Abstract

PG Krebet Baru II does not have a measuring tool that can help analyze its machineries performance. An effective way to analyze machine performance is OEE measurement based on Availability ratio, Performance ratio, and Quality ratio measurement. This study aims at getting OEE measurement application and giving the OEE result quickly and accurately. OEE measurement application was designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as programming language, Microsoft Access 2007 as the database and using the prototype approach. Based on the results, prototype COPRA (Computation of OEE Process Rapidly and Accurately) was created. Prototype COPRA has a main menu consisting of Home, Input Data and Data OEE. It has a menu bar consisted of System (has two sub menus which were data delete and application exit), File (has three sub menus which were machine data, operator data and OEE report) and Help (has three sub menus which were user guide, contact person and about). Verification test results and validation test concluded that prototype COPRA was verified and valid. COPRA application passed testing and was ready to be used based on trial result that showed the difference in the COPRA and manual measurement result was less than 0.15%.Keywords: COPRA application, Designing application, OEE measurement

Abstract

Penjual bunga tabur di makam Bung Karno Kota Blitar harus menggunakan Bahasa Inggris ketika calon pembelinya wisatawan mancanegara. Tata bahasa yang mereka gunakan masih belum beraturan dan kosakatanya kurang. Padahal jika mereka dapat menawarkan bunga tabur dengan tata bahasa yang baik maka wisatawan mancanegara akan tertarik membeli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh kemampuan bahasa Inggris penjual bunga tabur pada minat beli wisatawan asing. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitia yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode survei melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis statistik regresi. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah tidak adanya pengaruh berbahasa Inggris terhadap minat beli wisatawan mancanegara, dibuktikan dari signifikansi uji T 0,061 > 0,05.

Abstract

Sugar Factory Krebet Baru II Malangwas facing increased down time up to 66.64% from the previous production period with the highest down time at milling station. A machine effectiveness measurement was used to valuate machine performance. The objectives of this research were to evaluate the performance of machines in the milling station using OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and to find factors that most influence the OEE value with six big losses method. OEE was gained by multiplying the value of availability, performance rate and quality rate. The results of the research showed that OEE value of each machine were between 70.52-78.81%. The OEE values didnot reach the ideal value, which was 85%.The factor that most influenceof OEE value was reduced speed loss factor with value from 49.67% to 63.50%.Keywords: machine performance measurement, milling station, OEE, six big losses

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Balitar dengan tujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa memilih jurusan. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas.Setelah uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji parsial dan uji simultan.Hasilnya, keempat variabel bebas yaitu sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menentukan jurusan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai sig. pada uji parsial dan uji simultan yang menunjukkan nilai kurang dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan di masa mendatang, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik lebih memperhatikan lagi beberapa faktor psikologis diantaranya sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi yang terbukti mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan, agar semakin banyak lagi mahasiswa yang memilih jurusan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Balitar. Selain itu, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan rujukan penelitian di masa mendatang dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas terutama ketika akan memilih sebuah jurusan dapat melihat dari berbagai variabel keputusan. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Balitar Islamic University with the aim of finding out whether attitudes, motivations, learning and perceptions influence the decisions of students choosing majors. The test used in this study is the classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. After the classic assumption test, a hypothesis test is performed which includes a partial test and a simultaneous test. As a result, the four independent variables namely attitude, motivation, learning and perception affect students in determining majors either partially or simultaneously. This is proven by the value of sig. in partial tests and simultaneous tests that show values less than 0.05. Therefore, it is expected that in the future, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences will pay more attention to several psychological factors including attitudes, motivation, learning and perceptions that are proven to influence students in choosing majors, so that more and more students choose majors in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science, Balitar Islamic University. In addition, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as reference material for future research and be of benefit to the wider community, especially when choosing a major to look at various decision variables.

