Abstract

Currently, to obtain information about fairy tales through a mobile phone is still rare. Readers usually obtain information about fairy tales only through books, CDs or other print media. Of multiple applications on a mobile phone that is only text and images. So the purpose of this study was achieved to help the reader enjoy fairy tales exist in a complicated application without having to read one each one word at story. This study used Luther as a method of multimedia development. There are 6 steps being taken to complete this application, namely the concept stage, design stage, collection materials, manufacture stage, testing stage and distribution. In the testing phase used two kinds of testing, ie testing functions and testing program using the respondents. The results show that “Aplikasi Pembaca Dongeng Anak Indonesia” can display information includes the title story of Indonesian children stories, national origin story, and the story is short but interesting. Can also be a sound and background music on each page of the story based on the story. And the application can be used by users with ease. Based on the results of the questionnaire showed that the data processed 91.76% positive response or included in the category of "Good".

Abstract

Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh penguasaha kecil masih didominasi kegiatan pemasaran konvensional, seperti pemasangan spanduk dan penyebaran brosur iklan. Kegiatan pemasaran ini merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Seiring dengan berkembangannya teknologi, membuat persaingan diantara pelaku usaha untuk lebih meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Pengimplementasian teknologi informasi terutama dengan Website merupakan pilihan utama. Sistem informasi digunakan untuk mengelola data barang yang akan ditawarkan nantinya, atau mengelola laporan pengeluaran dan pemasukan bulanan perusahaan.Sistem informasi tersebut dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, dan menggunakan database MYSQL. Proses pembuatan dan pengembangan Sistem informasi penjualan ini akan menggunakan metode SDLC prototyping. Dengan menggunakan prototyping, desain menjadi cepat dibuat dan dapat dicoba oleh klien. klien dapat ikut serta dalam membantu pengembangan sistem dengan memberikan timbal balik terhadap prototype yang sudah dicoba sebelumnya, sehingga sistem yang dibuat menjadi lebih baik.Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah terealisasinya suatu aplikasi website yang dapat memudahkan promosi produk ke konsumen di berbagai daerah dan juga membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola barang dan laporan penjualan

Abstract

Virtual Reality is three-dimensional technology and developing rapidly at the moment. Therefore, Virtual Reality technology implementation will be useful for people. One of this implementation is in clinical fields, which is for handling phobia. One of the therapies provided by a therapist to patients is by using flooding technique that faces the patient in the situation that confronts the making of fear until no longer feel anxious. In some cases, the flooding technique for acrophobia almost impossible because of the level of dangerous and the expensive cost. By using game engine Unity and Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which has six stages, concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution, application development Android-based Virtual Reality will resolve the issue. Based on the results of Black-box method, functions from the application of virtual reality simulation as a tool for the treatment of acrophobia has already worked well. Further research is needed to find out the impact of application in the medical sector.

Abstract

Traditional games wa played by people from ancient time. As the culture of Indonesia which has high value of togetherness, people play ittogether with a group. From all kind of traditional games in Indonesia, there is one called Gobak Sodor that well known as traditional games from Central Java. The game of Gobak Sodor made by Adobe Flash and ActionScript as programming language has two option to play the game as singleplayer and multiplayer. Multiplayer game need a server to connected both players which used smartfoxserver 2x as the server. The game developed by adopting MDLC method with four stage such as conceptualization, design process, requirements planning, and construction. The result of this scientific writing is an application of traditional game named Gobak Sodor as the media to educate people about one of traditional game in Indonesia.

Abstract

Until now, the location information of the General Hospital has not yet computerized and many take advantage of mobile devices. Therefore, it is necessary to study to facilitate the search for the nearest hospital. Android-based phones have several features such as the Global Positioning System (GPS), which can be used to give the user the latest geolocation information, and connectivity with the 3G network. While the Location Based Service (LBS) are services that support GPS function. The Android platform can also be integrated with the Google Maps API. Google Maps API is a product from Google that offers the ease of building applications that require data geolocation and the ability to provide a fairly complete map. The first step in this research is to study the literature on Android, GPS, and Google Maps API. The second step is to design applications with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). The final step, carried implementation using the Java programming language. Based on test results, hospital In the search application, there are two options to choose a search based on a list of hospitals or radius of the location of the user. And the use of GPS is very accurate, but it can only work with a maximum when used in a location free from obstruction satellite, evident from testing conducted by researchers who carried out the entire room without any obstructions. Search applications hospital immediately shows the route to the nearest hospital from the user. At the hospital Radius of users displayed in the application is the shortest distance when the straight line drawn between the hospital with the user. Search applications hospitals can work well in the real environment, ie Android devices Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. Android applications are developed with the target API level 15, can run well too at the API level on it.

