Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purphose this research is to know the influence of business environment in determining competitive priority and to improve company performance by empirical test in high medium manufacturing company in Tasikmalaya City. This is explanatory research. The method of the research is survey. The research sample is 51 firms determined by SEM-PLS, as the method of analysing data, which is operated by SmartPLS 2.0. The conclusions of the research are: (1) Business environment sets a significant role in determining competitive priority, so to decide the competitive company priority needs the right identified scanning environment. (2) The success of the company in uncertainty business condition will be reached if the company is able to focus itself in cost strategy, and flexibility strategy.Keywords: business environment; competitive priority; and performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan bisnis dalam menentukan prioritas persaingan dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan uji empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur menengah di Kota Tasikmalaya. Ini adalah penelitian penjelasan. Metode penelitiannya adalah survey. Sampel penelitian adalah 51 perusahaan yang ditentukan oleh SEM-PLS, sebagai metode analisis data, yang dioperasikan oleh SmartPLS 2.0. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Lingkungan bisnis menetapkan peran penting dalam menentukan prioritas persaingan, sehingga menentukan prioritas perusahaan yang kompetitif memerlukan lingkungan pemindaian yang tepat. (2) Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam ketidakpastian kondisi bisnis akan tercapai jika perusahaan mampu memfokuskan diri pada strategi biaya, dan strategi fleksibilitas.Kata Kunci: lingkungan bisnis; prioritas kompetitif; kinerja.

Abstract

Lean manufacturing is a concept of process improvement in production management which focuses on waste elimination. This paper explores relationships between lean manufacturing practices and operational performance. Using data collected from 55 manufacturing companies in Tasikmalaya city. Lean manufacturing were measured by five dimensions: production flow management, customer focus, process management, workforce management, and supplier management. Operational performance comprises four dimensions: cost, quality, lead-time, and flexibility. The findings are that all dimensions of lean manufacturing are significantly related to on operational performance. Production flow management has a higher level of significance in large enterprises compared with SMEs, whereas for customer focus there is a higher level of significance in SMEs compared with large enterprises. Process management, supplier management and workforce management have much lower level of significance for both SMEs and large enterprises.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience management dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen Briana Bakery Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan tetap Briana Bakery Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 51 orang pelanggan. sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sensus sampling atau sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa Customer Experience management dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen Briana Bakery Tasikmalaya. Customer Experience management secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen Briana Bakery Tasikmalaya. Namun harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen Briana Bakery Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran berbasis komunitas dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Atlantik Traveller Tasikmalaya, sebuah perusahaan yang menawarkan paket pendakian gunung sebagai bagian dari wisata minat khusus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 25 responden, dipilih menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel, yaitu pemasaran berbasis komunitas dan persepsi harga, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Strategi pemasaran berbasis komunitas yang efektif dan persepsi harga yang sesuai terbukti mampu meningkatkan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan Atlantik Traveller Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa keterlibatan pelanggan dalam komunitas pendaki gunung secara aktif dapat menciptakan rasa kebersamaan yang memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap perusahaan. Persepsi harga yang kompetitif dinilai memberikan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan, terutama pada pasar wisata minat khusus dengan daya beli yang beragam. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya memadukan pendekatan pemasaran emosional dengan strategi harga yang adil. Dengan mengoptimalkan kedua aspek tersebut, Atlantik Traveller Tasikmalaya dapat mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar lokal

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have great potential which requires support for its development. The purpose of this community service program is to provide counseling, training and practice of fish farming for teachers, management, and students of class XII SMA-IT Riyadhussholihiin. This program uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to explore the potential to meet the requirements of the institution more optimally, independently, and sustainably through the entrepreneurial development of fish farming using RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) method. Potentiality exploration (strengths/assets/capital), opportunities, and aspirations is carried out, so that appropriate results can be achieved. The potential resources identified are intangible, such as systems, cohesion, experience, and quality of human resources; and tangible such as land, human resources, and nature. These potential assets form the basis for program development. The results of the program are explained using Actor Theory. Based on the theory, the program can encourage the improvisation of the institution as an actor, increasing the use of existing resources, through the provision of self-food supply. The sustainability of the program is expected to be achieved through entrepreneurial life-skill education for all potential human resources, fish farming can also be increased in production to be marketed. Highligts: Community Empowerment: The program focuses on empowering teachers, management, and students through fish farming practices. ABCD Approach: The Asset-Based Community Development method explores strengths, resources, and aspirations for sustainable development. Entrepreneurial Life-Skills: The initiative promotes self-sustainability by educating participants on entrepreneurial fish farming. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiositas terhadap kinerja pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Kota Banjar. Religiositas diukur melalui lima dimensi, yaitu keyakinan keagamaan, praktik keagamaan, pengalaman keagamaan, pengetahuan keagamaan, dan konsekuensi keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Kota Banjar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiositas secara keseluruhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (R² = 0,592; p-value 0,000 < 0,05). Namun, secara parsial semua dimensi variabel religiositas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek praktis dari religiositas lebih berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan nilai-nilai religius melalui program pelatihan dan kebijakan internal untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Studi lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel moderasi atau mediasi guna memperdalam pemahaman tentang hubungan religiositas dan kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komite audit, intensitas persediaan, intensitas modal dan thin capitalization terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022 yang berisi data dan informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini serta laporan keuangan tersebut telah diaudit. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat pengolahan SPSS versi 25. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 22 perusahaan pertambangan yang memenuhi kriteria dengan total data sebanyak 88 data. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah komite audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Selanjutnya, Intensitas Persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Selanjutnya, intensitas modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak dan terakhir thin capitalization berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of cooperative member satisfaction in mediating the influence of green marketing and customer relationship management on the cooperatif member loyalty of Minalaka Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method. Data was obtained directly through a questionnaire to 145 respondents taken from cooperative members of the Minalaka Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). From the results of this research, it was found that green marketing has a significant effect on member satisfaction and cooperatif members loyalty. Customer relationship management has a significant effect on member satisfaction and cooperatif members loyalty. Cooperative members satisfaction has a significant effect on cooperatif members loyalty. Cooperative members satisfaction can mediate the influence of green marketing and customer relationship management on cooperatif members loyalty. The findings in this research provide an overview that the implementation of green marketing and customer relationship management is an effective strategy to increase member satisfaction and member loyalty in the context of Islamic Boarding School Cooperatives.

Abstract

This community service project aimed to address two critical challenges hindering the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta: weak branding and unstructured financial reporting. Through a structured program of training, workshops, and mentoring, we equipped 35 MSME owners with strategies for effective digital branding, including social media marketing and visual identity development. Concurrently, we provided practical training on preparing simple financial statements in accordance with the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for MSMEs (SAK EMKM), utilizing user-friendly digital tools. The program's effectiveness was evaluated through pre- and post-activity questionnaires, which showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with average scores rising to between 3.23 and 3.63 on a 4-point scale. The initiative successfully produced multiple outputs, including video documentation, media publications, and intellectual property rights. Furthermore, it actively involved students, supporting the national "Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka" (MBKM) or "Independent Learning" program. The results demonstrate that a holistic approach combining branding and financial literacy intervention can significantly enhance the competitiveness and operational sustainability of local MSMEs. This model offers a replicable framework for academic institutions seeking to contribute to local economic development.
