Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test the effect of spiritual leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. Structural equation modelling is applied to analyze data from 170 respondents. The results show spiritual leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on job satisfaction as does organizational culture on employee performance. In contrast to expectations, neither spiritual leadership nor organizational culture have effect on employee performance or job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the ability the constructs of individual commitment and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between the constructs of participatory decision making and organizational performance constructs. The main purpose this research is an applied research descriptive correlative based on data collected which had been done in 2021.The research population consists of employees who work in furniture companies (UMKM) in Jepara. The number of samples taken as many as 141 people, with probability sampling technique.The theoretical frame model that has been made shows the existence of intervening variable, those to test the hypothesis which is already proposed. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS).The result of hypothesis’ examination shows that participation on decision making, organizational and individual commitment have a significant positive influence towards organizational performance..Key Words: participatory decision making, organizational commitment, individual commitment, and organizational performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja guru, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yasiha Gubug Grobogan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 54 responden yang diambil secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi Guru, ataupun pihak terkait lainnya. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji persyaratan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja guru, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yasiha Gubug Grobogan Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Dan Kinerja

Abstract

This research aims to explore how various factors within the organizational context influence the affective commitment and performance of Non-State Civil Apparatus (SCS) Health Workers in Government Hospitals in Serang Regency and City. It specifically investigates the direct effects of organizational environment and individual values on both affective commitment and performance of health workers, employing a quantitative, correlational approach to analyze these relationships. The study involves 531 Non-ASN Health Workers, with a sample size of 170, using survey methods for data collection. A key objective is to examine affective commitment's role as a mediator in the relationship between organizational context and worker performance. This study offers significant insights into how the interplay between organizational environment, individual values, and affective commitment influences health workers' performance, contributing to the broader understanding of healthcare professional dynamics in government hospitals.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the effect of religiosity on subjective norms towards the entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the study also aimed to examine the role of personal attitude, subjective norms, and entrepreneurship education in increasing entrepreneurial intention. A sample of 220 student at Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, with criteria who still active and had received entrepreneurship education. The data was processed using structural equation modeling. The result show that the religiosity factor can encourage subjective norms to increase entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the finding show personal attitude, subjective norms, and entrepreneurship education on increasing entrepreneurial intention can contribute positively to entrepreneurial intention. The study showed that with religiosity and entrepreneurial education will positively impact entrepreneurial intention. Reliogosity is an important factor that can lead entrepreneurial intention through strengthen of subjective norms as internal supporting factor. University can increase religious students activities that can inrease their motivation to create their business. Therefore it is important to pay attention to it in higher education.

Abstract

Investor pemula hendaknya mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor sebelum memutuskan berinvestasi saham. Literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan Overconfidence  merupakan beberapa faktor yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan seorang investor pemula sebelum berinvestasi saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan Overconfidence  terhadap keputusan investasi investor pemula. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden investor pemula dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria generasi milenial golongan pelajar berusia 18-24 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan Overconfidence  berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value and perceived service quality on repurchase intention, as well as the mediating influence of customer satisfaction. This research is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. There were 100 respondents in this study, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The research results show that there is a significant and positive influence of perceived value and perceived service quality on customer satisfaction. The findings further explain that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of perceived value and perceived service quality on repurchase intentions. Online transportation providers need to focus on perceived value, and perceived service quality felt by customers so that customers will return to be loyal to the company.
