Abstract

Setiap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) pasti memiliki proses kaderisasi agar proses siklus kehidupan organisasi bisa jalan terus karena anggota baru, cara kaderisasi yang ditempuh adalah kegiatan Open Recruitment yang mana kegiatan ini menarik para mahasiswa Unand yang tertarik mengikuti organisasi unit kegiatan mahasiswa tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah proses penilaian yang dilaksanakan secara manual serta pengambilan keputusan seleksi anggota open recruitment yang cenderung subjektif berdasarkan dari perasaan panitia, hal ini mengakibatkan pelaksanaan open recruitment jadi kurang efisien karena proses secara manual tersebut serta potensi kehilangan anggota yang berpotensi tinggi akibat subjektifitas panitia. Penulis mengambil kasus di Open Recruitment UKM Andalas Sinematografi sebagai referensi pembangunan sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses kaderisasi tersebut, untuk permasalahan spesifik di UKM tersebut adalah sistem pengisian nilai serta formasi Angkatan baru. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung jalannya Open Recruitment UKM di Universitas Andalas. Aplikasi tersebut Bernama Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Open Recruitment UKM di Universitas Andalas dengan Metode SAW, aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode sistem pengambilan keputusan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Alasan pemilihan metode sistem pendukung keputusan SAW adalah proses penilaian kriteria lebih efisien serta akurasi penilaian lebih baik dari metode yang lain terutama saat datanya cukup banyak. Tujuan pembangunan sistem informasi tersebut adalah untuk memudahkan panitia untuk menjalani proses kegiatan Open Recruitment tersebut serta membuat proses Open Recruitment berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien dan menciptakan kaderisasi UKM yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a community health center that facilitates health services and implements community health efforts. In supporting its activities, the health center has not provided reports displaying visualizations according to the needs of the health center. Facing an increase in the number of patient visits, data analysis is needed to identify trends and forecast future patient visits. With more accurate information, the health center can plan and make better decisions in managing public health. To meet these needs, the proposed solution is the use of a dashboard-based system. Additionally, dashboards can play a crucial role in planning more effective disease awareness programs. By utilizing historical data and appropriate forecasting models, the health center can predict the number of patient visits and disease trends in the future. This will help the health center plan more effective prevention and intervention programs and improve the quality of patient care. In this study, data collection methods include field studies and literature reviews, with field studies involving observations and interviews. The research results include four dashboards: visit dashboard, polyclinic dashboard, disease case dashboard, and prediction dashboard.

Abstract

P.T. (Persero) Credit Insurance Indonesia is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that engage in insurance or guarantees. The existence of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo), which is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOE), has always been associated with the success of the economic development of the Nation and the Republic of Indonesia. Marketing plays a major role in the company, including PT Askrindo; However, determining strategic marketing location priorities requires careful analysis of drivers to avoid both tangible and intangible losses. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) using a combination of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the PROMETHEE method, which can be considered in the selection of priority marketing positions based on predetermined standard . Using AHP and PROMETHEE methods to prioritize marketing locations with multiple location alternatives can aid decision-making activities, thereby improving a company's efficiency in making informed decisions. Having a decision support system, it can serve as a solution to help the branch of PT Askrindo in Medan to make decisions in choosing the best priority marketing positions.

Abstract

Balai Diklat Industri (BDI) Padang  is an institution that focuses on training in the field of embroidery and fashion to develop the skills of individuals or groups. Currently, the training is operated using a web-based application through a laptop, but there are feature limitations that hinder the effectiveness of training management. The main problem related to the web application feature at this time is having too many menu features so that employees have to look for menus related to training, instructors have not been able to take attendance of participants through the web, and participants have not been able to access training activities that exist in BDI Padang. Therefore, BDI Padang wants to improve training management by developing a web application into a mobile application. In this development, API (Application Programming Interface) is used as an interface medium between systems, with the type of API used being RESTful API. RESTFul API acts as a bridge for data communication between clients and databases, with output in the form of JSON data. The programming language for Android uses Kotlin and Retrofit as a REST Client that retrieves and sends data through the RESTful API web service. System testing is done using the black box testing on all functionalities according to the initial system design. The test results show that all the functionalities designed run according to the system requirements. This research produces an Android system in the form of an application package file (APK) for the training information system at BDI Padang.

Abstract

The selection process for Marching Band field commanders often relies on subjective evaluations such as the coach's feelings or other perceptions that lack objectivity. Therefore, a more systematic and objective approach is required to choose the most suitable marching band field commander. This research aims to establish a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The development methodology employed was the Waterfall model, encompassing five steps: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. The research findings revealed three crucial aspects in determining the marching band field commander: body posture, field ability, and personality. Various criteria were utilized, including body language, preparedness, knowledge of marching rules, vocal skills, general understanding of marching bands, accuracy, experience, attitude, and presence. To facilitate the selection process, a decision support system application was developed using the PHP programming language. This system utilizes a database to store processed data and generates output in the form of rankings. The implementation of this decision support system resolves the challenge of determining the best marching band field commander, providing marching bands with a more objective means of identifying the ideal candidate.
