Indonesia is a nation that has a diversity of cultures and the arts, one of which is Javanese language. Javanese language is a heritage that should be preserved because it is still taught in schools and used in everyday life. The main book to learn Javanese language is Pepak Basa Jawa; a book that contains the essence of Javanese language. The rapid increase of technological development provides easiness for people, especially the pressence of gadgets. Therefore, the making of Pepak Basa Jawa in an application it needed to be a learning media to learn and conserve Javanese language for Indonesian people. The application is practically and attractively packed through iOS based mobile devices. Application Pepak Basa Jawa is built using MobiOne Studio software. Multimedia development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages: concept, design, collection of material, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The Black Box test is used for application testing method. The results of this study is in the form of an application named Pepak Basa Jawa that can run well on mobile devices based on iOS. This application can be an alternative for the people of Indonesia as a medium of learning in learning the Javanese language.

Scholarship is a very important need for the students to be able to continue their education, especially for disadvantaged groups as well as achievement. Diponegoro University as one of the State institutions strive to provide assistance in the form of scholarships for students to be able to carry out their studies. However, the distribution of these scholarships often have many constraints experienced by students as time is too sudden, and difficulties in completing other requirements. Application Scholarship Information Systems, University of Diponegoro is one way to overcome the distribution of scholarships at the University of Diponegoro. This application helps in increasing the speed of Diponegoro University and management in the distribution of scholarships to students.The stage in this application uses several stages of literature and guidance, data collection and analysis (interviews, observations and information files), design, manufacture of system / application and final implementation commonly referred to as the waterfall method. This method is very appropriate in this study because it has applications like workflow that allows designers to evaluate the application without having to change from the bottom. While the design of the application using UML modeling.This application is based on the Code Igniter framework which uses MVC method (Model, View, Controller) with every event organized by function application specified in the controller. In the testing phase, the application was tested in the scope of its functions. As a result, every function can be run smoothly and Information Systems Scholarship applications can be implemented. Information Systems Scholarship applications can run smoothly in the Code Igniter framework along with its functions. However, these applications are not fully using the PHP programming language in its function, there are languages that work client side Javascript that helps in performing certain functions. It is recommended not to disable javascript in a user's browser or will affect the application does not work properly.

Buku adalah media yang paling sederhana untuk memperoleh dan memberikan informasi, Augmented Reality dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan multimedia dengan cara menambahkannya pada dunia nyata, dengan penggabungan buku dalam hal ini bahasa inggris dan augmented reality maka multimedia dapat ditampilkan dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Untuk membangun aplikasi dalam hal ini augmented reality dibutuhkan suatu metode, metode yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi augmented reality ini adalah SDLC (Software Defelopment Life Cycle) yang menggunakan teknik waterfall, hal ini dipilih karena waterfall lebih terurut dalam membangun aplikasi. Augmented Reality yang dibangun memiliki keberhasilan deteksi yang berbeda-beda, jarak yang dapat dipakai dalam mendeteksi penanda adalah mulai dari jarak 15cm sampai 60cm dan semakin besar tingkat kemiringan penanda terhadap kamera maka semakin sulit penanda terdeteksi, semakin besar persentase penanda terhalang maka semakin besar juga kemungkinan penanda sulit terdeteksi.

This is an application for hajj guidance based on Android.The application is made using software Eclipse IDE and Android SDK with Java as a programming language. Stage of development software used is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the method waterfall, as modeling software used is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Steps in this research are software requirement analysis, design, coding, and system testing. Functional testing using a method of black box.The result of this research is an application of hajj guidance based on Android can be use to guide in hajj. The application can run well on a device with a minimum of Android operating system version 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with the storage space available at least 25 MB. Function menus and buttons is operated appropriately according to their functions. This application for hajj guidance can be used as a medium to help moslems in hajj.

Numbers of internet users are increasing incredibly fast. Ideally, this increasing numbers of users are also supported by capacity uplift, in this case an increase in bandwidth to maintain the standard services that received by the users. However, increasing the bandwidth not always becomes the first option since it is quite expensive. Implementing proxy server as content/cache engine is the other option available. It will cache the content that user requested and keep it for a while for servicing the other users that will request the same content in the future. WCCP protocol is used to redirect user’s traffic to the proxy server. The standard proxy server configurations are using single router with one or more proxy servers. This thesis is aims to design and implement proxy server system with multi routers configuration. Multi routers configuration is used as a failover mechanism to provide network high availability. It will use HSRP protocol to provide the high availability services. Tests that conducted after implementation shows the increase in transaction and successful transaction by 296% and 284% also a decrease in response time as well as failed transaction by 18% and 99% consecutively. Failover test shows the percentage of packet loss amounted to 31,3% and 26,3% for clients in VLAN 10 and VLAN 20 consecutively. The average time required for clients to reconnect to the internet after router failure is 7 seconds for clients in VLAN 10 and 6 seconds for client in VLAN 20.

