Abstract

Penetapan harga merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai keuntungan perusahaan dan memberikan kepuasan konsumen terkait dengan pelayanan transportasi. Penetapan harga biaya angkut transportasi yang ditetapkan perusahaan merupakan salah satu pengambilan keputusan untuk mengukur profitabilitas perusahaan. Perusahaan dalam menetapkan harga harus mempertimbangkan biaya-biaya antara lain tenaga kerja, energi, utilities, biaya variabel dan sebagainya karena dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan maka margin keuntungan tidak boleh terlalu besar untuk menghindari pelanggan berpindah ke pesaing. Kriteria penetapan harga disusun dengan menggunakan metode Delphi melalui kuisioner terbuka yang dibagikan kepada beberapa pelanggan besar dan muncul kriteria jarak, kuantiti,harga, dan pesaing. Sedangkan penentuan pembobotan dalam kriteria-kriteria tersebut menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kriteria penetapan harga dari sudut pandang internal perusahaan  kriteria  empat terbesar adalah harga (57,3%), pesaing (30,9%), jarak (7,3%) dan kuantiti (4,5%). Sedangkan kriteria penetapan harga dari sudut pandang eksternal perusahaan  kriteria  empat terbesar adalah harga (62,9%), kuantiti (26,1%), jarak (7,1%) dan pesaing (3,9%). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah  penetapan harga dengan mempertimbangkan kombinasi dari nilai kriteria-kriteria tersebut. Dimana untuk mempertimbangkan harga yang murah diperlukan kombinasi antara kriteria tertinggi dengan kriteria berbobot rendah, dimana masing-masing kriteria memiliki nilai indeks yang menjadi parameter harga. Dengan demikian konsumen bisa memilih dan menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan finansialnya. Kata Kunci : harga, kriteria, profitabilitas, Delphi, AHP.

Abstract

Mengembangkan produk berbahan dasar tahu ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sarana ekonomi masyarakat terutama yang berada di Desa Jake. Tahu merupakan salah satu makanan yang umum bagi masyarakat Indonesia, bukan hal yang biasa jika tahu banyak dijumpai di beberapa wilayah yang berada di Indonesia salah satunya ialah desa yang berada di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah yaitu Desa Jake. Dimana di Desa Jake terdapat tempat usaha pembuatan tahu. Dalam rangka mengembangkan suatu produk berbahan dasar tahu guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, mahasiswa KUKERTA Universitas Riau menciptakan suatu inovasi ataupun ide terkait produk pengolahan berbahan dasar tahu yang diberi nama Tahu Goreng (TARENG). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan observasi kelapangan, studi literatur, tujuan penelitian, dan juga pembahasan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu lebih menekankan kepada bagaimana proses pengolahan produk makanan berbahan dasar tahu yang diberi nama TARENG.

Abstract

Hypertension is a conditional in which blood pressure increases beyond normal limits. Normal blood pressure varies according to age. All hypertension is a sport, one of which aims to incrase blood flow and oxygen supply to the active muscles and skeleton, especially to the heart muscle. The purpose of this hypertension exercise is to increase the knowledge of the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2. Social institution regarding hypertension exercise to reduce blood pressure. The method used is by socializing and providing counseling and displaying posters containing the steps in hypertension gymnastics. Health counseling was held on Thursday, june 8 2023. The population in this counseling were the elderly in Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Social institutions. After conducting health education about hypertension exercise, the results (100%) were that the elderly in Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Social institutions understood, understand and be able to give an example of how hypertension exercise to lower blood pressure.

Abstract

Community nursing or community health nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health using knowledge from nursing, social sciences and public health sciences. Another definition of community nursing is a form of professional service based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed primarily at high-risk groups to improve community health status by emphasizing efforts to improve health, disease prevention and not neglecting curative and rehabilitative (Kholifah & Widagdo, 2016). In RW 04 Kelurahan Periuk Jaya, which is a village with densely populated residential houses with houses attached to one another, the average building in Pabuaran village has new buildings but is not well maintained and settlements are dominated by old buildings. own property, in terms of the environment the area of ​​the house has a yard, there are several cattle pens around the settlement. The characteristics of the area and health problems that arise in RW 04 Periuk Jaya Village are information about prevention and diet for Hypertension, Gout Arthritis and ISPA. To carry out this task requires a person nurses who are competent in providing community nursing care, to get optimal results requires experience in addition to knowledge. Abstract

