implications of this research affirm that the integration of system development with human resource capacity building is a key determinant of successful digital transformation in the health service sector.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pendidikan menuntut kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan koding dan kecerdasan artifisial (AI) ke dalam pembelajaran. Permasalahan utama di SMP Negeri 2 Karanganyar Demak adalah rendahnya literasi koding dan pemahaman AI guru, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas TIK dalam mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif berbasis workshop, blended learning, serta implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Program dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: asesmen awal (pretest), peningkatan kapasitas melalui praktik terstruktur, dan pendampingan implementasi di kelas disertai evaluasi (posttest). Sebanyak 29 guru terlibat sebagai peserta utama dan 504 siswa sebagai penerima manfaat tidak langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kompetensi guru sebesar 38% berdasarkan skor pretest–posttest. Seluruh peserta berhasil menghasilkan proyek koding sederhana, dan 82% guru menyusun modul ajar terintegrasi AI. Implementasi di kelas berdampak pada meningkatnya keterlibatan, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi siswa. Luaran kegiatan berupa modul digital, video tutorial pembelajaran, serta terbentuknya komunitas guru digital sebagai strategi keberlanjutan. Program ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kapasitas guru merupakan kunci akselerasi transformasi digital sekolah yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

UD. Elvajaya has sales and purchases of stock of bag raw materials, but until now UD. Elvajaya experienced difficulties in terms of predicting or estimating the calculation of raw materials according to incoming orders. Raw materials often experience advantages and disadvantages in the ongoing process of making bags, causing service to customers to experience delays in the process of making and shipping goods to be delayed. The absence of proper calculations when there is an incoming order results in an unstable stock of raw materials with the number of incoming orders. In making raw material reports, books are still used as storage so that raw materials are not controlled. This study proposes the application of the buffer stock method to overcome existing problems. With the existence of a prediction system for the adequacy of raw materials using the buffer stock method, it can assist in the process of calculating raw materials to be purchased according to incoming orders so as to reduce the risk of stock shortages in the ongoing manufacturing process. The buffer stock method has several advantages, namely, minimizing risks in production regarding insufficient raw materials, being able to handle ordering requests with quite a large number. With this system, it is hoped that the problems faced by UD owners can be resolved. This research produces a prediction of how many raw materials will be issued for the following month by looking at the bag orders in the previous month. UD.Elvajaya produces 1440 cm of Buffer Stock for fabric raw materials, 1440 cm of zippers, 2160 cm of hose, 2160 cm of bisban, 15 threads, and 44 zipper heads.

Abstract

This study analyzes public sentiment toward the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) using the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm on data from X (Twitter) and TikTok. A total of 5,173 entries were collected through web scraping and processed with cleaning, normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. To address class imbalance, SMOTE was applied, and evaluation employed accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC. Results show that without SMOTE, the model tended to be biased toward the majority class, especially on TikTok, while after SMOTE recall increased significantly and a better balance between precision and recall was achieved. On Twitter, performance was more stable with a moderate class distribution, and SMOTE further improved sensitivity to positive sentiment. Word cloud analysis revealed differences across platforms: TikTok leaned more toward negative sentiment with dominant words such as “racun,” “korupsi,” and “dapur,” while Twitter showed a stronger balance with positive terms like “gizi,” “gratis,” and “program.” These findings highlight the importance of cross-platform analysis to comprehensively understand public perceptions.

Abstract

Manual and separate inventory management and customer loyalty monitoring often lead to information delays, record-keeping errors, low operational efficiency, and an unmonitored relationship between stock availability and customer perception. The aim of our research was to develop a web-based sales and loyalty information system that integrates Safety Stock and Net Promoter Score (NPS) methods into a single decision support framework. Our research is a study of system development using the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, supported by use cases and activity diagrams. The findings of this study are an integrated system that is able to calculate minimum stock levels, safety stocks, risk of stock-outs, and display real-time NPS visualizations. The test results obtained through black box testing on system access, inventory processing, and NPS reporting show that all key functions are running well and to specification. The implications of this study suggest that the proposed system can improve inventory accuracy, reduce the risk of stock shortages, improve operational efficiency, and support objective, responsive, and sustainable managerial decision-making for small and medium-sized distributors through an integrated and reliable information system.

Abstract

The expansion of online travel agencies (OTAs) has produced large volumes of user-generated hotel reviews, offering important resources for sentiment analysis of consumer perceptions. However, prior studies largely rely on single-platform datasets and focus on classification performance, with limited attention to cross-platform sentiment consistency and the impact of data imbalance. This study aims to analyse and compare sentiment patterns across Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Accor, while evaluating a machine learning framework under imbalanced data conditions. This study adopts a quantitative experimental design using 3,000 Indonesian-language reviews collected via web scraping. The independent variable is reviewing text, and the dependent variable is sentiment classification (positive/negative). Data were preprocessed and transformed using TF-IDF, and classified using Multinomial Naïve Bayes, with performance evaluated by accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that positive sentiment consistently dominates across all platforms, with Accor achieving the highest performance, followed by Tiket.com and Traveloka. However, very high recall values for the positive class indicate substantial class imbalance, which biases predictions and reduces sensitivity to negative sentiment. This study provides empirical evidence of cross-platform sentiment consistency and highlights the importance of addressing data imbalance in sentiment modelling.

Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.