Abstract

At present time, information technology facilitates business very well. The eases provided by technology will attract many consumers. However, a middle level company such as UNDIP Distro is rarely found providing neither the ease of shopping or online ordering service. Therefore, web based system is needed by UNDIP Distro company in order to facilitate the owner and the admin to manage the sale, service, and marketing and the customer’s shopping Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penjualan dan Pemasaran UNDIP Distro is a web based application made using PHP program language in scope of Framework Code Igniter and basic data of MySQL. The development method used is waterfall method. Information system modeling in application plan was built using UML modeling. The result of the application plan is a web based application that can manage data in UNDIP Distro such as products, orders, and members data.

Abstract

Information technology development today resulted in the growing number of internet users. Easy access of the internet makes it as a media presentation of data to both individuals and institutions. It is similar with Computer System major that has taken advantage of the Internet to provide a variety of information to both academic and community service in the field of information technology. But it is still using manual method to organize and inventory data associated with the On-Job Training (KP) and Final Project (TA) in a site. One way to ease the data organization is to design an information system that can record and organize all the data held by the Computer System. Design and Implementation phase begins with system requirement analysis. Its objection is to get a proper system specification. In design phase, Data Flow Diagram is used to represent data in a logic way. The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system. The previous research “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Seminar dan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Undip” was to organize database final project consist of schedule, seminar schedule, and test schedule. It used Unified Modeling Language (UML) consist of use case and activity diagram. The users of this information system were two, that were called admin and student. The result from information testing showed that all features like organizing students data, organizing teacher data, printing KP and TA data, uploading KP and TA data, alerting KP and TA coordinator about the schedule of the students worked well. The current research use Entity Relationship Diagram model system. This information system has five users, that are admin, student, teacher, KP coordinator, and TA coordinator.

Abstract

Berdasarkan surat edaran dari Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang, terhitung mulai Januari 2015 tiap sekolah dihimbau untuk beralih dari sistem presensi manual menjadi digital. Hingga awal Maret ini, presensi guru dan karyawan di SMA Negeri 9 Semarang masih dilakukan secara manual. Maka diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem presensi digital bagi SMA Negeri 9 Semarang. Tahapan penelitian meliputi perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Perangkat lunak dibangun dengan framework PHP Phalcon, basis data MySQL, dan aplikasi webserver Nginx pada sistem operasi Ubuntu 14.04. Mesin presensi dengan metode pengenalan wajah dipilih untuk mendapatkan data kehadiran yang bersifat autentik. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode kotak hitam dan kotak putih. Semua kebutuhan fungsional telah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi web dan kebutuhan non-fungsional pun telah terpenuhi. Sistem presensi digital ini menjadi solusi bagi SMA Negeri 9 Semarang dalam usaha uji coba penggunaan presensi digital.

Abstract

Until now, Diponegoro University has become one of the favorite State Univesity for Senior High school students to continuing education college. During this time existing information of boarding house around the Diponegoro University still conventional, there is no mobile device applications that provide information and location of boarding house. Based on this information, it should be made an application on android Operating System to search the location of the boarding house in Semarang. Design of Mobile Location Based Service Application for boarding house locations in Semarang Based Android, a client server application created by using the Java, PHP, jQuery and MySQL for database. Intake form of latitude and longitude coordinates utilize the GPS feature on the mobile device and will be shown on Google Maps APIs. The results of this application design is the realization of a application that can search the location of boarding house based on android operating system, with features that can help users find the position of the boarding house. The application can help boarding house owners to promote their boarding house information rooming in their possession to the user. The design also introduces application android application development using the Global Positioning System functions for user navigation.

Abstract

Liochita cleaning is a company engaged in the field of cleaning services which are located in the city of Semarang. Until now, the existing of information systems on Liochita Cleaning were not sufficiently able to manage the company and thus to make this company as a company that developed and developing its field and can compete with other companies is not possible. Start from recording customer data and order data, which is the became one as income data, so this companies are less aware in detail of the customer data. On the other hand, customers must make a call in advance to order the services that it requires no small cost. Lack of marketing facilities makes this company unable to include all of costumers in the city of Semarang. Data recording is still using paper, so this company were at risk of paper lost which is containing data that has been recorded . Development of an information system in this study using the method of the waterfall. Waterfall model consists of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the start of the design, developer need to observations or interviews to determine the needs of the system that being developed. Applications developed using the framework CodeIgniter. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of Liochita Cleaning in the management of these services, customers and orders in accordance with the business processes that Liochita Cleaning have and allow customers to book services .
