Abstract

For male muslim eid on Friday is obligatory. But in practice there are problems such as application of procedures for Friday prayers is not appropriate and make the pilgrims do not pray with good. For that reason, need a method of learning and innovation easier and more attractive to use technology in the field of islamic learning especially for procedures Friday prayers. As many smartphone users with an operating system android, then made learning application procedures for Friday prayers based on android. The application of learning is made using software Eclipse IDE and Android SDK with Java as a programming language. Stages of development software used is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the method waterfall, as modeling software used is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Steps in this research is software requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Functional testing using a method of black box. The result of this research is application procedures of friday prayers learning based on Android can be use to learning friday prayers. The application can run well on a device with a minimum of android operating system version sandwitch 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwitch) with the storage space available mb of 7MB. Function menus and buttons is going according to their respective functions. This application for procedures of friday prayers can be used as a medium for learning friday prayers.

Abstract

The growing market share in many business areas especially in service area is causing the use of conventional accounting system being ineffective. One of the companies which still using the conventional one is a window film set-up service company called HS Auto Film. The process of processing sales data is less accurate and slower in the contrary of the developing sales data.  Computer-based window film set-up Sales Information System is built in order to make the processing data more accurate and faster. The information system is built using Visual Basic programming language along with .NET framework technology and SQL Server database that embedded in the application itself. The making and development process of the Sales Information System is using waterfall method.  Waterfall method consists of user requirement, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart are also used in the Information System design.The output of this application design is a desktop application that can help user to control the set-up of window film, manage payment bill, and manage document in accounting in faster and more accurate way. The information system can be developed later using web-based system so that the development and maintenance can be done easier.

Abstract

Dewasa ini teknologi informasi sangat membantu dalam dunia bisnis. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan akan menjaring lebih banyak konsumen. Namun, perusahan tingkat menengah seperti PetZone saat ini masih jarang yang menawarkan kemudahan berbelanja atau pemesanan layanan secara online. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem berbasis web di perusahaan PetZone yang dapat memudahkan pemilik dan karyawan dalam apenjualan, pelayanan, dan pemasaran, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam jual-beli barang dan jasa. Atas dasar masalah tersebut dibangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway untuk menunjang proses bisnis yang ada.Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP framework Codeigniter, javascript untuk tampilan yang dinamis, dan database MySQL. Proses pembuatan dan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan ini menggunakan metode air terjun. Metode air terjun meliputi kebutuhan pengguna, analisis, rancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Pemodelan Sistem Informasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use case  diagram, Class diagram dan Sequence diagram.Hasil pengujian Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang terdapat baik dalam sistem informasi maupun SMS gateway dapat bekerja dengan baikdengan ratusan sample data, dan server SMS gateway dapat memproses lebih dari satu SMS secara bersamaan. Dalam perkembangan ke depannya nanti, Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway masih dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan menambah fitur-fitur pada SMS gateway sehingga lebih memudahkan konsumen.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently empowered drones to support smart city apps and recognize on-the-ground objects or events. Various pre-trained backbones are available to develop object recognition models, and some of them could boost the models’ accuracy. Consequently, it becomes difficult for practitioners to select a suitable backbone as a feature extractor during recognition model development. Hence, this research aims to provide a benchmark examining the performance of three popular backbones in supporting recognition models using images captured by drones as the dataset. This research used the UAV-AUAIR dataset and compared three deep learning backbone architectures as the feature extractor, namely YoloV8_s, EfficientNetv2_s, and CSP_DarkNet_l. The head part of each selected backbone was replaced with YoloV8Detector architecture, provided by Keras-CV, to perform the inference tasks. The models generated during training were evaluated against four measurement methods: loss function, intersection over union (IOU), across-scale mean average precision (mAP), and computational performance. The results showed that the model generated using EfficientNetv2_s backbone outperformed the others in most criteria, except the computational performance and detecting small objects, which was won by YOLOV8_s and CSP_Darknet_l, respectively. Thus, EfficientNetv2_s and CSP_DarkNet_l can be considered if app development concerns accuracy. Meanwhile, YoloV8_s is far better when computational performance is essential, as its prediction time achieved 0.8 seconds per image. This study is essential as a reference for practitioners, particularly those who want to develop an object-recognition model based on a pre-trained backbone.

Abstract

This study aims to select the most effective multi-criteria decision-making method used in an employee performance appraisal system. The approach used in this study is a comparative experiment where three multi-criteria decision-making methods simple additive weighting (SAW), analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and technique for order preference similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) are compared. The dataset involves 16 employees, considering input data such as work behavior scores, and performance targets (SKP). The criteria for evaluating work behavior include service quality, accountability, competence, harmony, loyalty, adaptability, collaboration, and achievement of targets. The comparison results were tested using a one-way ANOVA to evaluate whether there are significant differences among the three methods, as well as to provide supporting evidence for the conducted research. The results indicated that the SAW method provides the most accurate and relevant performance assessments while AHP yields less precise rankings as some employees received the same scores despite having different workloads. TOPSIS also produced rankings that did not accurately reflect the relative workloads. Implementing the SAW method in the employee performance information system enhances the assessment process, making it faster, more objective, transparent, and credible. Thus, SAW emerges as the most effective method for aligning performance scores with employee roles and responsibilities.

Abstract

Predicting immediate future actions taken by an intelligent agent is considered an essential problem inhuman-autonomy teaming (HAT) in many fields, such as industries and transportation, particularly toimprove human comprehension of the agent as their non-human counterpart. Moreover, the results of suchpredictions can shorten the human response time to gain control back from their non-human counterpartwhen it is required. An example case of HAT that can be benefitted from the action predictor is partiallyautomated driving with the autopilot agent as the intelligent agent. Hence, this research aims to develop anapproach to predict the immediate future actions of an intelligent agent with partially automated drivingas the experimental case. The proposed approach relies on a machine learning method called naive Bayesto develop an action classifier, and the Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) as the action predictor. Theautonomous driving simulation software called Carla is used for the simulation. The results show that theproposed approach is applicable to predict an intelligent agent’s three-second time-window immediate futureaction.
