Penelitian yang dilakukan di The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pengetahuan kualitas pelayanan dari seorang pramusaji serta mengetahui apakah indikator kuaitas pelayanan yakni kehandalan, jaminan, daya tahan, bukti fisik, dan jaminan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik atau tidak. Penelitian ini berjenis deskripsi kuantitatif dengan populari berasal dari pelanggan dari Main Dining The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 15 orang dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke objek penelitian. Melalui penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan di The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan, USA tergolong pada kategori sangat baik. This research, which was conducted at The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan, aims to deepen the knowledge of service quality from a waiter and to find out service quality indicators, namely reliability, guarantee, durability, physical evidence, and guarantees that have been implemented properly or not. This study is of a quantitative description type with popularity stemming from customers of Main Dining The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan. The sample used was 15 people and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research object. Through this research, it was found that the overall quality of service at The Grand Hotel Mackinac Island Michigan, USA was in the very good category.
