Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem enterprise adalah sistem yang membantu untuk mengatur proses bisnis di dalam suatu kesatuan perusahaan serta menyediakan manajemen reporting tool. PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan jok sepeda motor bermerek Bola Dunia. Persediaan pada perusahaan ini meliputi persediaan bahan baku dan persediaan produk. Transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan setiap harinya berkisar ratusan transaksi. Namun, sayangnya transaksi yang dilakukan masih ditangani oleh masing-masing divisi sesuai proses bisnisnya sehingga hal ini mengakibatkan sering dibutuhkan waktu dan upaya untuk menyelesaikan laporan transaksi, karena terjadinya redundansi data yang harus diperiksa lagi secara manual. Pada proses pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna dilaksanakan bersama dengan stakeholder, memodelkan wireframe, pengembangan berbasis fungsionalitas prototipe (submodul) dan aplikasi dikembangkan pada platform desktop serta pengujian terhadap fungsionalitas aplikasi menggunakan black box testing yang dilakukan pada saat proses penyampaian cara penggunaan kepada mitra dan memberikan hasil sesuai dengan fitur yang diajukan sebelumnya. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini akan diimplementasikan di perusahaan. Pada saat implementasi, pihak perusahaan merasa terbantu dengan adanya aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Kata kunci: sistem enterprise; wireframe; prototipe; proses bisnis. ABSTRACTAn enterprise system is a system that helps to manage business processes within a unified company and provides management reporting tools. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacture of Bola Dunia branded motorbike seats. Inventory at this company includes raw material inventory and product inventory. The transactions that occur in the company every day range from hundreds of transactions. However, unfortunately the transactions carried out are still handled by each division according to their business processes, so this often results in the need for time and effort to complete transaction reports, due to data redundancy which must be checked again manually. The service process carried out includes analysis of user needs carried out together with stakeholders, modeling wireframes, development based on prototype functionality (submodules) and applications developed on desktop platforms as well as testing of application functionality using black box testing which is carried out during the process of conveying how to use it to partners and gives results in accordance with the previously proposed features. The application developed will be implemented in the company. During implementation, the company felt helped by the application being developed. Keywords: enterprises system; wireframe; prototype; business process.

Abstract

Age is one of human main attributes. Age is important factor to improve communication experience. Age estimation has been used in several applications to improve user experience. Therefore, an approach is needed to estimate the user age, one of which is through audio. In this study, Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) will be used to estimate age through audio. MFCC is used to get features from audio data, while RNN is used to estimate age. Dataset used here was taken from corpus of user speech data on the Common Voice website. This study shows that MFCC and RNN methods are able to estimate human age through audio with highest accuracy obtained in SimpleRNN is 0.5647, and 0.7087 in LSTM.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance rice production prediction through a comparative analysis of machine learning models utilizing climate variables. Eight models were assessed on a predetermined dataset, with Support Vector Regression (SVR) emerging as the top performer. Following the identification of significant climate variables influencing rice production, the models underwent evaluation using two hyperparameter approaches: random search and manual tuning. SVR outperformed other models, achieving impressive metrics with MAE 0.180, MSE 0.186, RMSE 0.431, and an exceptionally low MAPE of 0.020. Key factors influencing rice production included productivity and area, along with humidity, rainfall, temperature, wind velocity, and sunshine duration. Favorable conditions for rice output encompassed low humidity, moderate rainfall, increased wind speed, and prolonged sunshine, while rainfall and temperature exhibited minimal impact. The success of random search emphasizes the importance of effective hyperparameter tuning. This research provides valuable insights for enhancing rice production prediction.

Abstract

The lack of ability of the students of SMA Dharma Bakti Lubuk Pakam in mastering computers, especially the programming field, is a significant challenge in preparing them for the digital era. In the industrial era 4.0, mastering programming skills is essential, especially the Python programming language which is widely used in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and application development. To overcome this problem, Mikroskil University organized an introduction to Python programming training through Community Service activities. The training covered both theory and hands-on practice to build a better understanding. To measure the success of the training, the pre-test and post-test were conducted as well as a quiz-based evaluation. The training results showed a significant increase in students' understanding level of 85.42%. The results of the evaluation of the level of mastery of the training material showed that 26.67% of students mastered the material well, and 16.66% of students moderately mastered the material. However, 56.67% of the students still lacked mastery of the material due to the limited duration of the training and limited experience in programming. Overall, this training succeeded in improving digital literacy for students while supporting technological transformation in the school environment. To improve the effectiveness of the training, a longer training duration and more interactive learning methods are recommended. It is also recommended that similar training be extended to other schools to improve the programming skills of the younger generation and their readiness to face the challenges of the digital industry.

Abstract

Pengembangan karier sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi, karena karier merupakan kebutuhan yang harus terus dikembangkan dalam diri seorang pegawai sehingga mampu memotivasi pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pengembangan karier meliputi setiap aktivitas untuk mempersiapkan seseorang untuk menempuh jalur karier tertentu. Pencari kerja yang mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan keterampilan yang diinginkan oleh pencari kerja. Oleh karena itu dilakukan perancangan pengembangan karier dengan pelatihan dan rekomendasi pekerjaan, agar memudahkan para masyarakat indonesia mendapatkan pelatihan pengembangan karier serta mendapatkan rekomendasi pekerjaan sesuai keahlian.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada 27 guru dan 18 siswa di SMAS Bodhicitta Medan tentang implementasi Smart Learning menggunakan ChatGPT, dengan fokus pada personalisasi pengalaman belajar dan integrasi teknologi berbasis artificial intelligence (AI) pada pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan dan desain pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pra-test menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan, pemahaman siswa dan guru tentang smart learning dan penggunaan ChatGPT masih terbatas. Namun, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerimaan terhadap integrasi ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran. Survei penerimaan mengindikasikan bahwa 82% siswa dan 78% guru merasa penggunaan ChatGPT efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran. Meskipun beberapa responden menyatakan kurang efektif dalam penggunaan teknologi AI dalam pembalajaran, namun tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi menunjukkan respons positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi AI dalam kelas, menandakan pentingnya adaptasi metode pembelajaran yang inovatif. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mendorong integrasi teknologi canggih dalam pendidikan. Kata kunci: ChatGPT; smart learning;  artificial intelligence, pelatihan. Abstract This community service activity aims to provide training to 27 teachers and 18 students at SMAS Bodhicitta Medan on the implementation of Smart Learning using ChatGPT, with a focus on personalising the learning experience and integrating artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in learning. The implementation method includes needs identification, training planning and design, training implementation, and monitoring and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The pre-test results showed that before the training, students' and teachers' understanding of smart learning and the use of ChatGPT was still limited. However, the post-test results showed a significant increase in understanding and acceptance of ChatGPT integration in learning. The acceptance survey indicated that 82% of students and 78% of teachers felt the use of ChatGPT was effective and fulfilled the learning needs. Although some respondents expressed a lack of effectiveness in the use of AI technology in teaching, the high level of acceptance indicates a positive response to the use of AI technology in the classroom, signalling the importance of adapting innovative learning methods. This activity successfully improved the quality of learning and encouraged the integration of advanced technology in education. Keywords: chatgpt; smart learning;  artificial intelligence; training.