From the results of observing healthy lifestyles and how to brush teeth properly and correctly, there are still many children who do not maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy teeth, therefore the author provides information on healthy lifestyles and good and correct toothbrushing procedures. A healthy lifestyle and dental health in children will greatly influence the growth and development of their teeth. One of the efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy teeth is to provide education on healthy lifestyles and proper and correct toothbrushing procedures. Community service carried out by the author is carrying out counseling on healthy lifestyles and proper and correct toothbrushing procedures at PAUDQU Al-Asyary, West Cikarang, Bekasi. The speakers for this activity are students implementing the program. Participants in this activity are children from classes A and B at PAUDQU Al-Asyary, which aims to increase the knowledge of young children regarding the importance of toothbrushes and good and correct toothbrushing procedures.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri halal yang pesat di Indonesia mendorong perusahaan untuk tidak hanya mematuhi standar kehalalan produk, tetapi juga membangun reputasi yang kuat di mata konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi komunikasi bisnis syariah diterapkan dalam membentuk dan memperkuat reputasi perusahaan halal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji berbagai jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber pustaka terkait komunikasi bisnis, prinsip-prinsip syariah, serta manajemen reputasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berbasis nilai-nilai Islam seperti sidq (jujur), amanah (dapat dipercaya), tabligh (menyampaikan informasi dengan benar), dan fathanah (bijaksana) berkontribusi positif terhadap persepsi publik terhadap integritas dan kredibilitas perusahaan. Strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan melalui media sosial, label halal, testimoni pelanggan, serta edukasi publik terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi komunikasi yang sesuai syariah menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun reputasi jangka panjang bagi perusahaan halal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to document the methods used by preschool teachers at SPS TP Kenanga 1 to encourage the development of expressive language in children aged four to five years through the use of stories. The research methodology used is a case study. Teachers from Paud SPS TP Kenanga 1 participated in this research. Interviews, eyewitness accounts, and written notes are means of gathering information. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the three steps of the Miles & Huberman interactive model used in this data study. This research found that in group A at PAUD SPS TP Kenanga 1, the teacher tried to help students improve their expressive language skills by inviting them to tell stories. The teacher plans the story based on the goals and themes chosen by the students, but he also provides media and materials. lots of things are happening. The teacher provides the materials needed for storytelling activities, but students are only allowed to use media that suits the needs of the class. Instead of leading with questions about the content to be presented, the instructor starts by doing a storytelling activity. Some students do not get the opportunity to participate in storytelling activities even though the teacher offers them. It is not the teacher who decides how to evaluate his or her students; rather, it is the students themselves.

Abstract

This study addresses the effect of bilingualism on cognitive development in individuals with dual language abilities. This research explores how dual language skills influence various aspects of cognitive processes, such as problem solving, creativity, flexibility of thinking, and decision making. The research method used involves a literature review of relevant previous studies as well as analysis of empirical data from case studies and field experiments that have been carried out. Results showed that bilingualism has a significant impact on individuals' cognitive development. The ability to switch between two or more languages results in brain exercises that can increase cognitive flexibility and optimize executive functions, such as impulse control and problem solving. Additionally, bilingualism is also associated with higher cognitive abilities in certain domains, such as memory, attention, and information processing. This research contributes to our understanding of the importance of bilingualism in the cognitive development of individuals and its implications in the context of education and cognitive interventions. These findings provide a strong foundation for efforts to encourage the development of dual language skills at the level of individuals and society at large in order to improve cognitive quality and develop overall human potential.

Abstract

This article delves into the structural analysis of "Temanku Sayang Temanku Malang (Ken Kembalilah Seperti Dulu)", a drama script penned by Elsa Pebriyanti. The study aims to identify and examine the various structural elements that contribute to the overall narrative and thematic impact of the play. Through a critical analysis of the script, this research explores the ways in which Pebriyanti employs structural devices such as plot structure, character development, dialogue, and stage directions to convey the story's themes and messages. The analysis reveals that the script's narrative structure is characterized by a non-linear progression, with multiple flashbacks and flashforwards that blur the lines between past and present. This non-linear approach allows Pebriyanti to explore the complexities of human relationships and the consequences of past actions on the present. Furthermore, the study highlights the effective use of character development, particularly in the portrayal of the protagonist, whose emotional journey serves as a catalyst for the story's themes of love, loss, and redemption. The analysis also examines the role of dialogue in shaping the characters' personalities and relationships, as well as the ways in which stage directions contribute to the overall atmosphere and mood of the play. Additionally, the study discusses the significance of the play's title and its relationship to the themes and plot, highlighting the ways in which Pebriyanti uses the title to set the tone for the audience's engagement with the story. Ultimately, this research demonstrates that the structural elements of "Temanku Sayang Temanku Malang (Ken Kembalilah Seperti Dulu)" are carefully crafted to create a rich and nuanced narrative that explores the complexities of human relationships and the power of love and redemption. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the script's structural dynamics and their impact on the audience's experience of the play.

Abstract

Saat ini masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang kurang menghargai peran guru dan orang tua, seperti berbicara tidak sopan, mengabaikan nasihat, serta menggunakan teknologi tanpa kendali. Perilaku ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan karakter perlu diperkuat. QS Al-‘Alaq ayat 1–5 memberikan pedoman penting dalam proses belajar, yaitu membaca, mencari ilmu dengan niat yang benar, serta memanfaatkan pengetahuan untuk kebaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan bagaimana nilai-nilai dalam ayat tersebut dapat diterapkan untuk membentuk sikap hormat dan patuh pada siswa SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan serta pendekatan service learning, sehingga siswa tidak hanya memahami ajaran Al-Qur’an tetapi juga mempraktikkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai Qur’ani melalui pembiasaan adab belajar, seperti menyapa guru dengan sopan, mengikuti arahan orang tua, serta menggunakan teknologi secara bijak, dapat meningkatkan sikap saling menghargai dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerja sama antara sekolah dan keluarga sangat penting agar siswa terbiasa bersikap santun dan bertanggung jawab. Implikasinya, pembelajaran yang mengaitkan nilai Al-Qur’an dengan praktik langsung lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter mulia pada generasi muda.
