Abstract

Setiap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) pasti memiliki proses kaderisasi agar proses siklus kehidupan organisasi bisa jalan terus karena anggota baru, cara kaderisasi yang ditempuh adalah kegiatan Open Recruitment yang mana kegiatan ini menarik para mahasiswa Unand yang tertarik mengikuti organisasi unit kegiatan mahasiswa tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah proses penilaian yang dilaksanakan secara manual serta pengambilan keputusan seleksi anggota open recruitment yang cenderung subjektif berdasarkan dari perasaan panitia, hal ini mengakibatkan pelaksanaan open recruitment jadi kurang efisien karena proses secara manual tersebut serta potensi kehilangan anggota yang berpotensi tinggi akibat subjektifitas panitia. Penulis mengambil kasus di Open Recruitment UKM Andalas Sinematografi sebagai referensi pembangunan sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses kaderisasi tersebut, untuk permasalahan spesifik di UKM tersebut adalah sistem pengisian nilai serta formasi Angkatan baru. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung jalannya Open Recruitment UKM di Universitas Andalas. Aplikasi tersebut Bernama Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Open Recruitment UKM di Universitas Andalas dengan Metode SAW, aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode sistem pengambilan keputusan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Alasan pemilihan metode sistem pendukung keputusan SAW adalah proses penilaian kriteria lebih efisien serta akurasi penilaian lebih baik dari metode yang lain terutama saat datanya cukup banyak. Tujuan pembangunan sistem informasi tersebut adalah untuk memudahkan panitia untuk menjalani proses kegiatan Open Recruitment tersebut serta membuat proses Open Recruitment berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien dan menciptakan kaderisasi UKM yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Balai Diklat Industri (BDI) Padang  is an institution that focuses on training in the field of embroidery and fashion to develop the skills of individuals or groups. Currently, the training is operated using a web-based application through a laptop, but there are feature limitations that hinder the effectiveness of training management. The main problem related to the web application feature at this time is having too many menu features so that employees have to look for menus related to training, instructors have not been able to take attendance of participants through the web, and participants have not been able to access training activities that exist in BDI Padang. Therefore, BDI Padang wants to improve training management by developing a web application into a mobile application. In this development, API (Application Programming Interface) is used as an interface medium between systems, with the type of API used being RESTful API. RESTFul API acts as a bridge for data communication between clients and databases, with output in the form of JSON data. The programming language for Android uses Kotlin and Retrofit as a REST Client that retrieves and sends data through the RESTful API web service. System testing is done using the black box testing on all functionalities according to the initial system design. The test results show that all the functionalities designed run according to the system requirements. This research produces an Android system in the form of an application package file (APK) for the training information system at BDI Padang.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan suatu ketidakmampuan dalam mencukupi kebutuhan hidup seperti kurangnya materi atau penghasilan yang didapatkan (Jiang & Ye, 2009). Untuk membantu masyarakat yang kurang mampu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya, pemerintah menciptakan suatu program yang diberi nama Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagi program bantuan pemerintah seperti Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), Bantuan Sosial, Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS). DTKS ini merupakan program pemerintah dimana ditujukan untuk masyarakat kurang mampu yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengambil studi kasus di Kelurahan Pagambiran Ampalu Nan XX dimana pada kelurahan tersebut untuk pengambilan keputusan masih bersifat manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dikarenakan jumlah penduduk yang tidak sedikit sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan rekomendasi warga yang lolos DTKS agar keputusan yang didapat lebih akurat. Salah satu metode pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode TOPSIS. Metode TOPSIS akan menghitung nilai dari kriteria setiap alternatif yang nantinya akan menghasilkan peringkat warga yang layak lolos untuk diberikan bantuan. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana membangun aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk menentukan warga yang layak lolos DTKS. Kriteria dalam menentukan keputusan status tempat tinggal, luas bangunan, sumber air minum, daya listrik, bahan bakar utama untuk memasak, penghasilan, jumlah tanggungan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memudahkan petugas kelurahan dalam hal ini Petugas Sosial Mandiri dalam menentukan warga yang layak lolos DTKS berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

West Sumatra Province, with a high disaster risk level, requires a more efficient reporting system to support disaster management. Currently, the West Sumatra Provincial Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) relies on WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel, which are considered ineffective. The goal of this activity is to implement the mobile application E-Disaster on the Android platform to enhance disaster reporting efficiency at the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. The activity method consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. In the preparation stage, needs analysis is conducted through visits to the BPBD of West Sumatra Province to gather necessary information for application development. Implementation involves developing the application based on the gathered requirements and conducting demonstrations and handing over the application to the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. The reporting stage involves presenting the activity results and evaluating the application usage. The outcomes show that the E-Disaster application has been successfully implemented and well-received by the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. This application facilitates BPBD officers in promptly responding to disaster reports and enhances coordination and response in the field. The conclusion drawn from this activity is that the E-Disaster application can improve the response and efficiency of the BPBD of West Sumatra Province in monitoring and responding to disasters in the region. Thus, it is expected that this application will significantly contribute to disaster management in West Sumatra Province and serve as a model for developing similar systems in other high-risk disaster areas.

