Abstract

In society, there are many youth organizations including youth organizations, but youthorganizations are different from other youth organizations both in terms of position and function. KarangTaruna is an organization formed by the community as a potential and source of social welfare with thetask of developing the potential of the younger generation and society as well as playing an active role inpreventing and overcoming social problems. The purpose of this research is to find out how to empoweryouth organizations in Tewasen Village, West Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. The researchmethod used is a qualitative method. Informants in research are people who can provide informationabout research. The focus of the research is seen from the indicators according to Rairan, namely therole/facilitative efforts and educational roles/efforts. Data collection techniques through interviews,documentation and observation. The results showed that the empowerment of youth organizations throughfacilitative roles/efforts and the empowerment of youth organizations through educational roles/effortshad not been maximized in other words all roles/efforts had been implemented but not yet maximized.Keywords : Empowerment, Organization, Youth Organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Government's strategy for the Pananuareng beach tourismobject, Sangihe Islands Regency during the pandemic Covid-19. This study uses a qualitative approach.Strategy can be seen from the 3 strategic indicators proposed by Fred R. David, namely StrategyFormulation, Implementation, Strategy Assessment. The strategy formulation carried out by the Cultureand Tourism Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency has been going well to formulate new plans and betterprograms for the future in developing the potential for the charm of Pananuareng Beach. Theimplementation of the implementation strategy carried out by the Sangihe Islands Regency Culture andTourism Office has been going well, the facilities and infrastructure are adequate and the existing resourcesare able to be mobilized properly, and also always urges visitors to always comply with health protocols. Wecan see from the strategic assessment of the formulation and implementation that the cultural and tourismservices have been going well.Keywords: Strategy, Government, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Berbagai hal yang terjadi dalam proses kerja yang memberkan gambaran tentang capaian efektivitas kinerjapegawai memerlukan solusi yang perlu untuk secepatnya diselesaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Distrik Selemkai Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatatif. Kemudianteknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observarsi partisipan, dan studidokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian digunakan analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman.Pada Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pimpinan yang ada di Kabupaten Sorong termasuk jugaKepala Distrik Selemkai memberikan ruang secara luas dan terbuka kepada setiap pegawai untukberkompetisi secara baik guna kemajuan karir pegawai itu sendiri. Akan tetapi situasi ini terlihat terkendalapada kemampuan pegawai serta latar belakang pendidikan. Dalam kondisi daerah yang dalam pengembanganmaka diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan secara sistem berjalan dengan baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwadalam rangka mewujudkan efektivitas kinerja ternyata belum terjadi karena lemahnya latar belakangpendidikan dan pengalaman kerja pegawai. Akan tetapi status social kemasyarakatan yang dimiliki olehpegawai menjadi salah satu sarana untuk pegawai dapat menjalankan kerja sampai denganan saat ini.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the causes of the fingerprint's net when implementing the THL discipline at the DPRD Kota Manado. This paper employs a descriptive method for measuring quality. In this case, the information comes from the office, the employee and THL. The discipline of discipline can be broken down into four categories: the impact of policies based on circumstances or groups in the first target or main objective of the policy, the impact of policies based on conditions at that time and conditions in the upcoming mass, and the impact of policies based on current conditions Observations, surveys, and studies are used to collect data using Miles and Huberman's statistical analysis models and techniques. It should be noted that despite the fact that the discipline of THL is present, it does not prevent the impact of using fingerprints from affecting problems or weaknesses in using fingerprints, namely constraints from the individual in question. Despite the fact that there was an error that had occurred, there was still a THL that was missing, and it continued to do so after the wake-up call had been made. However, as a result of the correction process described above, THL continued to be suspended for a longer period of time. In addition, there is a common denominator among the participants, which is the presence of an expert that is essential for the development of the fingerprint, and it is essential for the operationalization of the fingerprint. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the ability of government officials in financial management in Wanga Village, East Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. By using the theory from Robert R. Katz (2008) in Moenir (2013), the results of the study show that the basic abilities that a person must have to help someone complete a job or task and achieve maximum results are technical abilities, human abilities and conceptual abilities. it has been done well, but there are still many things that must be considered, such as administrative problems where technical errors often occur, and various problems that often occur in Wanga Village financial management, and this is of course influenced by a person's technical ability to manage existing administration. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the management of dynamic archives at the office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Sulawesi Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research is management. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the theory of Agus Sugiarto and Teguh Wahyono (2005) with five factors for the implementation of archive management. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Sulawesi Province had not fulfilled significantly as a whole. As for the findings of the study, it is known that ini quantity archivist employees only seve as functional, there is no special budget, the equipment and facilities are not fully adequate, and the dynamic archive arrangement system is not optimal as a whole. In finding the archives again. The suggestions from the researcher are that Human Resources (HR) should be optimized again regarding the number of archive employees, there must be a special budget for managing archives, it is necessary to provide archive storage tools, socialize digital storage related to the one-heart application, and reorganize the archive arrangment.