Abstract

Supermarket Sea Mart merupakan supermarket terletak di Kota Blitar. Persaingan yang ketat membuat setiap supermarket harus dapat memenuhi kepuasaan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini berada dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif untuk mencari tahu mengenai pertama daya tanggap, kedua bukti fisik, ketiga empati, keempat jaminan dan kelima kehandalan, (yaitu variabel bebas) yang memiliki pengaruh kepada kepuasan pelanggan (merupakan variabel terikat) di Supermarket Sea Mart. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dengan menyebar kuesioner untuk 100 pelanggan Sea Mart. Berdasarkan pengolahan hasil kuesioner dapat diketahui kelima variabel bebas memberi pengaruh secara simultan dan juga parsial kepada variabel terikat. Pengaruh kelima variabel adalah 71% kepada variabel terikat.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, hadirnya pemanis tambahan tidak hanya dikehendaki dalam bentuk gula kristal ataupun gula kelapa batok, tetapi kini gula dalam bentuk sirup juga diperlukan, termasuk juga sirup nira kelapa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif yaitu mengukur tingkat kelayakan bisnis sirup nira kelapa berdasarkan nilai break even point (BEP) dan internal rate of return (IRR). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari bisnis plan ini adalah bisnis ini layak dijalankan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari nilai BEP sebesar 162.830 unit atau Rp 1.430.250.000,-/tahun dan dari hasil perhitutungan IRR 10.9% yang lebih besar dari 10 %.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian pada salah satu Toko Pakaian Muslim di Kota Blitar, yaitu Toko Syifa. Toko Syifa menjual Baju Muslim Anak Merk Dannis dengan dua sistem penjualan, yaitu sistem penjualan secara tunai dan sistem penjulan secara kredit. Dimana sistem penjualan ini hanya diterapkan pada penjualan Baju Muslim Anak Merk Dannis yang dianggap calon pembeli relatif mahal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti melakukan uji komparatif antara dua metode pembayaran secara tunai dan kredit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil yaitu terdapat perbedaan rata-rata keputusan pembelian antara penjualan tunai dengan penjualan kredit pada baju muslim anak merk Dannis di toko pakaian Syifa. Rata-rata keputusan pembelian pada sistem penjualan tunai 18,34 dan rata-rata keputusan pembelian sistem penjualan kredit 15,31.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how the product innovation affect for purchase decision of Kuda Terbang’s Geti in UD. Mrs. Sulasmi, Kademangan. The purpose of this study is to determine how the product innovation affect for purchase decision of Kuda Terbang’s Geti in UD. Mrs. Sulasmi, Kademangan. Therefore, in order to apply these objectives quantitative methods are used, instrument testing which includes validity tests, reliability tests, assumptions classic tests which include normality tests, and hekteroskedastisitas tests, and hypothesis testing (T-Test). This research activity was carried out in UD. Mrs. Sulasmi is located in Rejowinangun, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the calculated T value (0.671) < T table (2.042), while the significance value was 0.507 > 0.05. From the hypothesis that there was a significant influence between product innovation on the purchase decision was rejected (Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted), it means that there was no significant partial effect between product innovation and purchase decision of Kuda Terbang’s geti in UD. Abstract

UD. Kelapa Sari Blitar is an individual company founded by Mr. H. Imam Muhtadi engaged in production. The price level applied by the company affects the quantity sold. In addition, indirectly the price also affects costs, because the quantity sold affects the costs incurred in relation to production efficiency. A very important factor in purchasing decisions is the price setting goals. Prices have an impact on financial performance and have an important effect on the value of brand positioning in the minds of customers. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of prices on purchase decisions at UD. Kelapa Sari Rejowinangun Blitar. The population in this study were all buyers who had bought at UD. Sari Sari Rejowinangun Blitar. Samples in this study amounted to 84 respondents. The sampling collection technique used in this study was incidental sampling. The method of collecting data in this study was using questionnaires, literature, and documentation. From the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the price (X) does not affect the purchase decision (Y) at UD. Kelapa Sari Blitar.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the major assets that can generate a fairly high source of foreign exchange for the country. Therefore, every area that has certain tourism objects requires regular and sustainable tourism development so that people can take advantage of the existence of tourist destinations in the area. As with the tourism object of the Land of Fairy tales in the area of Kawedusan Ponggok Village, Blitar Regency. The design of this tour is entitled the miniature garden of the wonders of the world which is interesting to visit as a vehicle for education for children. The community can use this as a learning medium and it will have a broad impact on the people around this location to revive the economic sector. This research aims to; (1) Identifying the actual conditions of the current development aspects of the Land of Fairy Tales Tourism. (2) Identifying the influence of the tourism object of the Land of Tales as a vehicle for recreation on tourist visitors and the community around Kawedusan Ponggok Village. (3) Formulating a strategy to develop tourism objects in the Land of Tales as recreational vehicles based on the Tempoe Doeloe tourism park. The research method used by the author in this study is qualitative research and uses a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study using SWOT analysis techniques can be concluded that the fairy tale tourism development strategy shows that the process of identifying relevant indicators is expected to be able to provide benefits in formulating a tourism development strategy for the Land of Tales in Blitar Regency. Through the formulation of a tourism strategy in a fairy tale country, it is hoped that it will be able to provide benefits to strengthening the competitive bidding position of the concepts offered. It is hoped that this will also be able to provide benefits to strengthening the economic and social aspects of the community at large.