Abstract

P.T. (Persero) Credit Insurance Indonesia is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that engage in insurance or guarantees. The existence of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo), which is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOE), has always been associated with the success of the economic development of the Nation and the Republic of Indonesia. Marketing plays a major role in the company, including PT Askrindo; However, determining strategic marketing location priorities requires careful analysis of drivers to avoid both tangible and intangible losses. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) using a combination of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the PROMETHEE method, which can be considered in the selection of priority marketing positions based on predetermined standard . Using AHP and PROMETHEE methods to prioritize marketing locations with multiple location alternatives can aid decision-making activities, thereby improving a company's efficiency in making informed decisions. Having a decision support system, it can serve as a solution to help the branch of PT Askrindo in Medan to make decisions in choosing the best priority marketing positions.

Abstract

The selection process for Marching Band field commanders often relies on subjective evaluations such as the coach's feelings or other perceptions that lack objectivity. Therefore, a more systematic and objective approach is required to choose the most suitable marching band field commander. This research aims to establish a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The development methodology employed was the Waterfall model, encompassing five steps: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. The research findings revealed three crucial aspects in determining the marching band field commander: body posture, field ability, and personality. Various criteria were utilized, including body language, preparedness, knowledge of marching rules, vocal skills, general understanding of marching bands, accuracy, experience, attitude, and presence. To facilitate the selection process, a decision support system application was developed using the PHP programming language. This system utilizes a database to store processed data and generates output in the form of rankings. The implementation of this decision support system resolves the challenge of determining the best marching band field commander, providing marching bands with a more objective means of identifying the ideal candidate.

Abstract

Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a community health center that facilitates health services and implements community health efforts. In supporting its activities, the health center has not provided reports displaying visualizations according to the needs of the health center. Facing an increase in the number of patient visits, data analysis is needed to identify trends and forecast future patient visits. With more accurate information, the health center can plan and make better decisions in managing public health. To meet these needs, the proposed solution is the use of a dashboard-based system. Additionally, dashboards can play a crucial role in planning more effective disease awareness programs. By utilizing historical data and appropriate forecasting models, the health center can predict the number of patient visits and disease trends in the future. This will help the health center plan more effective prevention and intervention programs and improve the quality of patient care. In this study, data collection methods include field studies and literature reviews, with field studies involving observations and interviews. The research results include four dashboards: visit dashboard, polyclinic dashboard, disease case dashboard, and prediction dashboard.

Abstract

Landslide is one of the natural disasters that happens quite often in many parts of Indonesia. Landslide brings negative aspects to people because it causes material loss and loss of life. Landslides generally occur in the rainy season with high rainfall. In this research, a system is made to predict the chance of landslide to happen by measuring the level of rainfall, soil moisture, and soil displacement, and send the sensor data and position of a landslide to the database. According to this research, the system can predict the chance for the landslide to happen and give a warning with a 100% success rate.

Abstract

Flooding is one of the natural disasters that often occur in various regions in Indonesia. Flood events have a negative impact on the community because it can cause material losses and fatalities. Flood disasters generally occur in the rainy season with high rainfall. Technology can be used to reduce the impact caused by the flood disaster. In this study, a system was created that can estimate the probability of flooding by measuring rainfall levels, and changes in water height from ground level by using rain gauge sensors and ultrasonic sensors and sending sensor reading data and flooding positions to the database using the GSM SIM800L Module. Based on this research, the system can estimate the likelihood of flooding and give a warning with a 100% success rate.

Abstract

Rama Tenda Dekor adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa sewa tenda untuk berbagai jenis acara. Saat ini, proses transaksi di perusahaan ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan sejumlah kendala. Pelanggan sering kali kesulitan memperkirakan biaya pengeluaran untuk alat pesta, sementara pemilik mengalami kesulitan dalam memantau ketersediaan tenda. Sebagai usaha penyewaan tenda yang terus berkembang, proses transaksi manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti menumpuknya arsip transaksi yang membuat perusahaan kesulitan dalam merekap data transaksi secara efisien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Tenda berbasis web pada Rama Tenda Dekor menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Metode Pengembangan Sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang mencakup beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembangunan sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai pengelola database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang mempermudah pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi detail produk yang akan disewa serta memungkinkan pemesanan secara langsung tanpa harus datang ke kantor. Dengan adanya website ini, dapat membantu pemilik dalam memantau ketersediaan tenda dan mengelola data transaksi secara lebih mudah dan terorganisir