KKN Program is the activity which is done by student. The activities shall be conducted as part of the student learning activities. In practice, there is a problem in the management of KKN’s data, such as period data, district data, sub-district data, village data, Supervisor’s data (DPL), zoning data, area history data, KKN participant data, preparation of a valuation and not centralized data. One of them is KKN Program which is conducted by Diponegoro University. KKN Program will require an application to manage data in order to improve work efficiency and the smoothness of KKN Program. The application of KKN Data Processing Administration is a web-based application, created by use the PHP programming language within the scope of the Code Igniter Framework and MySQL database. The development method is done by use the waterfall method, whereas in the application design is using UML modeling. The results of this application design is the creation of a web-based application that can manage KKN data in the Diponegoro University, such as period data processing, district data, data sub-district, village data, Supervisor’s data (DPL), zoning data, KKN participant data, list of participants, and the value of area history data that has been used in previous KKN program.

Teknologi informasi merupakan sebuah kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting, karena kemajuan zaman segala aktivitas kerja sebagian besar dibantu oleh teknologi informasi. Toko PetZone merupakan salah satu jenis usaha Petshop yang melayani penitipan dan perawatan hewan. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan Toko PetZone masih dilakukan dengan manual seperti contoh pencatatan data-data pelanggan maka kemajuan bisnis yang terjadi menyebabkan timbulnya kebutuhan sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan pencatatan layanan Pethotel, Pethospital, Jadwal kontrol hewan, Petgrooming dan monitoring keadaan hewan. Pengembangan sistem informasi lainnya ialah selain dapat melakukan pencatatan dapat memberikan informasi keadaan atau status hewan yang dititipkan melalui pesan singkat (SMS Gateway) sebagai alternatif baru untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelangan kepada Toko PetZone. Maka dari itu penelitian pembangunan aplikasi ini dibuat. Tahapan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu studi pustaka, observasi dan bimbingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ialah metode waterfall. Metode ini sangat tepat dalam pembuatan aplikasi seperti ini, karena mempunyai alur yang memungkinkan perancangan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi tanpa harus mengubah dari dasar. Aplikasi sistem penitipan dan perawatan hewan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java dan mesin database yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data-data menggunakan MySql Server. Antarmuka aplikasi sistem dibuat dengan GUI Interface yang memanfaatkan librari Java yaitu Java swing. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ialah sebuah aplikasi dekstop yang dapat mencatat layananlayanan yang diberikan Toko PetZone dan meningkatkan kinerja Toko Petzone dan selain itu memberikan alternatif baru untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap Toko Petzone melalui fasilitas monitoring hewan titipan dengan menggunakan pesan singkat (SMS Gateway).

In modern times, like today, the role of software or applications that run on top of the platform is very important. This is because almost all of the work done by the people, made by the software or application. Applications can be used to assist in the processing of data and upload the final report. Data recorded previously processed by the paper can be recorded and processed by the application so that more efficiently.Development of an information systemin this study using the method of waterfall. Waterfall model consist of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the start of the design, developer need to observations or interviews to determine the needs of the system that being developed. Application developed using the framework Codeigniter. System Management Restaurant build for help uses that has restaurant to manage activity in there like order menu, processing menu in kitchen, make invoice for custumer, and generate report of finance. This application can be expected to help user in process data efficiently so thet improve wuality of restaurant in terms of service and time. This system has a 5 user that consisting of waiters, chef, cashiers, manager, owner which every user has different privilege. System management restaurant developed using web-based programming which support in mode client server and uses MySQL as a database management storage.

SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) is one of the economical meters in Indonesia. Research step in designing the application is to determine main problem and purpose, analysis which covering general description, functional and non-functional need. Android base application to search UKM Tembalang which made for searching SMEs location, and give more information about SMEs business. UKM Tembalang is a client-server based application which made by using java programing language with eclipse software and MySQL database. Location data will be saved in database which focusing on taking coordinates that use GPS to get map and Google Maps APIs for getting the route. The use of Google Maps API service and GPS make the application better in taking the location coordinate. besides that, the application also get for searching position SMEs in Tembalang, with the application location searching SMEs.

Information technology development today resulted in the growing number of internet users. Easy access of the internet makes it as a media presentation of data to both individuals and institutions. It is similar with Computer System major that has taken advantage of the Internet to provide a variety of information to both academic and community service in the field of information technology. But it is still using manual method to organize and inventorydata associated with inventory and borrowing system of lab in a site. One way to ease the data organization is to design an information system that can record and organize all the data held by the Computer System.Design and Implementation phase begins with system requirement analysis. Its objection is to get a proper system specification. In design phase, Data Flow Diagram is used to represent data in a logic way. The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system.System Information inventory and Loan goods on the laboratory computer system, has two categories of access rights, there are super admin and admin (operator), where the super admin have all permissions and the lending system inventory information communications system laboratory, while the operator is further divided into three parts ie (embedded, networking, and software engineer) where each lab has one operator and one other can notaccess that does not belong to its access. The test results and Loan Information Systems Inventory Computer Systems Laboratory, showed that all the features of the application can work well as Super Admin can see the entire menu of each Lab and can make the process of printing from any lab reports, for each lab operator can to process the data change, the process of borrowing items and returns. Using the Entity Relationship Diagram modeling system. The information systems have as many as four users on the system, which are super admin, operator Lab embedded, networking lab operator, operator Lab Engineer software.
