Abstract

Abstract Bullying is all forms of oppression or violence that are carried out deliberately by one or a group of people who are stronger or more powerful towards another person, aiming to hurt and is carried out continuously. The purpose of this training is to form an Anti Bullying Movement (GAP) in schools which is an effort to help students in their personal life, social life, and learning activities. The Anti Bullying Movement (GAP) is directed to help overcome weaknesses and obstacles as well as problems faced by students, especially to increase the social value of students that occur in junior high schools. The method of implementing the Anti Bullying Movement (GAP) Training at Muhammadiyah Junior High School in Bantul has been implemented since October 21, 2020, namely (1) Forum Group Discussion, (2) training, (3) mentoring, and (4) brainstorming given to participants students are to initiate the activity of identifying bullying behavior through a pretest (google form). The solution offered is to provide online training and mentoring both synchronously and asynchronously through the WhatsApp group with various activities provided. The results of this training are the expected outcomes or outcomes when this community service program is given, namely Anti Bullying Movement Posters, Proceedings or Journal of Community Service, Online News, and Anti Bullying Movement Training Videos (GAP) to increase Social Value in students at SMP Muhammadiyah in the Bantul area. Abstrak Perundungan (bullying) merupakan segala bentuk penindasan atau kekerasan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja oleh satu atau sekelompok orang yang lebih kuat atau berkuasa terhadap orang lain, bertujuan untuk menyakiti dan dilakukan secara terus menerus. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adaah membentuk suatu Gerakan Anti Perundungan (GAP) di sekolah yang merupakan usaha membantu peserta didik dalam kehidupan pribadi, kehidupan sosial, maupun kegiatan belajarnya. Gerakan Anti Perundungan (GAP) diarahkan untuk membantu mengatasi kelemahan dan hambatan serta masalah yang dihadapi peserta didik khsususnya untuk meningkatkan nilai sosial siswa yang terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama.Metode pelaksanaan Pelatihan Gerakan Anti Perundungan (GAP) di SMP Muhammadiyah di wilayah Bantul ini dilaksanakan sejak tangga 21 Oktober 2020 yaitu (1) Forum Group Discussion, (2) pelatihan, (3) pendampingan, dan (4) brainstorming yang diberikan kepada para peserta didik adalah dengan mengawali aktivitas indentifikasi perilaku perundungan (bullying) melalui pretest (google form). Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan melui daring baik secara sinkron maupun asinkron melalui grup whatsapp dengan berbagai aktivitas yang diberikan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah bentuk luaran atau capaian yang diharapkan pada saat program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diberikan, yaitu Poster Gerakan Anti Perundungan, Prosiding atau Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Berita Online, dan Video Pelatihan Gerakan Anti Perundungan (GAP) untuk meningkatkan Nilai Sosial pada siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah di wilayah Bantul.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan komik strip gerakan anti bullying (GAB) untuk mendukung bibliokonseling di yogyakarta yang notabennya komik strip ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyalurkan pesan atau informasi dan komunikasi visual dari Guru BK/Konselor Sekolah kepada peserta didiknya sehingga dapat menstimulasi pikiran, perasaan, perhatian, dan minatnya sehingga peserta didik dapat mengembangkan proses belajarnya sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman dampak dari bullying agar peserta didik mengalami perubahan perilaku, sikap dan perbuatan ke arah yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development (R&D) dengan beberapa sekolah yang terdiri dari SMP Negeri dan SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Bantul. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakaan berupa uji ahli (expert judgement) berupa lembar evaluasi ahli materi dan lembar evaluasi ahli media. Adapun teknik sampling dengan cara Stratified Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara terperinci akan menginformasikan implementasi pemanfaatan produk media komik strip gerakan anti bullying (GAB) untuk mendukung layanan bibliokonseling yang diberikan oleh guru BK/Konselor SMP Negeri dan SMP Muhammadiyah kepada setiap peserta didiknya.

Abstract

Career maturity is a very important thing for teenagers to have because career maturity, that is, individuals have understood of themselves which includes their interests and talents as well as their capacities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using the trait and factor approach to increase student career maturity. This type of research is quantitative with the pre-experimental one-group pretest and posttest methods. The population taken in this study was all class XII both science and social studies with a total of 288 students. Then the sample used in this study was class XII IPS 2, where as many as 5 students were taken using a purposive sampling technique taken in a low category, which was then carried out by group counseling services. This research instrument uses a career maturity scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. In addition, researchers used observational decision-making instruments in this study using the normality test and SPSS version 24-assisted T-test. The results of this study are based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 then compared with the alpha value (α ) 5% = 0.05 provided that the sig (2-tailed) value is less than the alpha (α) value of 5% (0.000 ≤ 0.05), then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that group counseling services using the trait and factors approach are effective in increasing the career maturity of students at SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. The results of the study can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers in schools in developing students' career maturity using career counseling traits and factors.

Abstract

Bullying behavior because the victim experiences poverty or physical disability. The impact of bullying is self-esteem and affects maturity in students. School counselors have a role for skills, as well as collaborative efforts with the Peer Guidance approach. The method used in peer guidance training: (1) education, (2) training, (3) forum group discussion, and (4) brainstorming. Peer guidance to train actors to have empathy for the whole individual skills to listen, guide, reflection, conclude, confrontation, interpreating, and support. Peer guidance skills are used by students, offenders, or victims to prevent bullying.Keywords: berhaviour, bullying, peer guidance
